The application add on software for handheld devices, such as smart phones and personal digital assistants the attendance feedback and document system all are linked with an powerful Wi-Fi communication which provide result on the spot with the help of cloud service which provide faculty student service document system feedback communication attendance with the help of scanning the I card of the student through RFID reader and then the information to the controller unit and it will be seen through device of that individual having the application in the mobile and will show on the display. The feedback system involves touch display which is in control unit of AI module, Wi-Fi module and the faculties will be able to record the response for the long and the participation in -campus activities and creating their profile with the help of AI-module and it will process through external power supply.

Despite of having most PORTAL’S the students also having the problem regards having lack of master database of student linking it to unique student ID & maintaining it their lifecycle. To record the response performance analytics becomes hard to access for a long. Attendance done on register paper takes more time& chances of inefficiency. Finding schoolwork difficult, or having problems concentrating in class if others are noisy and disruptive.
Need of the paperwork is much needed like attendance, circular notes, class schedule, meetings , notice, the student registration form, application form, examination form, etc. this include a lot of paperwork and hard to carry for a long time period and takes a lot of time. Beside of this it is not very easy to accessible when you want to search for the file of the student through the paperwork without having a unique id this is not so effective. The students if are absentees miss the classes and which make them unaware of the topics studied in the classes or if they have some quarries regards the topic they are reading or they have missed. There it can lead to ineffective connection which they will not be able to contact to the teacher through the ERP. In the fig. 1 we present a device-centric approach to reduction of paper work with a sound device policy. Working of document system is to provide the study material to the student where they can get the study material without any problem they just have to choose the subject which will available for them through Wi-Fi module and they can ask query to the faculty and the material will provided to them which remains only between the two with the help of control unit and which will lead to effective study and without disturbing anyone. In the diagram 02 this progress enables a new and more advancement scanning based attendance system which work on automated and smart attendance tracking systems data connectivity or Wi-Fi to connect the mobile phone to cloud server and provide an update on the software of both student and faculty. The feedback system need a touch display where at end of every weekend the faculty will able to give feedback of the student and what kind of activities the student had participated in and where he or she can work and their SWOT analysis. Document system will include a chat session between the student and the faculty where the student can ask the faculty for help without getting the number of the faculty where he or she have to choose the subject then topic taught by the faculty and the study material will be provided by the faculty in form of ppt, audios, videos. Attendance done through this application on the ERP is very effective as the identity of the student through the QR code will used as tool for the attendance which help in reducing paper work it will less time consuming. There will be a scanner provided to scan the QR of the student and they can see their attendance on the spot through the WI-FI communication. Which decreases the chances for proxy, update issues. Feedback system will connect through WI-FI also the faculty will update the responses and create their profile which will help in the SWOT analysis and making the resume. And this would help the student to focus the area of his or her weakness and this would be helpful for administration to create the final profile of the student. The document system provide the study material to the student in the form of notes, audios, and videos in arranged manner so that student will be able to study at any time with clarity. Even this application will provide chat session which will provide connection between faculty and student. Where student can contact to the faculty with their doubts and this will remain between the two and then faculty will provide the material.

1. A Hybrid architecture for student lifecycle management system using cloud and AI system is comprises with Attendance System (10), Feedback System (11), Touch Display (25), Control Unit (19), RFID Reader (21), Display Unit (22), and External power Supply (24), AI Model (27), WiFi Module (28), and External Power Supply (29).

The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the application add on software for handheld devices, such as smart phones and personal digital assistants the attendance feedback and document system all are linked with an powerful Wi-Fi communication which provide result on the spot with the help of cloud service which provide faculty student service document system feedback communication attendance with the help of scanning the I card of the student through RFID reader and then the information to the controller unit and it will be seen through device of that individual having the application in the mobile and will show on the display.
