Abstract: An extraction unit (101) analyzes device connection information having described therein a device to be directly connected with for each of a plurality of devices to be connected, and extracts a pair of devices that are each not described in the device connection information as a device to be directly connected to the other, from among two or more devices that are directly connected to a common device. An updating unit (102) updates the device connection information such that the pair of devices extracted by the extraction unit (101) are each described as to be directly connected to the other.
