Abstract: INTEGRATED POWER HOUSE (IPH ) is a process to produce Electricity as well as Kinetic Energy of any capacity, anywhere, for any use, without using any outside energy source like fuel, electricity etc. So the Electrical or Kinetic Energy thus produced, is Free of cost, without causing Pollution, much noise and without affecting natural ecological system. Both energy can be produced independently or combined. The IPH system may consist of any number of Motors and Generators, linked with each other to produce required capacity of the energy.
INTEGRATED POWER HOUSE
COMPLETE SPECIFICATION
The most important invention for the human being is Wheel and Electricity. Whole life revolves around these. My INTEGRATED POWER HOUSE (IPH ) is a process to produce Electricity as well as Kinetic Energy of any capacity, anywhere, free of cost, for any use, without costing the consumption of any sort of the outside energy source. Different type and capacity of IPH can be developed, as per the end use.
It is an Integration and synchronization of any number of Electricity generators and Motors coupled with each other on same shaft or are independently connected with each other, with the help of any sort of the mechanical device like Gears, Couplings, Belt, Chain, sprockets etc. Motors are fed with electricity generated by the IPH Generators. Power booster, Inverters / converters are used between IPH Motors and Generators for electrical boosting and management. IPH Generators and Motors are operated by coupling each other and /or also simultaneously with the help of multiple source of free energy, like wind, Tidal, Fluid flow, Nuclear, Steam, Vibration, Harmonic motion, Solar, Magnetic repulsion etc. Even partial energy can be taken regularly or occasionally from the battery or Capacitors to compensate the deceleration and the energy loss in generator or motor due to any sort of the friction, resistance, load, burst torque or heat generation. The battery and capacitor are continuously charged by the IPH generator itself. Since the battery is always charged, it can be used to operate anything when IPH is not functioning.
The Integrated Power House may not be considered based on Perpetual Motion, since both Generators and Motors get their input and give output independently. IPH is a fine management of input and output of both generators and motors, to run them simultaneously, and to use the extra energy thus produced, for other usage. This management can be further improved and modified as per the requirement
If the IPH is to be used as an Electricity Generator, then the total generator output is kept more than the electricity required to run the coupled motors. If IPH is to be used as Motor for Kinetic Energy, then the IPH coupled motors produce more kinetic energy than required by the coupled generators.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF FIGURES AND SYSTEM BASICS OF IPH
MOTORS AND GENERATORS
1. Motors and generators can be on same shaft (Fig-3A, 2C,D,E,F,G,H) or separately coupled with any mechanical device like Chain, Belt, Gear, Couplings, Sprockets etc (Fig-3B,C). In case of the mechanical connection within IPH the motor and generator can be connected in any direction to each other.
2. In case the motor and generator is on same shaft and same body frame, some of the coils and magnets will function as the motor and rest as generator.
3. One or more than one Motor and generator is used in complete IPH system
4. Motors and Generators can be of Induction, Synchronous, or Switched reluctance type
5. The magnetic flux in Motors and Generators can be Axial (Fig-2B), Radial (Fig-2A)or Angular (Fig-2C)or combination of different fluxes(Fig-2D,E,F,G,H) in any one or all Motors and Generators
6. For IPH Generators and Motors, the Permanent Magnets or Electro magnets can be on one or both sides or the coil. Similarly the coils can be on any one or both side of the magnets (Fig-2D,F)
7. IPH Generators(Fig-lB) and Motors ( Fig-1A) are operated with only by coupling
each other or simultaneously with the help of any one or multiple source of free
energy also, like wind, Tidal, Fluid flow, Nuclear, Steam, Vibration, Harmonic motion,
Solar, Magnetic repulsion etc. Even partial energy can be taken regularly or
occasionally from the battery(Fig-lE) or Capacitors (Fig-1D) to compensate the
deceleration and the energy loss in generator or motor due to any sort of the
friction, resistance, load, burst torque or heat generation. The battery and capacitor are continuously charged by the IPH generator itself. Since the battery is always charged, it can be used to operate anything when IPH is not functioning.
8. To operate Generators with the help of Wind or fluid Energy as a turbine, the rotors can have fixed (Fig-4A) type or automatic folding type(Fig-4B) Fins, Blades, louvers. Generally the drawback of the fixed fins/blades is that when there is a flow of wind from one direction as in (Fig-4A),the bottom fins get pushed with the pressure but the upper fins create reverse resistance to the flow of Wind/Fluid, causing the turbine/rotor speed reduction. In case of the folding fins/blades, the upper fins/blades turn flat and cause no resistance. These operate with gravitational, centrifugal or some mechanical pull/push This method can be used anywhere else also in any type of item in horizontal, vertical or angular position, in a variety of designs. Also the rotor with folding fins/blades will take lesser space.
9. In case of the Wind, Fluid energy ,the axial direction of the generator shaft can be in same or opposite direction of the flow of energy (Longitudinal) (Fig-5A) or perpendicular but in same plane(Transversal) (Fig-5B) or can be perpendicular or angular to the plane of flow of energy (Fig-5C)
10. In case of the mechanical connection of IPH Motor or Generator with the rotating or to be rotated wheels/shafts, these can be in any direction and orientation and by any means.
11. Motors may be operated as Generators and Generators may be used as Motors also. So, re-generative braking of motors can also be used
12. Motors or generators or motor and generator combo (Fig-8A) can be operated with wind/Fluid flow as well as with mechanical rotation like wheel of the vehicle etc (Fig-8C) in any direction. Rotor fins, blades, louvers (Fig-8B) can be in fixed or folding type
13. Rotor and Stator of any Motor/Generator may (Fig-9A, 2) and may not be in same body frame (Fig-9B).
14. Stator of any generator/Motor can be fixed or can rotate in opposite direction of the rotor, for variable output.
15. Flux air gap can be decreased or increased to manage the flux density of any motor or generator to manage torque and speed with energy conservation, more the air gap lesser the torque but higher speed.
16. Ducting for wind, fluid energy based generators may be direct (Fig-6A), loop type (Fig-5B) or screw type (Fig-5C) to maintain the continuous wind/fluid pressure
17. Rotor or stator of Motors and Generators may be with any design and size of the permanent or electromagnets as well as the coils. The coils may be with or without any sort of the core.
18. In case the core is used in any motor or generator, it may be solid or laminated metal. The core can be of Metal casting or composite casting with metal powder, flakes, balls etc with any sort of the binder like epoxy, Polyester, PVC or any other suitable material. It can be in single piece (Fig-7 A,B), or in multiple pieces (Fig-7C,D)
19. Rotor and Stator of Motors and generator can be in laminated or solid metal or non metal. Magnets and coils can be encapsulated, embedded in non metal material using Resin Injection Moulding or clip on method.
20. Gyration wheel or ring can be incorporated with rotors of Motors and generators, for moment of inertia.
WINDING CONNECTIONS
1- Coil Winding connection and sequence in IPH Generators and Motors may be in any pattern with Delta or Star connection, in series or parallel.
2-The Electrical system can be AC or DC, in single or poly phase.
3-Burst torque & acceleration can be achieved through connecting or disconnecting some of the field coils of any motor or generator. This can be done by circuit orientation of the capacitor connections too.
ENERGY STORAGE
1-Any sort of the suitable battery is used, which is charged by IPH generators itself. So number of batteries required for IPH is less. The Battery power is used at the time of Start of system operation, Acceleration, or to partially support the generator system in case of the low output due to slow speed. The system can be even Kick started.
2-lndependent or array of Capacitors connected in series or parallel or both, are charged by generator or battery power in step by step sequential or continuous mode, to discharge and give extra power at the time of Burst Torque, acceleration, or regularly to compensate the shortage in generator power . The discharge can be of single shot or continuous type and be managed with mechanical or electrical rotary switching or with some electronic circuit.
3-Electrical or Electronic management and cooling system may be used to monitor battery and capacitor charge condition and temperature.
POWER MANAGEMENT AND CONVERTERS
Electrical/Electronic or Microcontroller based Inverters/Converters (Fig-1G) of appropriate capacity are used to convert AC and DC along with increase and/or decrease of Voltage and Current, and power factor, and to manage different Generators and Motors. These can be embedded, integrated or independent system, with or without inbuilt battery/capacitor charger (Fig-1F)
SPEED/POWER REGULATOR- Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic or Microcontroller based Speed/Power regulator of appropriate capacity are used to control the increase and/or decrease of the speed of different motors. These can be integrated or independent system.
DIFFERENT FORMS OF IPH
GENERATORS FOR FREE ELECTRICITY SUPPLY
-Generators of any capacity can be made to produce Free Electricity, without any sort of the external input like fuel etc. It can be standalone type or incorporated /integrated with any device that runs on electricity. (Fig-1H)
MOTORS FOR FREE KINETIC ENERGY SUPPLY
-Motors of any capacity can be made to produce Free Kinetic Energy (Fig-11), without any sort of the external input like fuel, electricity etc. It can be standalone type or incorporated /integrated with any device that runs on kinetic energy.
GENERATOR & MOTOR COMBO FOR FREE ELECTRICITY AND KINETIC ENERGY SUPPLY
-There can be a Generator and Motor combo which can supply free of cost Electricity as well as Kinetic Energy to any one or more systems.
For example this type of system can be used on all sort of the vehicle on Land, Water and Air and these vehicles can be run, Free of cost with IPH, that too without pollution, and putting load on Electrical Grid System, and without causing ecological damage. The system can be retrofitted on any new or old vehicle or be fitted as an original equipment with new vehicle. It can be used as a Primary Drive System or Hybrid System. Special type of hub
motors can also be used for land vehicles, where the rotor is placed over wheel hub before placing the tyre and the stator is fastened on the hub shaft casing or support frame(Fig-9A). Freely available wind pressure due to the motion of the vehicle is used for Wind operated array of generators with fixed or folding fins. Generators are installed anywhere like under the floor, Over the roof top, in the luggage boot, engine bay, under the seats and wind pressure is regulated directly or through ducts. Generators can also be run with wind power as well as rotational kinetic energy of the vehicle wheels ( Fig-8). If IPH is retrofitted on any vehicle, already with any sort of the engine, there will be a switching device , to run vehicle on that engine or IPH. This switching device can be manual or automatic. The Electric vehicle fitted with IPH would not require so much number of batteries, battery charging back home, and unlimited mileage.
By using IPH the travelling and transportation cost may become zero, affecting all aspects of life.
Since the battery will remain always charged, its power can be used for other applications also when the vehicle is parked, like to run house hold equipments, Gadgets, Light and Fan through inverter, and save on Electricity bills.
