Abstract: This hot-rolled steel sheet has a prescribed chemical composition and metallographic structure; has an extreme density for the orientation group {001}<110>, {111}<110>, and {112}<110> in the texture in a surface layer region of at least 2.0; has an extreme density for the {110}<112> orientation in the texture in an internal region of not more than 5.0; and has a tensile strength of at least 1180 MPa.
