FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to a Hopper tipper which is a revolutionary design
with compaction mechanism, for door to door collection of garbage from
narrow streets. The Hopper tipper designed in such a way, which unloads
the garbage by tipping the body with minimum manual efforts and
maximum safety.

for storing garbage or sludge generated from sewage and wastewater
treatment processes comprises a hopper(2), a deodorizing apparatus(12)
installed at an upper portion of the hopper(2) for deodorizing stench and
corrosive gas in the hopper(2), a hot air generator(6) installed outside of
the hopper(2) for supplying hot air to the hopper(2), a band heater(16)
installed to a discharge gate(4) of the hopper(2) for preventing
garbage/sludge in the hopper(2) from being frozen, a temperature
sensor(19) for detecting a temperature inside of the hopper(2), and a
controller(10) for controlling the hot air generator(6) and the band
heater(16) in accordance with the temperature detected by the sensor(19).

shaftless spiral (2-2) is connected to a driving device; the unloading port (1-

discharge end is connected to a kitchen garbage treatment device. The
kitchen garbage pouring hopper, provided by the invention, is simple in
structure, and solves the problem of influence of unsmooth kitchen garbage
conveying on subsequent garbage treatment in the prior art.
CN; 201410585556.1; SHI YI; SHI YI discloses a tumbler-type garbage
hopper, which comprises a dustpan, a handle, a clamping groove and a
wheel, wherein a round hole is formed in the rear side of the dustpan; the
handle is arranged in the round hole; the wheel is arranged at the bottom of
the dustpan; the clamping groove is arranged in the top end of the handle;
and a besom is fixedly arranged in the clamping groove. By virtue of the
wheel at the bottom, the tumbler-type garbage hopper disclosed by the
invention is convenient to move and not easy for falling; the structural
performance of the finished product is improved, and meanwhile the
product is more convenient to use; and the tumbler-type garbage hopper is

hopper for preventing leakage of garbage comprises a connecting rod with
a handle, a connecting frame and a woven bag sleeving the connecting

frame and used for accommodating the garbage. The connecting frame
includes fixed frames arranged in a front-rear mode, a movable frame for
being sleeved with a bag opening of the woven bag and pull strips for
clamping the movable frame at the rear of the fixed frames. The fixed
frames and the movable frame are rectangular frames, each fixed frame is
defined by four frame edge plates in sequence, each frame edge plate
includes a bottom edge plate and an inclined plate formed integrally with
the bottom edge plate, and a V-shaped included angle is formed between
the inclined plate and the bottom edge plate. The garbage hopper is novel
in structure and high in practicality, the fixed frames form a garbage feeding
port in an inverted V shape, and thus the leakage of the garbage is
effectively prevented.

the body.

Hopper tipper is a revolutionary design with compaction mechanism, for
door to door collection of garbage from narrow streets. The Hopper tipper
designed in such a way, which unloads the garbage by tipping the body
with minimum manual efforts and maximum safety.
Hopper tipper carry’s the garbage in a hygienic way, without spillage on
road during transportation.

Hopper consists of a body with tipping mechanism. Garbage container
hangs on bin collecting arm and garbage will be unloaded inside the body.
A hydraulically operated showel will sweep the refuse, inside the body,
which is mounted to the body with top hinges. The showel compresses the
refuse and increase the loading capacity of vehicle.
Because of the rigid construction of hopper there will be least chance of
dirty water leakage, and single shovel offers simple and reliable process.
Body is made from high wear resistance steel plates at the bottom, press
formed steel plates on the side and thicker wear resistance plates on the
rear end. All the body is reinforced with U Profiled reinforcing element
made from thick plates. Cross member on the bottom passes through sub
frame to increase the strength of the floor.
Sub frame is made from high wear resistance thick steel plates in C Shape;
body is mounted on the chassis truck with elastic elements.
Hydraulics Installation-
Hydraulic gear pump is powered by PTO mounted to the gear box of the
vehicle .PTO is controlled from the cab by a mean of controlling switch.

There is a oil tank with return filter, suction filter, venting filling tap cover,
temperature and level gauge and ball valve.
Hydraulic tubes with DIN 2391C standard are used for the installation with
EO type connections .All hydraulic cylinders are made from honed tubes
and hard chrome plated rods.
Shovel closing-opening action, Container lifting and unloading operations
controlled manually with a four port directional control valve.
All high pressure hydraulic oil hoses have a burst rating 3-4 times more
than the specific system working pressure (SAE 100R2).

We Claim:
1. A Hopper tipper comprises a body with tipping mechanism and a
Garbage container hangs on bin collecting arm and a hydraulically
operated showel sweeps the refuse, inside the body, which is mounted to
the body with top hinges.
2. The tipper as claimed in claim 1, wherein said showel compresses the
refuse and increase the loading capacity of vehicle.
3. The tipper as claimed in claim 1, wherein Body is made from high wear
resistance steel plates at the bottom, press formed steel plates on the side
and thicker wear resistance plates on the rear end.
4. The tipper as claimed in claim 1, wherein all the body is reinforced with
U Profiled reinforcing element made from thick plates.
5. The tipper as claimed in claim 1, wherein Cross member on the bottom
passes through sub frame to increase the strength of the floor.
6. The tipper as claimed in claim 1, wherein Sub frame is made from high
wear resistance thick steel plates in C Shape; wherein body is mounted on
the chassis truck with elastic elements.
