Intake Control Device

Abstract: To provide an intake control device capable of achieving a size reduction while maintaining the control accuracy of the amount of bypass intake air. A valve opening 24 of an intake control device 1 is formed as a slit hole of which the opening width increases gradually in a direction orthogonal to an axial direction from one side where a metering opening 20 in a valve hole 8 is arranged in the axial direction toward the other side where an upstream opening in which an upstream-side passage 6 is open to the valve hole 8 is arranged. At least a part of a shutter portion 22 is arranged to be able to block the upstream opening when a bypass valve 10 operates in the axial direction. Assuming a reference center line L1 passing through a center of area C1 of the valve hole 8 when seen from the axial direction and a midpoint C2 of the opening width of the metering opening 20, the upstream opening when seen from the axial direction extends beyond the reference center line L1 from one side toward the other side divided by the reference center line L1.
