Hot Rolled Steel Sheet For Non Oriented Electrical Steel Sheet And Method For Manufacturing Same
Abstract: This hot-rolled steel sheet for a non-oriented electrical steel sheet has a solid solution Ti amount of 0.0005% or less and includes Ti carbides having a circle equivalent diameter of 10-50 nm at the grain boundary or within ferrite grains. In the hot-rolled steel sheet, 10-100% in terms of the number of the Ti carbides present within the ferrite grains form a complex deposit with a Mn sulfide, and the number density of the Ti carbides existing at the grain boundary is 0.1 pieces/µm or less.
