Abstract: ABSTRACT INDUCTION BOX FOR VEHICLES An induction box (100) for a vehicle includes an inlet duct (102) to take in air, a first chamber (120), a filter (118), a second chamber (122), a baffle 5 (116), and an outlet duct (114). The first chamber (120) extends from the inlet duct (102). The filter (118) is disposed between the first chamber (120) and the second chamber (122). The baffle (116) has a plurality of perforations (206) and is disposed in the second chamber (122). The first chamber (120) and the second chamber (122) expands volume of the air 10 and reduces kinetic energy of the air. The baffle (116) reduces kinetic energy of the air flowing in the second chamber (122) and sound pressure level. The outlet duct (114) extends from the second chamber (122) to provide the air to an engine of the vehicle.
