PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION The following specification particularly describes the invention.

FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention is related to the exhaust system of vehicle and more particularly it relates to an integrated vibration isolator assembly.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
An exhaust system vibration isolator unit supports the exhaust system components on
a vehicle in a manner to reduce noise and vibration. In the conventional vibration
i
isolator, the shock absorbing material is provided only at one side of the muffler and it's in hanged position. This arrangement produced non-uniform compression in the shock absorber which tends to misalign the exhaust system; hence apart from the misalignment of the said exhaust system, due to said misalignment, the exhaust system becomes non-stable which causes vibration and noise in exhaust system. In order to address the above disadvantage, an integrated vibration isolator assembly is developed
OBJECTS OF INVENTION
The main object of the present invention is to provide an integrated vibration isolator for exhaust system.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide an integrated vibration isolator for exhaust system which provide uniform compression in rubber buffer that makes the system more stable, free from noise and vibration.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
In accordance with the present invention, an Integrated vibration isolator assembly comprises; exhaust mounting bracket (1) mounted on vehicle body, exhaust pipe

flange (2) with hole, said exhaust pipe flange (2) is attached with the exhaust pipe (3) on one side by welding and bolted with muffler (4) on another side, said exhaust mounting bracket (1) is connected to bush (6) with the help of bolted (5) , said bushes (6) are attached to the hull (vehicle body) (7) with the help of welding, said Exhaust pipe flange (2) is configured to be sandwiched between rubber buffers (8) and bolted with exhaust mounting means (9) and a steel washer (10) is provided with the buffers (8) to avoid excessive tightening of bolt (9).
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
Figure-01 shows the integrated vibration isolator unit assembled in the exhaust
system.
Figure-02 shows the integrated vibration isolator unit in accordance with the
invention.
Figure-03 shows rubber buffer, steel tube and steel washer used in said invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
Referring now to the drawings wherein the showings are for the purpose of illustrating a preferred embodiment of the invention only, and not for the purpose of limiting the same.
In accordance with the present invention, an Integrated vibration isolator assembly comprises; exhaust mounting bracket (1) mounted on vehicle body, exhaust pipe flange (2) with hole, said exhaust pipe flange (2) is attached with the exhaust pipe (3) on one side by welding and bolted with muffler (4) on another side, said exhaust mounting bracket (1) is connected to bush (6) with the help of bolted (5) , said bushes (6) are attached to the hull (vehicle body) (7) with the help of welding, said Exhaust pipe flange (2) is configured to be sandwiched between rubber buffers (8) and bolted

with exhaust mounting means (9) and a steel washer (10) is provided with the buffers (8) to avoid excessive tightening of bolt (9).
Said Steel washers (10) are provided to support rubber buffers (8) from bottom.
Said Rubber buffers (8) are made of Nitrile PVC of Shore A hardness 60±5. It is thermally resistant up to temperature 120° which is quite suitable for exhaust application. In the condition of vibration when said exhaust pipe flange (2) moves in upwards direction then upper rubber buffers (8) get compressed and shock is absorbed and when exhaust pipe flange (2) mover downward direction then lower rubber (8) get compressed and shock is absorbed.
The said integrated vibration isolator assembly is disposed at both side of muffler (4) to facilitate uniform compression to the said rubber buffers(8).
The foregoing description is a specific embodiment of the present invention. It should be appreciated that this embodiment is described for purpose of illustration only, and that numerous alterations and modifications may be practiced by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. It is intended that all such modifications and alterations be included insofar as they come within the scope of the invention as claimed or the equivalents thereof.
