FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention relates to an intelligent programmable Auto clean function in Chimney / Hood. More particularly, the invention discloses programmable Auto clean function for a Chimney / Hood.
BACKGROUND ART
Manual cleaning of the chimney / hood is common. Although this method can be said to be an inexpensive method because the filter and collection unit is manually removed from the indoor unit for cleaning, it is troublesome because work must be performed each time. Also, depending on the location (height) of the indoor unit, it is difficult to remove the filter. Especially when the indoor unit is installed at a high place, for example, the filter may be removed from the indoor unit on a ladder. There is a problem that there is a risk of falling and the risk is extremely high for elderly people.
Considering this point, several methods for automatically cleaning without removing the filter have been proposed. As an example, a method is known in which the filter is cleaned by air flow. The air filter cleaning can be automatically turned on and off according to the remote-control settings. In other words, when the air filter cleaning is set to ON by the remote controller, it is determined whether or not the predetermined cleaning time has been reached each time the chimney / hood is stopped. Lower and raise to clean both sides of the filter.
In addition, the automatic cleaning of the filter is performed on condition that the chimney / Hood is stopped. The operation stop includes an operation stop due to the time-up of the chimney / Hood shut-off timer. Therefore for example, when cleaning is started while sleeping, the sleep may be hindered by the cleaning sound or vibration sound, and there may be some fine dust left on the filter during the cleaning, The dust falls into the room and falls on the bedridden etc., which may cause a very uncomfortable situation.
Furthermore, in a usage situation where the chimney / Hood is operated continuously for a long time without stopping operation, filter cleaning is performed unless the user stops the operation of the chimney / Hood and arbitrarily performs the filter cleaning operation. Therefore, dust or the like accumulates on the filter, and the dirt becomes severe, which not only lowers the efficiency of operation but is also not preferable from the viewpoint of the indoor environment and energy saving.
While operating the cooker hood cleaning is required after few times, because some oil dirt and grease are collected and stuck at internal surface of cooker hood. To clean the cooker hood internal surface, blower and blower housing, we need to remove filter and wash internal housing with detergent and water. To avoid manual cleaning, intelligent auto clean is required.
SUMMARY OF INVENTION
Intelligent Auto-clean is a technology which gives hassle free experience of kitchen chimney cleaning. In intelligent auto clean, chimney will record the running time of motor. When the motor is running for example 30hour, the hood will automatically start cleaning internal blower, blower housing and internal surface through heat and other preprogrammed cleaning operations. That is called intelligent auto clean.
The invention also discloses cooker hood cleaning with heater and blower. The invention further relates to a control method of the cooker hood cleaning. By the adoption of the cooker hood cleaning and the control method thereof, oil dirt adhering to a cooker hood can be effectively removed, and meanwhile different cleaning requirements can be met.
Therefore such as herein described there is provided a Chimney / Hood with programmable auto-clean function comprising of a filter disposed along the inner surface of the hood; a filter cleaning means for cleaning the said filter; and a control means for controlling the filter driving means, wherein the control means is at least a preset auto-clean operation; and wherein said automatic cleaning mode is configured for the filter cleaning and is driven when the accumulated time [total ON time] is reached, and the filter cleaning means is arbitrarily set by operating a remote controller or automated.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Therefore, the subject of this invention is providing the control apparatus of the chimney / hood which auto cleans a filter/blower housing appropriately according to the use environment and driving and / or running state of a Chimney / Hood.
In order to solve the above discussed problem, the present application has a chimney / hood control apparatus for triggering auto clean function by auto switch. A filter disposed along the inner surface of the hood, a filter cleaning means for cleaning the said filter, and a control means for controlling the filter driving means, where in the control means is at least a preset auto-clean operation. An automatic cleaning mode is a function in which the filter cleaning is driven when the accumulated time [total ON time] is reached, and the filter cleaning means is arbitrarily set by operating a remote controller or automated. In an embodiment there is also provided manual cleaning mode for driving at point, if the driver of the chimney / hood is stopped by timeout of the timer cut is the cumulative time at that time is a predetermined value and turned to the automatic cleaning mode condition Even if it is triggered, execution of the automatic cleaning mode is prohibited.
Further, when execution of the automatic cleaning mode is prohibited due to time-up of the cut-off timer, the auto-clean operation integration time is set in advance. The automatic cleaning mode is forcibly executed when a time longer than the value is reached.
As a preferred aspect of the present invention, the control means monitors the operation integration time and continuous operation integration time of the chimney / hood in addition to the auto clean operation integration time and executes the automatic cleaning mode. The longest time is set in consideration of the dust / oil accumulation allowable amount in the bin, the auto clean operation integration time is set in consideration of the oil / dust adhesion amount of the filter, and the continuous operation integration time is set in the auto clean time. The time is set longer than the operation integration time. According to this, the cleaning of the air filter is appropriately determined, and efficient cleaning control is realized by setting the auto clean operation integration time according to the kitchen condition.
Next, several embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 2, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The chimney / hood control device of the present invention cleans the filter by enabling the inbuilt filter cleaning pre - programmed schedule to be driven when the operation is stopped after a predetermined time has elapsed by setting of the function, and the operation is stopped by a timer. In an embodiment, the function is configured not to include stoppage of operation, but if the stoppage of operation by the turn-off timer continues longer than the operation time of the air filter cleaning device, the filter cleaning device can be driven and the operation of the chimney / hood is not stopped. When the operation is performed continuously for a long time, the air filter cleaning device can be driven after a predetermined time of operation.
In another embodiment, the chimney / hood control device includes control circuit which is a programmed microprocessor and performs necessary control for Hood operation. The said filter is not only cleaned when the said function is activated in advance, but the filter is automatically cleaned by judging the clogged state of the filter based on the accumulated operation time of the chimney / hood.
As shown in FIG. 2, in standby mode, Intelligent Auto clean function will start automatically once the PCB program detects that the Cooker Hood has been working for 30 hours.
• In this technology we are using memory function in switch PCB for start intelligent auto-clean.
• When the hood automatically start cleaning, it reset the time again for next 30hours.
Line diagram of figure 2 is recites the flow of energy, data and material.
• Automatic cleaning (No hassles of cleaning filters)
This invention helps people a hassle-free cleaning because in manual cleaning sometime peoples just skipped to clean the cooker hood, its impact the operation and function of cooker hood, so to avoid this problem intelligent auto-clean helps. Because cooker hood automatically start after every 30hour and with help of heater, oil, dirt and grease collected in oil collector cup.
• Time Saving
Intelligent auto-clean technology saves time of people because it runs automatically after every 30hours, no need to worry about cleaning of cooker hood every time. Duration of auto clean is 10 to 12 minutes.
Many modifications may readily be contemplated by those skilled in the art to which the invention relates. Many further modifications may readily be contemplated. The description set out above is particularly applicable to high rate clarification applications. However, in conventional clarification where the upstream or downstream processes herein described are not used, the teachings according to the invention may have considerable merit and are also applicable. The specific embodiments described, therefore, should be taken as illustrative of the invention only and not as limiting its scope as defined herein.

1. A Chimney / Hood with programmable auto-clean function comprising of:
a filter disposed along the inner surface of the hood;
a filter cleaning means for cleaning the said filter; and
a control means for controlling the filter driving means, wherein the control means is at least a preset auto-clean operation; and
wherein said automatic cleaning mode is configured for the filter cleaning and is driven when the accumulated time [total ON time] is reached, and the filter cleaning means is arbitrarily set by operating a remote controller or automated.

The Chimney / Hood with programmable auto-clean function as claimed in claim 1, wherein under condition that the execution of the automatic cleaning mode is prohibited due to time-up of the cut-off timer and the auto-clean operation integration time is set in advance, then the automatic cleaning mode is forcibly executed when a time longer than the value is reached.
3. The Chimney / Hood with programmable auto-clean function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control means monitors the operation integration time and continuous operation integration time of the chimney / hood in addition to the auto clean operation integration time and executes the automatic cleaning mode.
4. The Chimney / Hood with programmable auto-clean function as claimed in claim 3, wherein the longest time is set in consideration of the dust / oil accumulation allowable amount in the bin, the auto clean operation integration time is set in consideration of the oil / dust adhesion amount of the filter, and the continuous operation integration time is set in the auto clean time.

The Chimney / Hood with programmable auto-clean function as claimed in claim 4, wherein the said time is set longer than the operation integration time and the cleaning of the air filter is appropriately determined, and efficient cleaning control is realized by setting the auto clean operation integration time.

The Chimney / Hood with programmable auto-clean function as claimed in claim 1, further includes manual cleaning mode for driving at point, when the driver of the chimney / hood is stopped by timeout of the timer cut is the cumulative time at that time is a predetermined value and turned to the automatic cleaning mode condition; and
wherein even if the function is triggered, the execution of the automatic cleaning mode is prohibited.
7. The Chimney / Hood with programmable auto-clean function as claimed in claim 1, wherein said control means is a programmed microprocessor and performs necessary control for Hood operation.

The Chimney / Hood with programmable auto-clean function as claimed in claim 1, wherein said filter is not only cleaned when the said function is activated in advance, but the filter is automatically cleaned by judging the clogged state of the filter based on the accumulated operation time of the chimney / hood.

The Chimney / Hood with programmable auto-clean function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said function is configured not to include stoppage of operation, but if the stoppage of operation by the turn-off timer continues longer than the operation time of the air filter cleaning device, the filter cleaning device can be driven and the operation of the chimney / hood is not stopped.
10. The Chimney / Hood with programmable auto-clean function as claimed in claim 1, wherein in standby mode, said function is configured to start automatically once the said function detects that the Cooker Hood has been working for 30 hours.
