3. PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed:

FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention particularly relates to an arrangement of multi-electric pole low voltage circuit breaker and the likes. More particularly, the present invention relates to the field of providing Integral mono block type coupling arrangement in multi-electric pole low voltage circuit breaker for insulated drive shaft with optimized structure and functional performance by reducing number of components and non-uniformities in the transmission of motion among various poles of the circuit breaker.
BACKGROUND AND THE PRIOR ART
Conventionally, the Insulated Drive Shaft of each pole in circuit breaker with two or more poles engages with the other to form a main shaft. The main shaft is responsible to engage and transmit the actuation command from mechanism or any other actuation means to the moving contact of each and every pole. The Insulated Drive Shaft existing in the art has some drawbacks and critical aspects in terms of manufacturing and assembly.
US 6960731 discloses the drive shafts assembled with an extra component known as coupler between the poles, which increases the number of components to achieve the required functions. In this solution the number of components increases with the number of poles increases in said circuit breaker. With this there is a rotational lag that inherently develops due to the number of components in engagement. This clearly has a negative impact on manufacturing and operating costs of the circuit breaker.
US 5479143 discloses the drive shafts assembled in which the motion is transmitted by means of a metal coupler. However, provision of metal coupler can cause a potential danger of short-circuiting if not shielded/isolated properly during assembly.

EP 0555158 and US 6084489 discloses the Insulated Draft Shafts where one pole is coupled together with other pole by means of additional Interconnection components such as bars or pins throughout the entire length of the shaft, so as to allow to transmit motion among the various poles of the circuit breaker. A conducting bar or pin running throughout the entire length between various poles, may cause short-circuiting which is very dangerous.
The above mentioned applications have the disadvantages of increasing the number and variety of components, manufacturing costs and assembly / disassembly time. Functionally, the rotational lag occurs due to the cumulative tolerance that sums up, between members of relatively moving components. This results in the low contact pressure in the poles at the extreme ends, which affects the performance of the breaker.
All the above mentioned disadvantages are removed by the present invention ensuring that there is uniform contact pressure across the poles of the breaker which is imperative to maintain a low temperature raise and to maintain good thermal resistance.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The main objective of the invention is to provide the Integral Mono-block type coupling arrangement for Insulated Drive Shaft of the low voltage circuit breaker and the likes.
It is another object of the invention to reduce the rotational lag that inherently develops due to the number of components in engagement.

It is further an object of the invention to reduce the manufacturing and operating costs of the circuit breaker by reducing the number of components in the arrangement.
These and advantages of the present invention will become readily apparent from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
The present invention ensures uniform contact pressure across the poles of the breaker which is imperative to maintain a low temperature raise and to maintain good thermal resistance. Maintenance of uniform pressure results in reducing the Contact Button erosion which increases the life of the contact buttons.

The arrangement comprising plurality of drive shaft means, plurality of moving contact assembly where the moving contact assembly is substantially assembled inside said each drive shaft means, at least one integral mono-block structural arrangement, a pair of enclosure where said one of the enclosure means is placed on one of the extreme end of the arrangement and another enclosure means is placed on another extreme end of the arrangement such that both the enclosure are diametric to each other adapted to enclose the multi-electric pole circuit breaker.

The integral mono-block structural arrangement is placed in-between said drive shaft means and pair of enclosure means are placed on two extreme ends of said arrangement to form a main shaft.
The drive shaft means and uni-walled structure are insulated.
Arrangement as claimed in claim 6 wherein said uni-walled structure comprises a pair of substantially semi-circular modular structure placed on the edge of said outer circular profile of said uni-walled structure.
According to another embodiment of the present invention there is provided an integral mono-block structural arrangement.
The arrangement comprising a pair of uni-walled structure means where the pair of uni-walled structure means comprising a first and a second wall structure and the first wall structure is placed substantially adjacent to the second wall structure and the first wall structure is placed opposite to said second wall structure and each uni-walled structure is substantially having circular profile.
The uni-walled structure comprises a pair of substantially semi-circular modular structure placed on the edge of said circular profile of said uni-walled structure.
The pair of semi-circular structure is placed diametric to each other.
The pair of semi-circular structure is adapted to act as a coupler to couple itself with said drive shaft means
The uni-walled structure further comprises plurality of provisions substantially located on its surface to accommodated said moving contact assembly elements.

DETAILED DESCRTPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS
In the following detailed description, reference is made to the accompanying drawings that form a part hereof, and illustrate the best mode presently contemplated for carrying out the invention. Further functioning of the arrangement has been discussed below to describe the way the arrangement operates. However, such description should not be considered as any limitation of scope of the present unit. The arrangement thus conceived is susceptible of numerous modifications and variations, all the details may furthermore be replaced with elements having technical equivalence. In practice the materials and dimensions may be any according to the requirements, which will still be comprised within its true spirit.
As shown in Figure 1, the main shaft is formed with at least one integral mono-block type structural arrangement (1), with the details shaped up to accommodate the moving contact assembly elements on either side (2) (3), and essentially with two end caps(4). The contact system elements of the Insulated Draft Shaft (5) are placed between two end caps (4) in case of single pole assembly.
Figure 2 describes exploded view of formation of Three pole Main drive shaft of circuit breaker and the likes. In case of two-pole and multi-pole assembly, the integral mono-block type structural arrangement (1) is placed between the contact system elements of Insulated drive shaft (5) in a designated order with end caps (4) being used at the extreme ends. The assembled Integrated Drive Shaft (6) for the required multi-pole (Figure 3) forms a single drive shaft with inherited structural strength. The integral mono-block type arrangement(l) thus formed acts a mechanical bridge between poles and also as a single unit to engage with the link of actuation mechanism and motion being transmitted without any lag.
The integral mono-block type structural arrangement (1) can form required number of poles easily by repeating one component and is modular. It further has

shared insulated wall and avoids duplication of walls to reduce the component cost. The said arrangement (1) has increased cross-section of the component which results in high structural strength and rigidity and low rotational lag between the poles.
Integral mono-block type component (1) is connected to the mechanism actuation means and transfers motion to poles which results in synchronous motion transmission without using a secondary coupler and thereby reducing the number of components. Such arrangement increases assembly and manufacturing ease and decreases time due to separate units.
