Abstract: This input/output device (3) comprises: a vibration factor estimating unit (32) that is communicably connected to a control device for controlling a rotary machine provided to an electric power steering device for generating a steering assisting force on the steering provided in a vehicle, acquires, during a steering operation on the steering, response data indicating a response to the steering operation of the electric power steering device, which is detected by the control device, extracts a feature amount related to vibration or noise generated during the steering operation on the steering from the response data, and estimates a vibration factor candidate that is a candidate of the vibration factor on the basis of the feature amount; and an output unit (33) that outputs the vibration factor candidate.
