Abstract: ABSTRACT HOT-DIP AL-SI-MG-CU-SC ALLOY COATED STEEL The present disclosure relates to a coated steel, comprising a steel substrate (1) and a hot-dip Al-Si-Mg-Cu-Sc (Aluminum-Silicon-Magnesium-Copper-Scandium) alloy coating on the steel substrate. The hot-dip Al-Si-Mg-Cu-Sc alloy coating includes Iron-Aluminum-Silicon (Fe-Al-Si) layer (2) on steel substrate (1); Aluminum-Iron-Silicon (Al-Fe-Si) compound layer (3) on Iron-Aluminum-Silicon (Fe-Al-Si) layer (2); Magnesium-Silicon-Copper (Mg-Si-Cu) compound layer (4) on Aluminum-Iron-Silicon (Al-Fe-Si) compound layer (3); and Upper a–Al rich matrix phase layer (5).

Claims
1. A coated steel, comprising a steel substrate (1); and a hot-dip Al-Si-Mg-Cu-Sc (Aluminum-Silicon-Magnesium-Copper-Scandium) alloy coating on the steel substrate, the hot-dip Al-Si-Mg-Cu-Sc alloy coating comprises: Iron-Aluminum-Silicon (Fe-Al-Si) layer (2) on steel substrate (1); Aluminum-Iron-Silicon (Al-Fe-Si) compound layer (3) on Iron-Aluminum-Silicon (Fe-Al-Si) layer (2); Magnesium-Silicon-Copper (Mg-Si-Cu) compound layer (4) on Aluminum-Iron-Silicon (Al-Fe-Si) compound layer (3); and Upper a–Al rich matrix phase layer (5).
2. The coated steel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper a–Al rich matrix phase layer (5) comprises silicon rich dendrites, Mg2SiCu phases, and Al3Sc precipitates.
3. The coated steel as claimed in claim 1, wherein hot-dip Al-Si-Mg-Cu-Sc alloy coating comprises the following composition by weight: 14% < Silicon (Si) < 21 %, 1.0%
