Inspection Device, Blister Packing Machine, And Method Of Manufacturing Blister Pack
Abstract: Provided are an inspection device, a blister packing machine, and a method of manufacturing a blister pack, which can more accurately detect a molding defect in a side portion of a pocket part. A pocket part inspection device 21 comprises: an illumination device 50 that can irradiate a container film 3 having a pocket part 2 formed therein with predetermined electromagnetic waves; and a camera 51 that is provided on an opposite side to the illumination device 50 with the container film 3 therebetween and can acquire image data by capturing the electromagnetic waves transmitted through at least the bottom portion of the pocket part 2. Accordingly, a shade pattern generated at the bottom portion of the pocket part 2 due to the irradiation with the electromagnetic waves is extracted on the basis of the acquired image data, and the shade pattern is compared with a preset prescribed determination criterion, so that quality determination related to at least a molding state of the side portion of the pocket part 2 can be executed.
