Abstract: The present invention provides a disc horn in which the spring provides symmetrical loading on the diaphragm. Symmetrical loading of the spring increases the durability of the diaphragm. Further, the tungsten contact is enclosed in a closed casing to isolate it from the atmosphere. This ensures the unavailability of free air and hence prevents ozone formation. The continuous relay assembly is separated from the diaphragm and is in modular form. Therefore, the continuous relay assembly can be serviced and replaced on damage.
