Title of the Invention : INTEGRAON

Background Information :
Poly Urethrene (PU) flooring is generally used in areas where joint less surface is required. These surfaces are recommended mainly in pharmaceutical and electronics manufacturing industries where as these surfaces do not allow any dust or moisture to penetrate. PU sheets are in the form of rolls, having thickness of l-2mm, are stuck to the floor with a suitable adhesive after cleaning sub surfaces and measuring the moisture content of surface. One sheet is welded to another sheet by application of heat and using non-metallic welding roads. The joints are the weakest point and if not appropriately welded may allow dust and water (moisture) to penetrate. Similar problems also takes place near the drain points and where the sheets are changes the direction i.e. floor to wall or wall to celling. Seepage of water below the PU layer give rise to microbial growth and also the PU surface develops bubbles.
A unique method is design and develop under the 'INTEGRAON SYSTEM' to detect any pinhole and other porous deformities left due to any improper welding of joints. If the 'INTEGRAON SYSTEM' is followed at time of laying the PU flooring the joint efficiency can be checked and corrected before major deficiency is noted (microbial failure). determined depending on the Man / Material Movement and Environmental factor.
Description of the 'INTEGRAON SYSTEM' :
While laying the PU flooring before the joints are welded a special coating is applied on the floor below the area where two sheets are to be welded. Allow the Special Integraon Coating to dry, place the PU sheets with adhesive and weld. Detect the pinhole or porosity in the weld zone by using 'INTEGRAON SPARK TESTER'. If a pinhole exist the tester will detect by giving spark in that place which will jump from the Spark Tester and the spark will be visible if the entire area is made dark.
Preliminary Design Specification :
Special Integraon Coating is manufactured with a proper particle size to give accurate detection of pinhole and porosity. Integraon Spark Tester is a battery operated high voltage hand held Spark Tester fitted with metallic soft bristles. The casing of the tester is made up of insulating material and having provision for placing 2 X 2.5 V batteries.

Claim:
