Abstract: Improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles, in accordance with the present invention comprises; Top cross member, bottom cross member, reinforcement cross member, Wherein said top cross member comprises; body panel member having central panel member which is attached to the anti roll bar mounting, top panel member, left panel member, right panel member, intermediate panel portion, and base panel member with curved notch provided therein on both side is attached to the top member of the body structure of vehicles. For attaching said central panel member with the anti roll bar mounting welding means is used. Said top panel member comprises through aperture for mounting. Reinforcement panel member comprises; central portion, bend portion, through aperture, side wall portion, and side wall portion and second top portion with through aperture which is preferably at perpendicular to straight portion connecting slant portion which is inward inclined.

PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the
manner in which it is to be performed.

FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention is related to the vehicle frame system and more particularly this invention is related to improved sub frame mounting bracket of the vehicles.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
Generally the sub frame is mounted on the body structure of vehicles to provide mounting for the suspension linkage elements like the lower control arm, anti roll bar, etc., Suspension linkages elements in turn connected to the wheels. It is also suppressing the acoustic excitation of the body structure by the suspension. The sub frame stiffness is an important contributor to the rigidity of front suspension and body structure system.
Sub frame is attached to the body structure, four holes are provided for attachment of said sub frame to the body structure wherein two are located on the front longitudinal crash member and two are located on the rear end of the cross member.
Generally the conventional brackets are circular in shape or box section type connected to both top and bottom panel members of the cross member assembly and thorough holes are needed to be made on both the top and bottom member which needs to be properly aligned for mounting which is very difficult job and time taking.
Further in some case bottom member of vehicle body structure is single piece member with reinforcement for the mounting bracket, which is complex method of making such kind of bottom member. So there are difficulties in manufacturing such complex shape member.


OBJECT OF INVENTION
The main object of the present invention is to provide an improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles
Another object of the present invention is to provide an improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles which is stiff and rigid.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide method of mounting improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles.
STATEMENT OF INVENTION
Improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles comprises;
Top cross member, bottom cross member, reinforcement cross member, Wherein said top cross member comprises; body panel member comprises central panel portion member which is attached to the anti roll bar mounting, top panel portion, curved panel portion with channel cross section provided between said central panel portion member and said top panel portion, left panel portion, right panel portion, intermediate panel portion, and base portion with curved notch provided at the said base portion on both side is attached to the top cross member of the body structure of vehicles,
Reinforcement panel member comprises; central portion, arch portion, through aperture, first side wall portion, second side wall portion and top portion with said through aperture which is preferably at perpendicular to straight portion connecting slant portion which is inclined portion.


Improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles, in accordance with this invention, wherein said top panel portion of said body panel member comprises through apertures for mounting.
Improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles, in accordance with this invention, wherein said body panel member is a single piece member.
Improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles, in accordance with this invention, wherein said body panel member is configured to form channel cross section.
Improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles, in accordance with this invention, wherein top portion of said reinforcement panel member comprises through aperture for mounting.
Improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles, in accordance with this invention, wherein said reinforcement member is a single piece member.
Improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles, in accordance with this invention, wherein said reinforcement member is configured to form channel cross section.
Improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles, in accordance with this invention, wherein said body panel member and said reinforcement member are joined to form hollow box type channel member mounting bracket preferably by welding means.
Method of mounting improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles
comprises;
Providing the body panel member,
Providing the reinforcement member,


Joining said body panel member and said reinforcement member to form box
type hollow channel bracket,
Attaching said bracket member to the top cross member of body structure of
vehicles.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
Improved sub frame mounting bracket, in accordance with the present
invention comprises;
Top cross member, bottom cross member, reinforcement cross member,
wherein said top cross member comprises; body panel member (A) having
central panel member (1) which is attached to the anti roll bar mounting, top
panel member (2), left panel member (3), right panel member (4), intermediate
panel portion (5), and base panel member (6) with curved notch (7) provided
therein on both side is attached to the top member of the body structure of
vehicles.
For attaching said central panel member (1) with the anti roll bar mounting
welding means is used.
Said top panel member (2) comprises through aperture for mounting wherein circular tube is inserted in the said aperture to guide the bolt.
Reinforcement panel member (B) comprises; central portion (8), bend portion(9), through aperture(l0), first side wall portion(ll), second side wall portion(12) and second top portion (13) with through aperture(l0) which is preferably at perpendicular to straight portion (14) connecting slant portion(15) which is inward inclined.
Said body panel member and said reinforcement panel member are configured to form hollow channel sub frame mounting bracket by joining them together preferably by welding.


Said sub frame mounting bracket is connected to the top member of the vehicle body structure preferably by welding.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
Referring now to the drawings wherein the showings are for the purpose of illustrating a preferred embodiment of the invention only, and not for the purpose of limiting the same,
Referring to figure 1 to 4 and 9 to 13 , In accordance with the present invention, improved sub frame mounting brackets for vehicles comprises;, top cross member, bottom cross member, reinforcement cross member,
Wherein said top cross member comprises; body panel member(A) comprises central panel portion (1) which is attached to the anti roll bar mounting, top panel portion (2),curved panel portion(2a) with channel cross section provided between central panel portion member and said top panel portion(2), left panel portion (3), right panel portion (4), intermediate panel portion (5), and base portion (6) with curved notch portion (7) provided at the said base portion (6) which is attached to the top member of the body structure of vehicles.
Curved portion (6a) is configured to be adapted between said base portion (6) and said intermediate portion (5).
Contour portion (6b) is configured to be adapted between said left- right panel portions (3, 4) and said intermediate panel portion (5).
For attaching said base portion (6) of said bracket to the top member of the body structure of vehicles, said base portion (6) of said bracket is welded to the top member of the body structure of vehicles.
For attaching said central panel portion (1) with the anti roll bar mounting welding means is used.


Said top panel portion (2) comprises through aperture for mounting wherein circular tube is inserted in to said aperture for guiding the bolt.
Wherein said body panel member is single piece member formed by forming process.
Now referring to the figure 5 to 8 , Reinforcement panel member(B) comprises; central portion(8), arch portion(9), through aperture(l0), first side wall portion(ll), and second side wall portion(12) and top portion (13) with said through aperture(l0) which is preferably at perpendicular to straight portion (14) connecting slant portion (15) which is inclined portion.
Wherein said reinforcement panel member is single piece member manufactured by forming.
Said reinforcement panel member is configured to form a single piece channel
cross section.
Anti roller mounting arrangement is attached to the said central panel portion
(1) preferably by welding means.
Central panel portion (1), top panel portion (2) , left panel portion(3), right
panel portion(4) intermediate panel portion(5) and base portion (6 ) of said
body panel member (1) are configured to make a single piece channel form to
provide stiffness and strength for the sub frame mounting .
Body panel member (A) and reinforcement panel member (B) is joined to make
a hollow box type channel member mounting bracket.
Said body panel member and reinforcement panel member are joined
preferably by welding means to make a hollow box type channel member
mounting bracket.
Wherein base member of said bracket is connected only to the top cross
member of vehicle body structure preferably by welding means.


Method of mounting improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles
comprises;
Providing the body panel member (A),
Providing the reinforcement member (B),
Joining said body panel member and said reinforcement member to form box
type hollow channel bracket,
Attaching said bracket member to the top cross member of body structure of
vehicles.

It should be appreciated that this embodiment is described for purpose of illustration only, and that numerous alterations and modifications may be practiced by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. It is intended that all such modifications and alterations be included in so far as they come within the scope of the invention as claimed or the equivalents thereof.


WE CLAIM
1. Improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles comprises;
Top cross member, bottom cross member, reinforcement cross member, Wherein said top cross member comprises; body panel member comprises central panel portion member which is attached to the anti roll bar mounting, top panel portion, curved panel portion with channel cross section provided between said central panel portion member and said top panel portion, left panel portion , right panel portion , intermediate panel portion , and base portion with curved notch provided at the said base portion on both side is attached to the top cross member of the body structure of vehicles,
Reinforcement panel member comprises; central portion, arch portion, through aperture, first side wall portion, second side wall portion and top portion with said through aperture which is preferably at perpendicular to straight portion connecting slant portion which is inclined portion.
2. Improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles as claimed in claim 1, wherein said top panel portion of said body panel member comprises through apertures for mounting.
3. Improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles as claimed in claim 1, wherein said body panel member is a single piece member.
4. Improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles as claimed in claim 1, wherein said body panel member is configured to form channel cross section.
5. Improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles as claimed in claim 1, wherein top portion of said reinforcement panel member comprises through aperture for mounting.


6. Improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles as claimed in claim 1, wherein said reinforcement member is a single piece member.
7. Improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles as claimed in claim 1, wherein said reinforcement member is configured to form channel cross section.
8. Improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles as claimed in claim 1, wherein said body panel member and said reinforcement member are joined to form hollow box type channel member mounting bracket preferably by welding means.
9. Method of mounting improved sub frame mounting bracket for vehicles
comprises;
Providing the body panel member,
Providing the reinforcement member,
Joining said body panel member and said reinforcement member to form
box type hollow channel bracket,
Attaching said bracket member to the top cross member of body structure of
vehicles.
10. Sub frame mounting bracket and method of mounting sub frame mounting
bracket as herein described with respect to accompanying drawings.
