Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of liquefied natural gas (LNG) cold energy utilization. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to a process scheme involving utilisation of LNG cold energy in process plants of petrochemical complex. Particularly, the present disclosure states about the details of integration of cold LNG stream from LNG Regasification terminal with a refrigeration cycle used for producing desired refrigeration in process plants like Propane Dehydrogenation plant and Steam Cracking Unit of a petrochemical complex.
