Abstract: An inner membrane removing device and an inner membrane removing method. The inner membrane removal device comprises a heating demolding mechanism (1) and a membrane suction mechanism (2) located downstream. The heating demolding mechanism (1) comprises a heating frame (11), a membrane pressing component (12), and a membrane welding component (13) for connecting a nest box inner membrane (31) to a nest box inner lining paper (32) by means of fusion welding, a first lifting component (14) for making the heating frame (11) and the membrane welding component (13) in contact with the nest box inner membrane (31), and a second lifting component (15) for making the membrane pressing component (12) press the nest box inner membrane (31). The membrane pressing component (12) and the membrane welding component (13) are located at the inner side of the heating frame (11). The inner membrane removing method comprises the steps of: a first lifting component (14) makes a heating frame (11) and a membrane welding component (13) in contact with a nest box inner membrane (31), and the heating frame (11) heats the edge region of the nest box inner membrane (31), the membrane welding component (13) connects the middle region of the nest box inner membrane (31) to nest box inner lining paper (32) by means of fusion welding, and then a first lifting component (14) makes the nest box inner membrane (31) leave the heating frame (11) and the membrane welding component (13); a second lifting component (15) makes the membrane pressing component (12) press the nest box inner membrane (31), and the edge of the nest box inner membrane (31) is separated from a nest box; a membrane suction mechanism (2) sucks the nest box inner membrane (31) and the nest box inner lining paper (32). The inner membrane removing device and method have the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency, and reduction of pollution.
