Abstract: A gesture determining unit (143) extracts a pointer movement path from a point at which a pointer comes into contact with a touch panel to a point at which the pointer is released from the touch panel. In addition the gesture determining unit (143) analyzes the extracted pointer movement path and identifies a control target parameter which is a parameter to be controlled and a control quantity of the control target parameter the control target parameter and the control quantity having been specified by the movement of the pointer.
