2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein controlling unit (101) is connected to GPS(101) here GPS is used in navigation systems which is combined with map technology.
3. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein camera is used to for surveillances; and Input MIC(103) recognizes the sound of hooter.
4. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein alarm (104) works when an vehicle play hooter on their cars.
5. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein Display (105) screen is used to see the recorded footage.
6. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein RTO(106) and Police station(108) are connected to M-Vahan (107) for collection of data base of vehicle, in case of any vehicle play hooter than automatically the alert (110) generate.
