Abstract: The present disclosure relates to hydrogen sensitive material having extreme sensitivity towards hydrogen. The hydrogen sensitive material comprises- a palladium doped tin oxide and a substrate. The present disclosure further relates to hydrogen gas sensor device comprising the hydrogen sensitive material. The hydrogen gas sensor device has improved response and recovery times for detecting hydrogen.
