PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION
The following specification particularly describes the nature of this invention and the manner in which it is to be performed:
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention is related to the field of mechanical assemblies, particularly this invention is related to toothbrush and tooth paste. More particularly this invention is related to travellers. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Tooth paste and toothbrush are most essential and daily used combination. We use various kind of toothpaste and tooth brush, which are available in the market. We purchase them separately for which we pay separate cost. It also needs separate packing material which is costly. We use it separately and also have to carry separately during journey and trekking. But sometime we are in hurry it is not possible to take toothpaste as well as tooth brush. We forget to carry these daily needed items. Then we have to suffer due to lack of any one of thern. We have to adjust for any local brand or things of others. Many a times when we are preparing for journey, we fill our bags/luggage. Sometimes we put toothpaste and toothbrush in different pockets. At the time of use we confused or get panic to search both. You have toothpaste but there is no brush or you have brush but there is no paste, in both situations your time gets wasted and causes frustration. If such thing happens at beginning

of the day, we get irritate & it also affects on our performances, activities of the whole day. It affects more for professional public speakers & communicators.
US patent of Claude R Collins Claude R Collins with No. US 1701030A on Fountain toothbrush relates to tooth brushes and provide a novel type of fountain tooth brush embodying features.
US patent No US 1944067 A of Claude R Collins Claude R Collins through-a novel distribution of the brush head shank for controlling escape tor to the bristles of the brush head.
US patent No US1518341A of Mendoza Arnulfo FRAG Corp on tooth brush provide tooth brush which includs a supporting handle, a brush head, and convenient means, of a novel nature, for detachably maintaining the brush head.
US patent No US1677194A of Mendoza Arnulfo Mendoza Arnulfo on invention to provide novel brush head construction for fountain tooth brushes. A further object of this invention is the provision of a novel valve mechanism
US 5524312 A patent on electric toothbrush explains an electric toothbrush having a circular front chamber and a rectangular rear chamber on the brush head thereof, a first brush holder and a second brush holder respectively mounted in the circular front chamber and the rectangular rear chamber, a transmission rod mounted inside the brush head and reciprocated by a DC motor drive, the transmission rod having a stub rod engaged into a guide groove on the bottom side of the second brush holder, and an upright pin inserted through a side notch on the first brush holder, wherein when the transmission rod is reciprocated by the DC motor drive, the second brush holder is forced to oscillate in the transverse direction, and the first brush holder is driven by the upright pin to move round about its own center.
US patent No. 7921496 B2 on Electric toothbrush explains electric toothbrush includes a case in which a motor is installed, at least one toothbrush handle, which is installed in the case, for rotating and swinging at a predetermined angle has a brush at a tip. A power transmitter,

which is installed in the case between the motor and the toothbrush handle, rotates the toothbrush handle, and a vibration generator, which is installed in the case between the motor and the toothbrush handle, reciprocates the toothbrush handle.
US patent No. 20100175207A1 on Electric toothbrush Toothbrush the present invention relates to a toothbrush which exhibits superior interproximal and gingival margin cleaning. The toothbrush includes an elongated handle member connected to a toothbrush head member. The head is divided into two regions. A "toe" region is defined as the part of the head which is fiuthest from the handle and a "heel" region is the portion of the head which is closest to the handle. A multiplicity of bristles extend from the heel region of the head; the distal ends of these bristles form a longitudinally aligned concave shape when viewed on end. Likewise, a multiplicity of bristles extend from the toe region of the head, wherein said bristles extending from the toe portion of the head are at least as tall as the general height of said bristles extending from the heel portion when viewed from the side and wherein the side profile view of the distal ends of the bristles extending from the toe portion form a generally linear surface which forms an angle relative to the general plane of the bristles extending from the heel portion of from 0° to about 45° declining from the edge of the toe portion distal to the heel portion to the edge of the toe portion which is proximal to the heel portion.
US patent No US6l0885lA on an electric toothbrush, specifically the toothbrush handle of an electric toothbrush, with a handle housing, with a preferably rod-shaped drive transmitter which protrudes from a first side of the handle housing and on which a brush attachment can be secured, and with a drive motor for moving the drive transmitter, wherein die drive transmitter is mounted, by means of a bearing device in the interior of the handle housing, in the manner of a rocker arm such that the drive transmitter can be pivoted to-and-fro transverse to its longitudinal axis by the drive motor. The invention further relates to the whole toothbrush, comprising such a toothbrush handle

part and a brush attachment secured to the drive transmitter thereof. According to the invention, the bearing device holds the drive transmitter so as to pivot about a rotation point lying outside the handle housing. Said rotation point is offset particularly far out from the handle housing, such that it comes to lie between the bristle array of the brush attachment and the front end of the handle in the area of the lips. In this way, an efficient cleaning movement with a large cleaning amplitude in the area of the bristle array can be combined with a low vibration amplitude of the toothbrush in the area of the lips.
US patent No. US 4864676 A on invention on tooth brush comprising a brush handle, a brush stem, and a brush head which carries on the base face thereof a plurality of bristle tufts rising up in a generally uniform direction, wherein the brush head is formed of a plurality of head sections being resiliency movable relative to each other and each being provided with one or more bristle tufts
US patent No 4829621 A on an adjustable toothbrush having an elastically deformable neck section allowing the brush head to be positioned at varying angular orientations relative to the handle. This invention relates to tooth brushes, andmore particularly has reference to a device of this character which can be used selectively either for brushing the teeth or for massaging them. It is an object of the invention to provide a device wherein the brush and massage members are readily removable, for the substitution of new for worn members, thus to permit one handle to serve indefinitely, as distinguished from conventional brushes in which the entire brush including the handle must be discarded when the tooth engaging portion thereof becomes worn. Another important object is to provide a construction brush and massage members can be securely gripped when positioned for use.
US patent No US 2618003 A of w. G. ROBEY on toothbrush An object of this invention is to provide a toothbrush having a handle adapted for permanent use and having means for removably mounting a toothbrush in

the head end thereof, so that the same may be readily renewed when worn or easily removed for cleaning so as to maintain the brush in a sanitary condition.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:
One object of the present invention is to provide an innovative two in one toothbrush i.e. travel friendly toothbrush cum toothpaste.
Another object of this invention is to make relax to the person in travelling period for use of toothpaste and toothbrush.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a method and process of use of toothpaste and toothbrush together.
Thus, one object of the current invention is to provide economical, user-friendly, compact one piece toothbrush & toothpaste. Another object is to provide one stop quick usable solution for brushing.
Yet another object is to provide such innovative two in one feature which is not forgettable while preparing for journey.
Accordingly, the invention is about having a combined toothpaste & brush assembly that provide easy and immediate ready usable kit for journey.
t)ue to the mechanical assembly, we can replace any one part i.e. either toothpaste or toothbrush.
Thus innovation provides the interchangeable, cost effective solution.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
For the purpose of this invention the term toothpaste and toothbrush is meant to be a material that is use to clean mouth as well as teeth. There are two separate materials. One is paste and other is brush.
According to this invention there is provided Travel friendly toothbrush cum toothpaste'.
1. There is provision of innovative cap with threads from both the ends. Any existing toothpaste can easily attach to the one side of cap.
2. There will be a small toothbrush, which have outer threads at one side and brush material at other side. The threaded part can easily attached with innovative cap
3. The stick of brush is flexible.
4. There are slight dots at the back of brush.
We can fit brush with its outer thread into inner thread of the toothpaste container cap. We will brush our teeth with regular brush material. We can clean tongue with the slighter dots at back of the brush. The stick of this brush is flexible so that we can clean all sides of teeth.

• Privacy & hygienic issue is solved, i.e. innovation provides personalised, single user compact, combine toothpaste/toothbrush feature.
• It provides part wise mechanical assembly, we can replace any one part as per need. So there no chance of to forget paste or brush.
• It is economical, eco-friendly & reusable assembly.
• It can be made from waste existing toothpaste. Existing cap & threaded portion can be utilise to make the "Innovative cap" & "treaded part of toothbrush". With such kind of small plastic waste material reuse act, we can step forward to reduce the effect of "global wanning".

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS
According to this invention, there is an innovative compact toothpaste & toothbrush.'
1-Tooth brash with short handle is a mechanical part having outer threads at opposite end of bristles & gets assembled with innovative cap 2-Innovative cap with threads in inner side at both the ends. After filling paste on bristles toothpaste /filling tube will get connected with one end of innovative cap
3-Tooth paste/filling tube gets assembled with innovative cap at the opposite end of the brush due to the innovative cap. Figure 1-top view of the assembly.
The present invention meets the aforementioned and other needs by providing innovative compact toothpaste & toothbrush.
According to this invention, there is provided the 'Travel friendly toothbrush cum toothpaste'. The present invention is useful for travellers to use paste as well as brush together.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
In present patent, a feature has been provided to combine the toothpaste & toothbrush .The following steps will help in it:
STEP 1: Bring threaded part of brush near the innovative cap at one end & assemble it properly.
STEP 2: Correspondingly, bring the threaded portion of toothpaste/filling tube near the threaded part of innovative cap at the remaining end & assemble it. Thus any one can assemble & prepare compact innovative toothpaste/filling tube & toothbrush kit for easy to carry while journey. STEP 3: Detach the toothpaste/filling tube from innovative cap. STEP 4: Apply the paste on bristles of brush for brushing. STEP 5: We can clean our tongue with the help of provided small dots on opposite top side of bristles.

CLAIMS We claim:
1. An Innovative compact travel friendly toothbrush cum toothpaste comprising
of:
a. A compact assembly of tooth brush and tooth brush
b. An easy solution to cany the most essential kit.
2. The Innovative compact travel friendly toothbrush cum toothpaste, as claimed in claim 1, will provide easy access to assemble all parts to make kit with veiy less efforts.
3. the innovative compact travel friendly toothbrush cum toothpaste converts into a kit & thus there are no chances to forget any one item i.e. either toothpaste or toothbrush.
4. An Innovative compact travel friendly toothbrush cum toothpaste is eco-friendly
5. An Innovative compact travel friendly toothbrush cum toothpaste provides the feature like small dots on opposite side of bristles to clean tongue.
6. An Innovative compact travel friendly toothbrush cum toothpaste as claimed in claim 1 will help in Privacy & hygienic issue to get solved, i.e. innovation provides personalised, single user compact, combine toothpaste/toothbrush feature.
7. An innovative compact travel friendly toothbrush cum toothpaste as claimed in claim 1 will help in providing fatigueless & cost effective solution as we can replace damaged part instead of wasting or throw-away all the parts
