Abstract: An equipment information acquisition unit (240) acquires from an in home controller equipment information containing identification information for each equipment. A position setting unit (241) displays a floor plan showing the inside of a home on a display unit and displays icons corresponding to each equipment on the display unit on the basis of each of the acquired sets of equipment information. Moreover the position setting unit (241) arranges the icons on the floor plan in response to user operation. A measurement request unit (242) acquires from the in home controller wireless quality indices for each equipment corresponding to the icons arranged on the floor plan. A measurement result display unit (243) modifies in accordance with the acquired wireless quality indices of each equipment the display mode of each icon arranged on the floor plan.
