"Infant Warmer"
Abstract: A system includes an infant compartment (24), and a heating system (20) pneumatically coupled with the infant compartment (24). The heating system (20) includes a heater (50) configured to selectively transfer heat to the infant compartment (24), and a thermal storage device (52) configured to store heat from the heater (50) and to selectively transfer said stored heat to the infant compartment (24). A controller (21) is operatively connected to the heating system (20). The controller (21) is configured to regulate the transfer of heat from the thermal storage device (52) such that a target temperature is maintained within the infant compartment (24).
