[0012] Embodiment 1.
Hereinafter, Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described on the basis of FIG. 1 to FIG. 4. Then, in each of the drawings, identical or equivalent members and portions will be described with the same reference numerals (and letters) assigned ■ thereto. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the whole image of a state in which an insulation protective cover body according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention is attached to a conductor

connection portion. FIG. 2 is a sectional view showing a state before the attachment of the insulation protective cover body according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing a state during work of the attachment of the insulation protective cover body according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a sectional view showing a state after completion of the attachment of the insulation protective cover body according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. [0013]
In the present invention of Embodiment 1, a connection portion '3 between a first conductor 1 and a second conductor 2 is connected by a connecting bolt 4a and a connecting nut 4b; and insulation and protection are performed by covering the connection portion 3 with an insulation protective cover body 10. [0014]
The insulation protective cover body 10 is formed by a material made of a flexible insulator such as vinyl chloride and is formed in a box shape by way of an example in the drawing. Then, it shows a case where the insulation protective cover body 10 includes: a first opening portion 10a, for example, through which the first conductor 1 is inserted and whose size is matched to the size of the first conductor 1; a second opening portion 10b through which the second conductor 2 provided on the side opposite to the first opening portion 10a is inserted and whose size is matched to the size of the second conductor 2; cutouts 10c formed on both sides

of the second opening portion 10b in a direction orthogonal to the
second opening portion 10b; a first outer wall lOd which is located
on the upper side of the second opening portion 10b, is deflected
when the connection portion 3 between the first conductor 1 and
the second conductor 2 is inserted through, and has flexibility
that returns to the former state after the connection portion 3
between the first conductor 1 and the second conductor 2 is inserted
through; and a second outer wall lOe which is located on the lower
side of the second opening portion 10b, is deflected when the first
conductor 1 and the connection portion 3 between the first conductor
1 and the second conductor 2 are inserted through, and has
flexibility that returns to the former state after the first
conductor 1 and the connection portion 3 between the first conductor
1 and the second conductor 2 are inserted through. Incidentally,
the first outer wall lOd and the second outer wall lOe are formed
by providing the cutouts 10c on both sides of the second opening
portion 10b.
[0015]
As described above, the insulation protective cover body 10 is configured in the box shape; and as shown in FIG. 1, the insulation protective cover body 10 is attached to the connection portion 3 between the first conductor 1 and the second conductor 2. The insulation and protection are performed such that the first conductor 1 is retained in a state of passing through the first opening portion 10a of the insulation protective cover body 10 and

the connection portion 3 between the first conductor 1 and the second conductor 2 is positioned in the insulation protective cover body 10. The second conductor 2 is retained in a state of passing through the second opening portion 10b of the insulation protective cover body 10.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 2, first, the first conductor 1 is arranged in a state of passing through the first opening portion 10a of the insulation protective cover body 10 before the insulation protective cover body 10 is attached to the connection portion 3 between the first conductor 1 and the second conductor 2. At this time, although the second outer wall lOe having flexibility interferes with the first conductor 1, the second outer wall lOe is formed by the material of the flexible insulator and thus it becomes a deflected and deformed state in which a base portion of the second outer wall lOe serves as a fulcrum.
[0017]
Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the insulation protective cover body 10 is slid in a direction toward the connection portion 3 between the first conductor 1 and the second conductor 2 to cover the connection portion 3 between the first conductor 1 and the second conductor 2 . At this time, the connecting bolt 4a and the connecting nut 4b which connect the first conductor 1 and the second conductor 2 protrude to become obstacles; and accordingly, the slide movement of the insulation protective cover body 10 is obstructed. However,

the first outer wall lOd and the second outer wall lOe which are formed by the material of the flexible insulator are deflected and deformed at portions which interfere with the connecting bolt 4a and the connecting nut 4b, thereby getting over the connecting bolt 4a and the connecting nut 4b which are the obstacles. [0018]
Then, a return preventing protrusion 11a provided on an upper side inner wall of the insulation protective cover body 10 is also formed by a material of a flexible insulator and thus it becomes a deflected and deformed state. Then, if the insulation protective cover body 10 is further slid, a return preventing protrusion lib provided on a lower side inner wall of the insulation protective cover body 10 is also formed by a material of a flexible insulator and thus it becomes a deflected and deformed state. [0019]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, if the insulation protective cover body 10 is slid until the inner wall of the insulation protective cover body 10 on the side having the first opening portion 10a of the insulation protective cover body 10 reaches the end surface 2a of the second conductor 2, the whole of the connection portion 3 between the first conductor 1 and the second conductor 2 can be covered. At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, the first outer wall lOd and the second outer wall lOe which are formed by the material of the flexible insulator completely get over the connecting bolt 4a and the connecting nut 4b and return to the former state. This

becomes a state where the second conductor 2 is retained by the second opening portion 10b and the whole of the connection portion 3 between the first conductor 1 and the second conductor 2 can be insulated and protected. [0020]
Furthermore, at the same time, the return preventing protrusions 11a, lib provided on the inside of the insulation protective cover body 10 also return to the former state and get stuck with the connecting bolt 4a and therefore the insulation protective cover body 10 can be prevented from turning back. [0021]
According to the insulation protective cover body 10 in Embodiment 1 of the present invention, the insulation protective cover body 10 is integrally constituted by the first opening portion 10a, the second opening portion 10b, the first outer wall lOd, and the second outer wall lOe; the insulation protective cover body 10 is one configuration as a component and is not like the aforementioned conventional complicated configuration; a fastener is not also required; the number of components can be reduced; and a cost reduction and a reduction in man-hour can be achieved. [0022]
Furthermore, the insulation protective cover body 10 is slid to cover the whole of the connection portion 3 between the first conductor 1 and the second conductor 2; and therefore, the work space for placing the fastener that fixes the aforementioned

conventional insulation protective cover body, the space which is for sandwiching the elastic synthetic resin covering bodies which are the insulation protective cover body, the space which is for attaching the elastic synthetic resin bundling bodies on the outer peripheries of both end portions of the elastic synthetic resin covering bodies, and the like are not required and space saving of the whole work can be achieved.
Further, the insulation protective cover body 10 is also capable of working with one hand and thus is also suitable for work at a place where difficult to enter hands.
[0023] Embodiment 2 .
Embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described on the basis of FIG. 5 to FIG. 7. Then, in each of the drawings, identical or equivalent members and portions will be described with the same reference numerals (and letters) assigned thereto. FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the whole image of a state in which an insulation protective cover body having a simple locking mechanism according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention is attached to a conductor connection portion. FIG. 6(a) is a side view and FIG. 6(b) is a front view, each view showing a state before the operation of the simple locking mechanism of the insulation protective cover body according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. FIG. 7 (a) is a side view and FIG. 7(b) is a front view, each view showing a state after the operation of the simple locking mechanism of the

insulation protective cover body according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. [0024]
In the attachment of the insulation protective cover body 10 described in the aforementioned Embodiment 1, the flexible first outer wall lOd and the flexible second outer wall lOe completely get over the connecting bolt 4a and the connecting nut 4b and only return to the former state; and it is not configured to fix the opening portion 10b so as not to be opened again. In this Embodiment 2, it is configured to fix an opening portion 10b so as not to be opened again.
[0025]
In an insulation protective cover body 10 in this Embodiment 2, the width of a second opening portion lObl to be communicated with a cutout 10c on one side is a shorter width than the width of the aforementioned Embodiment 1 and is a width in which a second conductor 2 is also inserted through the second opening portion lObl. A second opening portion 10b2 to be communicated with the second opening portion lObl and a cutout 10c on the other side is formed.
[0026]
Then, a simple locking mechanism 12 is provided on the second opening portion 10b2 side of a flexible a first outer wall lOdl and a flexible second outer wall lOel. The simple locking mechanism 12 is a structure in which a first protrusion 12a and a first recess

12c are provided on the upper side flexible first outer wall lOdl and a second protrusion 12b and a second recess 12d are provided on the lower side flexible second outer wall lOel. Furthermore, the configuration is such that the second protrusion 12b is fit to the first recess 12c and the first protrusion 12a is fit to the second recess 12d.
[0027]
As shown in the side view of FIG. 6(a) and the front view of FIG. 6(b), the flexible first outer wall lOdl and the flexible second outer wall lOel are arranged so as to be on the outside of the insulation protective cover body 10 in a state where the whole of a connection portion 3 between a first conductor 1 and a second conductor 2 is covered by the insulation protective cover body 10. From this state, downward force is applied to the first protrusion 12a and upward force is applied to the second protrusion 12b. At this time, although the first protrusion 12a interferes with the second protrusion 12b, the insulation protective cover body 10 is made of a flexible material and thus the first protrusion 12a and the second protrusion 12b pass each other while being deformed. After that, the first protrusion 12a is fit to the second recess 12d and the second protrusion 12b is fit to the first recess 12c; and it becomes a state shown in the side view of FIG. 7(a) and the front view of FIG. 7(b).
[0028]
By work of the aforementioned Embodiment 2, the opening portions

10bl,10b2 on the side having the flexible first outer wall lOdl and the flexible second outer wall lOel of the insulation protective cover body 10 can be fixed so as not to be opened again. A fastener of a different constitutional body is not required for fixing work of the opening portions 10bl,10b2; and therefore, a cost reduction by a reduction in the number of components can be achieved. Furthermore, since the work can be performed with only fingertips of one hand, the work can be performed even in a narrow place. In addition, since the fastener is not a different component, members are not likely to be dropped during the work.
[0029] Embodiment 3.
Embodiment 3 of the present invention will be described on the basis of FIG. 8. FIG. 8 is a sectional view showing a state after completion of the attachment of an insulation protective cover body according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention. An insulation protective cover body 20 that is a different shape from an insulation protective cover body 10 is attached to a connection portion 3. [0030]
In the insulation protective cover body 10 configured in the box shape like the aforementioned Embodiments 1, 2, if the connection portion 3 between the first conductor 1 and the second conductor 2, or the like, which is to be insulated and protected, satisfies a certain level of constraint condition, versatile use is possible. However, in order to obtain the versatility, the space in which

the flexible first outer walls lOd, lOdl and the flexible second outer walls lOe, lOel can be deformed and the space in which the return preventing protrusions 11a, lib are vertically arranged are required.
[0031]
In this Embodiment 3, there is shown the insulation protective
cover body 20 having a shape that is closely attached to the
structure of a connection portion 3 between a first conductor 1
and a second conductor 2 as much as possible, as shown in FIG. 8.
The insulation protective cover body 20 is formed by a material
made of a flexible insulator such as vinyl chloride. In the
insulation protective cover body 20, as in the insulation protective
cover body 10 in the aforementioned Embodiment 1, the first
conductor 1 is retained in a state of passing through a first opening
portion 20a; and if the insulation protective cover body 20 is slid
in a direction toward the connection portion 3 between the first
conductor 1 and the second conductor 2, the shape of a flexible
first outer wall 20c and a flexible second outer wall 20d are
deformed and restored to the original state, whereby the whole of
the connection portion 3 between the first conductor 1 and the second
conductor 2 is covered and can be insulated and protected. At this
time, the whole of an inner wall of the insulation protective cover
body 20 is almost closely attached to the connection portion 3
between the first conductor 1 and the second conductor 2 and
therefore the insulation protective cover body 20 can be prevented

from turning back.
[0032]
If, in the case of the insulation protective cover body 20 of this Embodiment 3, an arrangement can be made in the minimum size for the connection portion 3 between the first conductor 1 and the second conductor 2 and further space saving can be achieved.
[0033]
In the aforementioned respective embodiments, the description has been made in the case of applying to insulation and protection of the conductor connection portion; however, the present invention is not limited to this, it is to be understood that the insulation protective cover body of the present invention can also be applied to other constitutional body.
[0034]
Incidentally, the present invention can freely combine the respective embodiments and appropriately modify and/or omit the respective embodiments, within the scope of the present invention. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
