BACKGROUND
|0()02| 1977 a need was sensed to monitor Low Voltage & Interruption. This was realized
by using "Diac" as a key component which turned out to be a unique application for detecting
Low Voltage and Interruption and providing delay timing function. NIX', manufacturer of
Diac, produced it at that time with very large tolerances ol^ 10%. But for the purpose o\'
concern the Diacs had to be selected with certain specifications; a measuring tool was
developed to identify the specification needed. The results were shared with NEC.
|0003| 1982 a further step was done, the monitoring of High Voltage along with Low
Voltage and Interruption. For that purpose a conventional Comparator circuits was used.
|0004J 1996 a break-through was achieved; when the monitoring of all the three types of
disturbances (Low/ High/ Interruption) was integrated into a micro-controller. The Microcontroller
brought a detection of quality power deviations through software analysis of the
power wave, which facilitates also adding the monitoring of the frequency and sensing of
sparks.
|0005J 2017 Considering the above. Indoplast has further devised a new micro-processor
based solution to measure and monitor Low Voltage and interruption with the motive o['
saving power which is being used by transformers in stabilizing the required range of voltage.
[0006J Microprocessor based solution dedicated to provide Comprehensive Monitoring o\'
Electricity before reaching Electronic Appliances and prevent disturbances reaching them.
The innovative software embedded in it. makes it capable of detecting 'Electrical Sparks"
resulting from Loose Connections which can seriously damage Electronic Appliances and
causes fire accidents and even detects unstable supply from standby generator. These unique
features give our solution uniqueness among other available power protection devices in the
market. When disturbance is detected our device automatically disconnects supply, keeps
monitoring and reconnects only after predetermined time to ensure continual supply o(
quality power.

10008] Power protection devices at home and offices like circuit breakers and fuses arc
generally designed to protect against excess current but not excess voltage, Available voltage
protection devices in the market such ;is surge suppressors, stabilizers, provide onlj .1 tingle
type of protection hut our innovative solution provide comprehensive monitoring of electrical
supply and when the supply is within the specified parameters. It continues monitoring and
disconnects when there are any disturbances, thus it avoids expensive damage and breakdown
to connected equipment.
10009] Injection moulding BrE or Injection molding Ami-, is a manufacturing process lor
producing pans by injecting molten material into a mould. Injection moulding can be
performed with a host of materials mainly including metals, (for which the process is called
die-casting), glasses, elastomers, confections, and most commonly thermoplastic and
thermosetting polymers. Material for the part is fed into a heated barrel, mixed (Using a
helical shaped screw), and injected (Forced) into a mould cavity, where it cools and hardens
to the configuration of the cavity. After a product is designed, usually by an industrial
designer or an engineer, moulds arc made by a mould-maker (or toolmakcr) from metal.
usually either steel or aluminium, and precision-machined to form the features of the desired
part.
|0010| Injection moulding is widely used for manufacturing a variety of parts, from the
smallest components to entire body panels of cars. Advances in 3D printing technology.
using photopolymers which do not melt during the injection moulding of some lower
temperature thermoplastics, can be used for some simple injection moulds.
J0011J Power Stations are designed to operate according to certain specifications and
standards that provide continual power. From the point of generation to the point of
utilization by equipment, many problems can occur which can set power out of specification..
10012] Power disturbances can have many effects on equipment. But it is a common
misconception that most power disturbances are generated outside of the facility. In this
view, the electric utility is guilty of providing "dirty power" that the facility must cope with.
Case Studies conducted by the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) show that up to 80%
pf most small business* power quality problems are caused by disturbances created inside ol
a facility or business.
|0013| The primary cause of voltage changes is the time variability o\' the reactive power
component of fluctuating loads. Such loads include arc furnaces, rolling mill drives, and mam

winders all of which arc loads with a high rate of change of power with respect to the short
circuit capacity ;it the point of common coupling.
|uiii4| Small power loads, such as starting ol' induction motors, welder*, boilers, power
regulators. electric saws and hammers, pumps and compressors, cranes, and elevators also
can be sources of flicker.
|0015| In order to safeguard equipment from damage, it is necessary to utilize voltage
monitoring devices for delecting a fault before damage occur on it.
|0016| In the conventional machines, there are no easing moulds made through precise
controlled injection moulding machine. The techniques used in the conventional machines are
not versatile and employ more metal and paint.
|00171 Despite the aforementioned disadvantages, there exists a need to provide a smart
stabilizer system with a memory unit and a method lor preparing electronic plastic mould
product, thereby achieving a higher degree of accuracy product.
