invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.
[0003] Safety of personnel working with or in vicinity of high voltage
source is a serious concern. The personnel carrying out maintenance or
installation near a live conductor should be safe from hazard of electric shock.
Normal insulating gloves are widely available in the market. However, they do
not detect presence of live source near working area. Some electronic circuits are
available to detect high voltage in vicinity but they include dedicated electronic
circuitry and auxiliary power source which increases no. of accessories carried by
personnel and are also not waterproof, weatherproof, rugged or sturdy.
[0004] There is, therefore, a need of an improved safety gears that free
from above discussed problems.

same reference label. Further, various components of the same type may be distinguished by following the reference label with a second label that distinguishes among the similar components. If only the first reference label is used in the specification, the description is applicable to any one of the similar components having the same first reference label irrespective of the second reference label.
[0020] FIG. 1-2 illustrates exemplary representation of insulating glove, in
accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0021] The following is a detailed description of embodiments of the
disclosure depicted in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments are in such detail as to clearly communicate the disclosure. However, the amount of detail offered is not intended to limit the anticipated variations of embodiments; on the contrary, the intention is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the scope of the present disclosure as defined by the appended claims.
[0022] In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth
in order to provide a thorough understanding of embodiments of the present
invention. It will be apparent to one skilled in the art that embodiments of the
present invention may be practiced without some of these specific details.
[0023] The present disclosure relates to the field of insulating glove. More
particularly the present disclosure relates to insulating glove with non-contact high voltage detection.
[0024] The present disclosure elaborates upon an insulating wearable
accessory to be worn by a user. The wearable accessories include an inner surface.

An outer surface, configured with the inner surface, is configured to come in
contact with external environment, wherein the outer surface is made of an
electrochromic and magneto material.
[0025] In an aspect, the electrochromic and magneto material may
comprise a tungsten trioxide (W03), and molybdenum trioxide (Mo03).
[0026] In an aspect, when the wearable accessory is in proximity of any of
an electric field, and a magnetic field, a colour of the outer surface changes from a
first colour to a second colour.
[0027] In an aspect, the change in colour of the outer surface is reversible.
[0028] In an aspect, the colour of the outer surface may change from the
second colour to the first colour after any of the electric field and the magnetic
field ceases.
[0029] In an embodiment, the wearable accessory can comprise any of a
glove, socks, show, and a cap.
[0030] FIG. 1-2 illustrates exemplary representation of insulating glove, in
accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0031] As illustrated, a wearable accessory 100 can include an inner
surface 102. An outer surface 104, configured with the inner surface 102. The
inner surface 102 is configured to be in touch with a skin of the user. The outer
surface 104 can be configured to come in contact with external environment. The
externals environment can be referred to ambient or the atmosphere. The outer
surface 104 can be made of an electrochromic 106 and magneto material 108 (at
least in patches) such as but not limited to tungsten trioxide (W03), and
molybdenum trioxide (Mo03). The wearable accessory can comprise any of a
glove, socks, show, and a cap.
[0032] In an embodiment, the when wearable accessory is in proximity of
an electric field, and a magnetic field, the colour of the outer surface changes
from a first colour to a second colour. The change in colour of the outer surface
can be reversible such that the colour of the outer surface can again change from
the second colour to the initial first colour or can be reversed to the first colour
after the electric field and the magnetic field is eliminated or ceased. The high

voltage source or current carrying conductor surrounds or emits electric &
Magnetic field in its vicinity. Detection of presence of these fields can help
confirming presence of voltage source or current carrying conductor in Vicinity.
The glove can also include a high voltage hazard symbol 110 made of electro
chromatic material which can also changes color on detection of voltage source.
[0033] The present dosclosure pertains to a wearable device which is
insulating and is widely used by people while working in the electrical devices. The insluating glove can save the people from the possible shock while doing some maintentance work. Disclosed glove detects these two fields emitted by high voltage source or current carrying conductor by special passive materials which do not contain any electronic or electrical circuit or any auxiliary power source. It consists of two special type of Materials, one having ability to change color on detection/Change in Electric Field (electrochromic properties), other changes color on detection/change in Magnetic Field. These color changes are reversible and revert to normal color on removal of electric and magnetic Field. These special materials are soft woven type and used in insulating hand gloves for detecting voltage source and gives visual indication to personnel using it. On knowing the presence of voltage source in vicinity the personnel become extra conscious and have confirm knowledge of hazard near him, which enables him to act accordingly to ensure his safety.
[0034] Moreover, in interpreting the specification, all terms should be
interpreted in the broadest possible manner consistent with the context. In particular, the terms "comprises" and "comprising" should be interpreted as referring to elements, components, or steps in a non-exclusive manner, indicating that the referenced elements, components, or steps may be present, or utilized, or combined with other elements, components, or steps that are not expressly referenced. Where the specification claims refer to at least one of something selected from the group consisting of A, B, C ....and N, the text should be interpreted as requiring only one element from the group, not A plus N, or B plus N, etc.

[0035] While the foregoing describes various embodiments of the
invention, other and further embodiments of the invention may be devised without departing from the basic scope thereof. The scope of the invention is determined by the claims that follow. The invention is not limited to the described embodiments, versions or examples, which are included to enable a person having ordinary skill in the art to make and use the invention when combined with information and knowledge available to the person having ordinary skill in the art.
