Improved Process Of Producer Gas Generation Using Bituminous Coal To Increase The Calorific Value And Extent Of Gasification

Abstract: According to this invention there is provided a process for generating producer gas comprising: Injecting a blast into the ash zone for preheating, introducing the preheated blast to the oxidation zone; heating the layer of coal to 1000° Celsius by using the heat liberated due to being of carbon; Introducing the blast into reduction zone wherein carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and hydrogen is produced; forming of C02 and CO gas inside the generator is process of excess coal and the temperature above 1000 C Celsius; transferring excess carbon with air at low temperature to form CO at high temperature; subjecting the steam to the step of gasification to form Carbon monoxide and hydrogen gas; treating the heated coal with reactive hydrogen to produce methane, decomposing steam at a higher temperature around 1000 C into hydrogen and oxygen; subjecting hydrogen  and oxygen  to  react with coal to from CO and hydrogen, distributing the granulated ash to make even distribution of air in the producers.
