Abstract: This hot-rolled steel plate has a prescribed chemical composition and metal structure, wherein: the pole density of the {001}<110>, {111}<110>, and {112}<110> orientation group is 2.0 to 8.0 in the texture of a region from a surface to a depth of 1/8 of the thickness from the surface; the pole density of the {110}<112> orientation is 2.0 to 4.0 in the texture of a region from the depth of 1/8 of the thickness from the surface to a depth of 1/2 of the thickness from the surface; and the tensile strength is 980 MPa.
