Hot Rolled Steel Sheet

Abstract: This hot-rolled steel sheet has a desired chemical composition, wherein: a metal structure comprises, by area%, 10-30% ferrite, 40-85% bainite, 5-30% retained austenite, not more than 5% fresh martensite, and not more than 5% pearlite; the average particle diameter of the ferrite is not more than 5.00 µm; the difference between the average nanoindentation hardness of the ferrite and the average nanoindentation hardness of the bainite is not more than 1,000 MPa; and tensile strength is not less than 980 MPa.
