The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an adhesion apparatus. More particularly the present invention relates to an improved apparatus that enables effective adhesion between the material surfaces in a hygienic manner.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Conventionally, the adhesion process of any material surfaces for example paper or card board involves the use of adhesive and subsequent application of manual pressure to ensure the proper adhesion amongst the material surfaces. An adhesive can be applied to the material surface using adhesive-stick wherein the adhesive used is in semi solid form e.g. Glue sticks.
The advantage of using adhesive stick is that it enables easy application of the adhesive to the material surface thereby partially obviating the need for user to touch the adhesive. One can optimize the adhesion process of the material surfaces by guiding the adhesive stick throughout the material surface, preventing wastage of adhesive as well as the time.
Although adhesive sticks provide convenient mechanism to apply adhesive on material surfaces, still there are certain disadvantages associated with the existing adhesive stick products. After the application of adhesive, pressure has to be applied on the material surface using fingers or palm or by using some other tool, such as a heavy article to ensure proper adhesion.
Applying pressure manually by hand on the material surfaces may result in improper adhesion and is not a hygienic process, since it sometimes spills the adhesive that may come in contact with the hand causing inconvenience.
"Integration" is another issue which is highly desirable in any apparatus. Considering the pressure application using some other tool would incur additional manufacturing cost as well and the ease of use will be compromised.
To achieve hygienic adhesion of material surfaces and avoiding the need for manual application of pressure to ensure effective adhesion of material surfaces and to eliminate the
use of plurality of apparatuses for the process there is a long felt need to develop an integrated adhesion and rolling apparatus that enables hygienic application for obtaining effective adhesion of material surfaces
OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION
The principal objective of the present invention is to provide an improved apparatus for effective adhesion of material surfaces.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide an improved apparatus that enables hygienic application of adhesive and ensure effective adhesion of material surfaces.
Yet another objective of the invention is to provide an int egrated ro lling apparatus that enables hygienic and effective adhesion of material surfaces.
Still another objective of the invention is to design and manufacture an integrated rolling apparatus for commonizing parts and assemblies required in production of an apparatus for effective adhesion of material surfaces.

The roller mount (5) has another member mounted on it called the roller (4). The roller (4) is mounted on the roller mount (5) with the help of roller anchors (8) (shown in Figure 4).
The surface texture of the roller (4) is of matt finish, which is non light reflecting and non glossy to ensure the proper and effective pressure application on the material surfaces. This roller (4) is used to roll over the material surfaces linearly to achieve desirable adhesion of the material surface in hygienic manner. The roller mount (5) allows the roller (4) to roll freely and linearly on the material surface with the help of roller anchors (8) (shown in Figure 4). The cap (3) further comprises of grip (6) having vertical appendage on its surface to ensure better grip while rolling on the material surfaces.
Referring to Figure 2, is a side view of the adhesion apparatus according to another exemplary embodiment of the invention.
Referring to Figure 3, is an isometric view of the adhesion apparatus according to another exemplary embodiment of the invention.
