Abstract: There is a lot of development are being made in drone design and their functions. Here we are developing a drone which can fly over the land surface and it also can dive under the water. The concept of manned aquatic aerial vehicle was proposed in 1934. But the concept was failure due to lack of technology and equipment to propose. In 1980 the unmanned aquatic aerial vehicle was proposed but the drone was not unbalanced correctly while the transition made in aquatic aerial view. To achieve this process, we integrated the mechanism of submarine to the flying drone. The main purpose of this drone is, it can be used in inspection of larger pipelines and it can also be used in rescuing purpose. This drone is motivated by analyzing the importance of Hybrid drone.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION/ PRIOR ART:
Around the world, No one developed the dual kind of drone. There will be a separate drone for aerial view purpose and aquatic view purpose. But there will be research still made on this type of hybrid drone. This type of first drone was developed in 1980 but it was stopped because they could not maintain the buoyancy level and the centre of gravity inside the water. And another hybrid drone was developed in 2014 this achieved all drawbacks on the previous drone but it was very expensive because they used the ballast system to maintain the buoyancy level. In order to developed the simple idea by putting two tanks in this drone which has larger and smaller size, this maintained the perfect buoyancy level and also it is cost.
OBJECTIVES OF INVENTION
1. To identify leakages in larger pipeline.
2. To maintain perfect balance inside the sea we used two different size tanks instead of ballast system.
3. To identify perfect rescue location and dive into sea up to 3m below depth and sends the location.
4. To overcome the costlier frame, we designed those frame in PVC pipe this will reduce the weight and easy to submerge
SUMMARY OF INVENTIONS
And we developed a hybrid drone which can be used in aerial view and also aquatic view. We made it by four powerful brushless motor which can lift up to 2.5kg and the plastic propel lor. The flight controller controls every rotor and gives the correct power supply without any voltage fluctuation. We use 4000mah LiPo battery which gives the fly time of 5-6 minutes. For aquatic view purpose we used two types of PVC tanks one is larger and another one is smaller. While the air to aquatic transition occur first the larger tank is filled and it tilt the frame of the drone and another the small tank is filled for submergible purpose. When it submerged the propeller will turned on and the lateral thrust is given.
