DESC:TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates generally to a system for testing electrical and switchgear products and the like. More particularly the present invention provides improved testing arrangement for testing electrical products. The arrangement provides for reduced changeover time/set-up time for testing electrical and switchgear products. This invention introduces ease of set-up, reduced changeover/set-up time & also free from any hazard, easy and safe to operate.

BACKGROUND AND THE PRIOR ART
Conventionally, testing device is operated by two different cylinders (ONE for close and second for OPEN). Lengthy /complicated & time consuming connections/ settings, is required for both cylinder. Achieving of stroke/travel of different size (i.e. Size varies based on current ratings and hence knob travel, stroke varies) of MCCBs is quite difficult. MCCB mounting on back plate is too difficult, i.e. one person is required for holding while mounting. There is no identification mark and it is quite difficult to find mounting holes for different MCCBs.
Therefore, there is need for improvement which provides an advance and user friendly test set-up for reduced changeover time/set-up time for testing electrical and switchgear products and alike.
The present invention therefore provides an ease of set-up, reduced changeover/set-up time & also it will be free from hazardous & ease-safe to operate.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

A basic object of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages/drawbacks of the known art.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a system for testing electrical and switchgear products and the like.
Another object is to provide an advanced and user friendly test set-up for reduced changeover time/set-up time for testing electrical and switchgear products and alike.
Yet another object of the present invention is to introduce arrangement that will be free from hazardous & ease-safe to operate.
These and other advantages of the present invention will become readily apparent from the following detailed description read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The following presents a simplified summary of the invention in order to provide a basic understanding of some aspects of the invention. This summary is not an extensive overview of the present invention. It is not intended to identify the key/critical elements of the invention or to delineate the scope of the invention. Its sole purpose is to present some concept of the invention in a simplified form as a prelude to a more detailed description of the invention presented later.

In an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an arrangement for testing a electrical and switchgear product(s), the arrangement comprising:
a mounting plate for mounting a moulded case circuit breaker (MCCB);
a push to trip means for tripping the breaker;
plurality of roller means for providing travel setting(s) ;
a centre block with a gear mechanism operatively connected to the roller means;
an adjustable clamp for operating a knob of the breaker;
a slide profile for providing sliding movement to the centre block;
wherein the arrangement is adapted to reduce the changeover time or set-up time for testing the electrical and switchgear product(s).
Other aspects, advantages, and salient features of the invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the following detailed description, which, taken in conjunction with the annexed drawings, discloses exemplary embodiments of the invention.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS
The following drawings are illustrative of particular examples for enabling methods of the present invention, are descriptive of some of the methods, and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The drawings are not to scale (unless so stated) and are intended for use in conjunction with the explanations in the following detailed description.
Reference is first invited to Fig 1 which provides a Prior-art arrangement for test set-up.
FIG 2 provides an arrangement of improved fixture with ease setting / connections.
Persons skilled in the art will appreciate that elements in the figures are illustrated for simplicity and clarity and may have not been drawn to scale. For example, the dimensions of some of the elements in the figure may be exaggerated relative to other elements to help to improve understanding of various exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure.
Throughout the drawings, it should be noted that like reference numbers are used to depict the same or similar elements, features, and structures.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The following description with reference to the accompanying drawings is provided to assist in a comprehensive understanding of exemplary embodiments of the invention as defined by the claims and their equivalents. It includes various specific details to assist in that understanding but these are to be regarded as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. In addition, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted for clarity and conciseness.
The terms and words used in the following description and claims are not limited to the bibliographical meanings, but, are merely used by the inventor to enable a clear and consistent understanding of the invention. Accordingly, it should be apparent to those skilled in the art that the following description of exemplary embodiments of the present invention are provided for illustration purpose only and not for the purpose of limiting the invention as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
It is to be understood that the singular forms “a,” “an,” and “the” include plural referents unless the context clearly dictates otherwise.
By the term “substantially” it is meant that the recited characteristic, parameter, or value need not be achieved exactly, but that deviations or variations, including for example, tolerances, measurement error, measurement accuracy limitations and other factors known to those of skill in the art, may occur in amounts that do not preclude the effect the characteristic was intended to provide.
Accordingly, present invention an arrangement for testing a electrical and switchgear product(s).
The present invention provides an advanced and user friendly test set-up for reduced changeover time/set-up time for testing electrical and switchgear products and alike.
Working of new improved arrangement:
· Mounting of MCCB on mounting plate
· Travel setting with the help of center block-2 & roller-1
· Final setting of knob with C clam adjustment-3
· Fine setting with the help of roller behind mounting plate if needed-4
· Al. profiles for sliding movement during testing (for mv drop measurement) & to test/mount another breaker-5
· With the help of push to trip mechanism we can trip the breaker (pneumatically) & not through the electrical accessories-6
· Command goes to cylinder for closing & breaker gets closed
· Breaker gets trip by given command to Shunt/UV release or disconnecting the supply to cylinder to Reset/Open the Breaker. This completes one cycle.

FUNCTIONAL FEATURES:
· Operated by only one cylinder for entire cycle of both the types, i.e. ON-OFF & ON-TRIP-RESET Cycles)
· Easy for connections/settings
· Ease of achieving different stroke/travel (trough easy knob setting, sliding & roller arrangement) For virtually entire range(right from smallest possible rating of 20A to largest possible rating of 1600A
· MCCB mounting on back plate is very easy by supporting on rail, useful for heavy MCCBs like rated for 1600A
· Identification provided on back plate/mounting plate for every MCCB mounting
· Push to trip mechanism to trip manually by pressing push button.

ADVANTAGES:
This invention relates generally to introduce ease of set-up, reduced changeover/set-up time & also it will be free from hazardous & ease-safe to operate.
