Hot Rolled Steel Sheet
Abstract: This hot-rolled steel sheet has a prescribed chemical composition. At least 80% of all of the individual bainite crystal grains in terms of the number of bainite crystal grains are in contact with both tempered martensite and retained austenite. The concentration of C in the retained austenite is 0.80 mass% or greater. The average crystal grain size of the retained austenite is 0.70 µm or less, and the standard deviation in the Vickers hardness is 25HV0.01 or less.
