Abstract: INTERACTIVE INTERFACE FOR LEGAL QUERY RESOLUTION Abstract A server system configured to receive legal inquiries from users via an interactive web interface is one example of a system that may be used to resolve legal queries in accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure. Legal data pertinent to the inquiries may be stored in a database system if the embodiment so requires. In certain implementations, a legal query is processed by a natural language processing module that then sends search requests to a database. In certain implementations, the queries sent to the search engine are used to locate the appropriate legal material in the aforementioned database. Moreover, embodiments may have a presentation module set up to display the obtained legal data to the user via the dynamic web interface. 7. A method for resolving legal queries, the method comprising:
receiving a legal query from a user via an interactive web interface;
generating a corresponding search query based on the legal query using a natural language processing module;
retrieving relevant legal information from a database system using a search engine module based on the search query;
presenting the retrieved legal information to the user via the interactive web interface;
receiving feedback from the user regarding the relevance and accuracy of the presented legal information;
using the feedback to improve future query resolution; and
repeating the process for subsequent legal queries.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising verifying the identity of the user and providing personalized legal information based on the user's profile.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the natural language processing module generates context-specific queries based on the user's input and previous query history.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein the search engine module ranks the retrieved legal information based on relevance and presents the information in an order determined by the ranking.
