Abstract: [Problem] To provide a hybrid system which is capable of detecting and storing the temperature at the time of storage of a battery that supplies electric power to a motor, while also reducing electric power consumption of a battery that supplies electric power to an ECU. [Solution] A hybrid system 10 is mounted on an industrial machine and comprises: a motor 2; a battery 50 that supplies electric power to the motor 2; and a control unit 150 that has a storage unit 151 and that executes control for detecting the temperature of the battery 50 at the time when an ignition switch of the industrial machine is turned on and for storing, in the storage unit 151, the temperature at the time of the detection as the temperature at the time of storage of the industrial machine.
