DESCRIPTION OF RELATED ART
[0002] India is a land of authentic cuisine. Rustic rice is one of the royal preparation of rice for royal taste buds having premium and personally selected ingredients from all across India and this authentic dish is well served in all major events of India. Every state has their own kind of rustic rice made in their own regional style.
[0003] Rustic rice is made of several spices and spice powders and is generally served in vegetable, chicken and mutton which were quite famous. The usage of yogurt in rustic rice preparation is to tender the meat and adds a special flavor and taste.
[0004] Rustic rice is one of the famous dishes of India and it has huge demand in India and throughout the world and can be consumed on regular basis. Rustic rice is special in preparation about its aroma and taste which requires specific skill to manage by adding appropriate quantities especially when made in bulk quantity. These rustic rice preparations can be cooked either in pressure cookers or in open-top vessels having a lid to close.
[0005] Consumption of rustic rice can create burning sensation in stomach and throat. Further daily consumption of rustic rice can lead to health hazards.

Therefore, there is a need to make healthy, nutritious and delicious rustic rice by making the use of activated charcoal especially made from the coconut shell or coconuts.
OBJECT OF INVENTION:

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:

[0016] Present invention discloses a method of preparing rustic rice balancing both taste and medicinal effects comprises of steps which include preparing first mix by combining compounds of desired quantities clarified Butter, raw feed, onions, ginger, garlic, green coriander, mint leaves, green chillies, lllicium verum (star anise), bay leaves, cardamom, pepper corns, mace, yogurt and rice.
[0017] A second mixture is added to the first mixture where the second mixture is formed carbon cinder extracted under high temperature is mixed or taken with milk or honey to improve remove bacteria, exfoliate the skin, prevent cellular damage to the kidneys and liver, enrich healthy adrenal glands, relieve intestinal bloating, slow down aging, reduce bad cholesterol levels and balance the skin's pH levels.
[0018] A premix compound is added into the first mixture during rustic rice preparation. Where the premix is prepared from of group consisting of Coriandrum sativum, Cuminum cyminum, Velandia persica, Foeniculum vulgare, Cinnamomum Tamala, yellow chilly, lllicium verum (star anise), Myristica fragrans, piper nigrum, cardamoms, cinnamon, Amomum subulatum, cloves, hibiscus flower, Cymbopogon, Santalum album, vetiver root, betel root, black salt, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and broth powder.
[0019] Further the present invention also disclose a method of preparing chicken or mutton added rustic rice cooking dish/recipe according to user's preference.
[0020] Further also the present invention can also be prepared for vegetarians by using vegetables without adding meat.
[0021] According to one embodiment of the invention the rustic rice dish is prepared by adding carbon cinder with milk or honey. Wherein the carbon cinder can be extracted from coconut shell or copra under high temperature acts as an activated charcoal but still maintain the taste of the rustic rice or biryani. Further the carbon cinder can be in the form of powder or nanoparticles or liquid or paste.

[0022] According to another embodiment of the invention the carbon cinder used with milk and honey can be added in any stage of the cooking such as beginning or during cooking. Further the carbon cinder can be added in premix compound or during cooking of rice.
Detailed Description of the Invention

This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
[0024] The present invention is about the method of preparation of medicinal and nutrient rustic rice dish for improved health benefits and also prevent from aftermath effects such as burning sensation in stomach and throat.
[0025] In specific the rustic rice preparation is used for regular human consumption leads to remove bacteria, exfoliate the skin, prevent cellular damage to the kidneys and liver, enrich healthy adrenal glands, relieve intestinal bloating, slow down aging, reduce bad cholesterol levels and balance the skin's pH levels.
[0026] The main aspect of the invention is to attain medicinal effects of the rustic rice without comprising on the taste. Further, coconut activated charcoal can be extracted by coconut shell or copra is treated under high temperature to activate carbon that can be used in the rustic rice preparation.
[0027] The rustic rice cooking dish is prepared by combing the first mix, second mix with premix and subjected to heat for a respective time interval.
[0028] An exemplary embodiment of the invention of preparing biryani pre-mix includes roasting one or more ingredients with low heat selected from Coriandrum sativum (sabut dhania), cuminumcyminum (sabut jeera), elwendiapersica (shahi jeera), Foeniculum vulgare(saunf), Cinnamomum Tamala (tejpatta), yellow chilly, lllicium verum (star anise), myristicafragrans (javitri), nutmeg (jaiphal), Piper nigrum (black pepper), elettariacardamomum (green cardamoms), Cinnamomum Verum (shikanlan cinnamon), Amomum subulatum (moti elaichi), syzygiumaromaticum (cloves). Further adding one or more other ingredients such as hibiscus rosa-sinensis (hibiscus flower), chrysopogonzizanioides (zarakhush & vetiver root), Santalum album (sandal burada), betel root, black & normal salt to the roasted ingredients and grinded into fine

powder and now add the fine grinded powder with garlic powder, onion powder, broth powder and store in an airtight container.
[0029] An exemplary embodiment of the present invention relates to cooking an rustic rice of meat such as chicken/mutton. In specific, meat pieces of desired size are added into the vessel.
[0030] The meat is marinated prior to tender. Further for marination add yogurt, milk, ghee and rest it for predetermined time such as one hour. Later the marinated meat is cooked by keeping the heat higher and simmer for certain period of time.
[0031] In another pot add the cooked or marinated meat with premix compound and necessary other ingredients. Wherein the other ingredients includes onions, ghee, garlic, green coriander and thereof.
[0032] Further the stock is prepared separately by adding the lemon slice, green chilies and boil till all flavors are infused into the stock. Later soaked and washed rice is added to the stock and cook it till it is half boiled. Then arrange rice on the pot of the cooked chicken and add remaining ingredients including carbon cinder. Further sealing the lid of the pot for specific time period until the rustic rice preparation is completed.
[0033] In an alternate embodiment, the marinated meat is treated with one or more ingredients from first mixture wherein the first mixture comprising of clarified butter, lemon, onions, ginger, garlic, green coriander, mint leaves, green chillies, lllicium verum (star anise), bay leaves, cardamom, peppercorns, mace and thereof.
[0034] In other alternate embodiment, the rice is boiled in a separate vessel with first mixture that comprising one or more compounds selected from clarified butter, lemon, green coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, lllicium verum (star anise), bay leaves, cardamom, peppercorns, mace and thereof.
[0035] According to one exemplary embodiment of the invention carbon cinder can be prepared from coconut shell, wood, bamboo or any other natural source.
[0036] According to the further embodiment of the invention, carbon cinder can be added directly into the biryani preparation and can be later mixed with milk and honey.
[0037] Alternatively, carbon cinder can be added in any stages such as during marinating or even during boiling of rice and can be later treated with milk or water according to user's preference.

WE CLAIM:

Method of preparing a rustic rice cooking dish which promote health benefits comprising of: a first mixture formed by combining one or more materials selected from rice; raw feed; clarified butter; lemon; onions; ginger; garlic; green coriander; mint leaves; green chillies; lllicium verum; bay leaves; cardamom; pepper corns; mace; yogurt and adding a pre-mixture to the first mixture;
a second mixture formed of carbon cinder formed under high temperature is mixed with portion of milk is added to the first mixture;
Wherein the pre-mixture is formed by selecting one or more materials selected from Coriandrum sativum; Cuminum cyminum; Velandia persica; Foeniculum vulgare; Cinnamomum Tamala; yellow chilly; lllicium verum; myristicafragrans; javitri; piper nigrum; cardamoms; Onnamomum Verum; amomum subuatum; cloves and thereof is subjected to heat and grinded with one or more other ingredients such as hibiscus rosa-sinensis; chrysopogonzizanioides; santalum album; chrysopogonzizanioides; betel root; salt.
The method of Claim 1, wherein the premixture comprises of one or more materials selected
from the group consisting of Coriandrum sativum, Cuminum cyminum, Velandia persica,
Foeniculum vulgar, Cinnamomum Tamala, yellow chilly, lllicium verum (star anise), Myristica
fragrans, piper nigrum, cardamoms, cinnamon, Amomum subulatum, cloves, hibiscus flower,
Cymbopogon, Santalum album, vetiver root, betel root, black salt, salt, garlic powder, onion
powder and broth powder.
The method of Claim 1, wherein the raw feed used in rustic rice preparation can be selected
from one or more materials such as chicken, vegetables, mutton.
The method of Claim 1, wherein the carbon cinder can be in form of powder or nano-
particles or paste.
The method of Claim 1, wherein the carbon cinder can be extracted from coconut shell
under high temperature to promote health benefits of the human and improve the taste of
the rustic rice preparation.
The method of Claim 1, wherein the carbon cinder can be activated charcoal extracted for
coconut shell or copra or both.
The method of Claim 1, wherein the rustic rice can be a biryani preparation.
Method of preparing a biryani that balances taste and medicinal effects comprising of
following steps:

a marinated raw feed formed of combining curd, milk or ghee and rest it for a specific time period;
an initial level preparation is formed by combining one or more materials selected from marinated raw feed, pre-mix compound, lemon slices, green chillies, rice and other ingredients such as lllicium verum, ginger, garlic, coriandrum, pepper corns, bay leaves and thereof;
a second level mixture formed by combining carbon cinder with a portion of milk or saffron is added to the initial preparation;
Wherein the pre-mix compound is formed by selecting one or more materials selected from coriandrum sativum, cuminum cyminum, elwendia persica, Foeniculum vulgare, cinnamomum tamala, yellow chilly, lllicium verum and thereof;
The method of Claim 8, wherein the raw feed used in rustic rice preparation can be selected from one or more materials such as chicken, mutton and vegetables. . The method of Oaim 8, wherein the carbon cinder can be extracted from coconut shells or coconut copra or both, activated using high temperature.
