Abstract: Abstract The Integrated Remote Manufacturing Management (IRMM) is a comprehensive operations management system designed specifically to improve the accuracy of data, reduce the human interface in data collection and analysis, and empower the stakeholders to act in timely manner thereby significantly improving the plant operating efficiencies. IRMM comprises of an array of hardware and a unique software tool, when used in conjunction, provides the client with an access to live information on all the processes and about products being manufactured on individual machines in the production facilities located virtually anywhere in the world Auto captures various parameters from the processes, and provides auto computed results related to plant productivity, quality and the process variable cost. The tracking of production failure issues, generation and comparisonof various production performance parameters with the benchmarks. Smart predictive function helps to create efficient plan of production while keeping track of all the available resources and finished goods for a balanced inventory The system consists of an array of hardware, including a data logging device which continuously monitors all the machines for various signals. These signals are constantly relayed to the host server. The system includes a host server that serves interactive web pages over the network to a clientaccessing the server using a browser or a mobile application. A web based application is executing polls for machine production signalfrom thedata logger for data. It typically updates a current database with the collected data. Smart terminal is an interface offered to input defects or other relevant information from the users in the production facility.
