Abstract: Abstract Interactive Platform and Associated Technique for Performance-based Rewards to enhance personalization and digital experiences of users The present invention discloses an interactive platform and associated technique for performance-based rewards to enhance personalization and digital experiences of users. The system is about an interactive platform and associated method to identify user, user location and digital presence at events i.e. hosted or non-hosted. The system is to provide one or more performance-based rewards engagements dynamic instruction driven scan and device discovering technologies, AI and machine learning. User will get rewards on wait time engagement (12) at shop or outdoor, virtual engagement on virtual platform such as metaverse etc. assured audience targeting, time driven events etc. The invention further creates a time slot advertisement promotion space from the various analytics data brings new way of convenience, personalisation, relevancy to the user and most promising to conversion to the promotion agency. The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.


Field of Invention
The present invention is related to e-commerce platform. More particularly the invention relates to interactive platform and associated technique for performance-based rewards. Even more particularly the invention relates to interactive platform and associated technique for performance-based rewards to enhance personalization and digital experiences of users.
Background of the invention
In those days ecommerce is very well known and publicly used that refers to online activity which includes buying and selling of products and services, most of the ecommerce companies provide rewards whenever we buy any product or services but they don’t provide rewards on waiting time, on performance, on connection etc. Some of the prior inventions are discussed here.
Reference has been made to WO2011149558 titled “REALITY ALTERNATE” by ABELOW, Daniel, H. dated 28.05.2010 which discloses the invention reconceptualizes current and new technology to provide an Alternate "human success" Reality - the "Expandaverse"- in which individual personal success and economic prosperity are accelerated and expanded. This "Alternate Reality" includes reconceptualized machines, devices, systems, personal identities, networks, infrastructure, etc. that comprise an Alternate Reality Teleportal Machine (ARTPM). In some examples the glass window is reinvented as a digital "Teleportal" (TP) that turns the world and near-space outside the Earth into one room (the Teleportal Machine or TPM), with direct "always on" access to a plurality of people, places, tools, entertainment, etc. Exceeding the many new fiction concepts that required later inventing to became real, it is an object of this ARTPM to enable the new engineering concept that human digital reality is created and chosen and not mandated, to initiate an Expandaverse of collective and personal aspirations:"lf you want a better reality, choose it and enjoy it."
Another reference has been made to WO2019023659 titled “SYSTEMS, METHODS AND APPARATUSES OF SEAMLESS INTEGRATION OF AUGMENTED, ALTERNATE, VIRTUAL, AND/OR MIXED REALITIES WITH PHYSICAL REALITIES FOR ENHANCEMENT OF WEB, MOBILE AND/OR OTHER DIGITAL EXPERIENCES” by MAGICAL TECHNOLOGIES, LLC dated 28.07.2017 which discloses Systems, Methods and Apparatuses of Seamless Integration of Augmented, Alternate, Virtual, and/or Mixed Realities with Physical Realities for Enhancement of Web, Mobile and/or Other Digital Experiences are disclosed. In one aspect, embodiments of the present disclosure include a method, which may be implemented on a system, to create an alternate reality environment of a physical location. The alternate reality environment can include: a representation of a real environment associated with the physical location and/or the virtual object. Moreover, in the alternate reality environment, one or more of, perceptibility of the virtual object and perceptibility of the representation of the real environment is configurable or adjustable by the human user.
Another reference has been made to US10967255 titled “Virtual reality system for facilitating participation in events” by Brandon Rosado dated 26.05.2017 which discloses a system for providing a virtual reality system is disclosed. In particular, the system provides a game-simulation hybrid that provides a massive online virtual world and accompanying network based around user profiles, events, activities, challenges, virtual lifestyle, and advertising. The system enables users to actively participate in live events or activities occurring in locations remote from the users by rendering digital versions of the live events or activities via applications executing on the computing devices of the users. The digital versions of the live events may be rendered within the virtual world and the system may enable users to interact in the virtual world in meaningful ways. For example, the system may enable users to communicate with other users during the rendering of the live events or activities, participate in the rendered live events with other users, interact with and purchase various rendered goods and services, among other functionality.
Another reference has been made to US20170325006 titled “METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CREATION, DISTRIBUTION, ASSEMBLY AND VERIFICATION OF MEDIA” by NTECH Properties, Inc. dated 08.09.2000 which discloses a method and apparatus for creation, distribution, assembly and verification of media, including one embodiment, media is transmitted to a receiver where the receiver assembles the media into programming. In another embodiment, media is transmitted to the receiver from a plurality of sources. In a further embodiment, a source of media performs a tagging operation to associate sets of tags with elements of the stream of media. In various embodiments, different combinations of look-and-feel, content and other tags are associated with the media stream. In an additional embodiment, tagging of the media stream is performed at the receiver. A user at the receiver may also provide data about the user to the receiver. In yet another embodiment, the receiver uses the tags to assemble the media into a program. In still further embodiments of the invention, various Royalty Only Aggregate Revenues or “ROAR” models and apparatus are disclosed.
Another reference has been made to US20130073387 titled “SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL RELATED SOCIAL/GEO/PROMO LINK PROMOTIONAL DATA SETS FOR END USER DISPLAY OF INTERACTIVE AD LINKS, PROMOTIONS AND SALE OF PRODUCTS, GOODS, AND/OR SERVICES INTEGRATED WITH 3D SPATIAL GEOMAPPING, COMPANY AND LOCAL INFORMATION FOR SELECTED WORLDWIDE LOCATIONS AND SOCIAL NETWORKING” by Stephan Heath dated 15.09.2011 which discloses a technique, method, apparatus, and system to provide educational related, integrated social networking, real time geospatial mapping, geo-target location based technologies including GPS and GIS and multiple points of interest, receiving current location of user's electronic or mobile device and multiple points of interest, cloud-type configuration storing and handling user data across multiple enterprises, generating user behavior data and ad links, promotions (“social/geo/promo”) links on a website for educational related products, goods, and/or services, including educational related social/geo/promo data sets for user customized visual displays showing 3D map presentations with correlated or related broad or alternative categories of social/geo/promo links to be displayed with web page content for view and interaction by an end user.
Another reference has been made to WO2012094516 titled “INTERESTINGNESS RECOMMENDATIONS IN A COMPUTING ADVICE FACILITY” by Pinckney Thomas, eBay, Inc., Dixon Christopher, Gattis Matthew Ryan dated 08.06.2011 which discloses a recommendation to a user through a computer-based advice facility, comprising collecting topical information, wherein the collected topical information includes an interestingness aspect; filtering the collected topical information based on the interestingness aspect; determining an interestingness rating from the collected topical information, wherein the determining is through the computer-based advice facility; and providing a user with the recommendation related to the topical information based on the interestingness rating.
Another reference has been made to WO2012094519 titled “GEOGRAPHICALLY LOCALIZED RECOMMENDATIONS IN A COMPUTING ADVICE FACILITY” by EBAY INC. dated 08.06.2011 which discloses a geographically localized recommendation to a user through a computer-based advice facility, comprising collecting a recommendation from an Internet source, wherein the recommendation is determined to have an interestingness aspect and a geographic location aspect, comparing the collected recommendation to a derived user taste and the user's current geographic location, determining at least one recommendation for the user based on processing on the comparison, and delivering at least one recommendation to a user's mobile communications device, wherein the user is enabled to at least one of view, save, and share the recommendation via an application at least in part resident on the computer-based advice facility.
Another reference has been made to WO2014055376 titled “CONTEXTUALLY INTELLIGENT COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES” by BJONTEGARD, Bernt, Erik dated 08.06.2011 which discloses a contextually intelligent communication system and processes acquire and processes data on the current context of a user who is using a connected mobile communication device such as a smart phone or tablet by using various sensors, image recognition or augmented reality residing in the connected device; providing additional data to define the user's current environment; combining the contextual data on the device with the additional data to define the user's complete, relevant context; gathering the user's current context data and updating the device by uploading the data via a wide area mobile network to a contextually intelligent server in the cloud, matching the user's current contextual data with the user's past and historical data and then downloading updated data back to the device, with the updated data including any of a variety of contextually relevant information such as feedback, experiences, recommendations, offers, coupons, advice, tactile feedback, content.
Another reference has been made to WO2016176506 titled “INTELLIGENT PREDICTION OF QUEUE WAIT TIMES” by BLAZER AND FLIP FLOPS, INC DBA THE EXPERIENCE ENGINE dated 28.04.2015 which discloses an estimate is provided for how long a guest will have to wait to enter a ride, restaurant, restroom, or other point of interest at a venue. Wait times are computed using one or more algorithms (e.g., Bayesian) that can combine direct measurements around the point of interest, historical measurements around the point of interest, and measurements taken from other systems not directly connected to the point of interest. Supporting systems will vary by venue and may include entry ticketing systems, network traffic, point of sale registers, event schedules, and proximity detectors in other parts of the venue. By comparing probabilities generated from this disparate data, current and future wait times can be estimated and provided to front-end devices corresponding to guests or staff.
Another reference has been made to US10269042B2 titled “Customer relationship management system for physical locations” by Maplebear Inc dated 2002-11-07 which discloses a method for outputting information about a person includes identifying the person utilizing a wireless system upon entry into a physical location, and also includes locating the person within the physical structure. An engagement plan is retrieved based on the identification of the person and output. The engagement plan has information useful for interacting with the person. The engagement plan is created based at least in part on personal information of the person, the preferences of the person, and the past transactions of the person. A system for outputting information about a person, such as a customer, includes an object carried by the person, which is capable of being identified by a wireless system. A wireless interface communicates with the object. A computing device correlates the identification of the object with the person. An output device outputs information relating to the person.
Another reference has been made to WO2016149683 titled “Dynamic content analysis and engagement system for shared displays” by Forbes John Bruce, Misch Felix, Jenks Timothy S dated 18.03.2015 which discloses methods, systems, and techniques for analyzing the level of engagement of viewers of shared digital displays and enhancing that engagement by dynamically modifying the content of the display and incorporating personalized content created by viewers are provided. One example embodiment is the Dynamic Content Analysis and Engagement System (DCAES), which enables the operator of the system to analyze engagement, generate metrics, manage owner and viewer generated content, and dynamically modify the content on the shared display to increase the engagement of the viewer. In one example embodiment, the DCAES comprises an attention sensor module, an analysis module, a content management module, and a display control module.
Another reference has been made to US10322313B2 titled “Barcode generation and implementation method and system for processing information” by Sean McKirdy dated 2011-08-05 which discloses a system and method for generating and implementing a barcode is provided, wherein the system includes a data generation device configured to receive data and generate barcode data response to the received data, a barcode generation device, configured to receive the barcode data and generate a barcode responsive to the received barcode data, a display device, configured to display the barcode and a barcode receiving device, configured to receive the barcode and operate in response to the barcode.
Another reference has been made to US9330190 titled “Method and system for providing data handling information for use by a publish/subscribe client” by JOLLY SEVEN SERIES 70 OF ALLIED SECURITY TRUST dated 2006-12-11 which discloses a method for providing data handling information for use by a client of a pub/sub service to handle data published by the pub/sub service includes receiving a subscription request to a data tuple that includes source data from a client of the pub/sub service. When the request is received, a first subscription is provided for the client to the data tuple and a second subscription, distinct from the first subscription, is automatically provided for the client to a data handling tuple that is associated with the data tuple and that includes data handling information defining how the source data of the data tuple is to be handled by the client. A first notification message including the source data is generated and a second notification message, distinct from the first notification message, is generated that includes the data handling information.
Another reference has been made to US9330190 titled “Method and system for providing data handling information for use by a publish/subscribe client” by JOLLY SEVEN SERIES 70 OF ALLIED SECURITY TRUST dated 2006-12-11 which discloses a method for providing data handling information for use by a client of a pub/sub service to handle data published by the pub/sub service includes receiving a subscription request to a data tuple that includes source data from a client of the pub/sub service. When the request is received, a first subscription is provided for the client to the data tuple and a second subscription, distinct from the first subscription, is automatically provided for the client to a data handling tuple that is associated with the data tuple and that includes data handling information defining how the source data of the data tuple is to be handled by the client. A first notification message including the source data is generated and a second notification message, distinct from the first notification message, is generated that includes the data handling information.
However, none of the above discussed inventions relates to interactive platform and associated technique for performance-based rewards to enhance personalization and digital experiences of users as discussed in the present invention. The present invention is an interactive platform and associated technique to create the interactive resource pools for dynamically provisioning events and performance-based rewards to users enhancing personalization and digital experiences using the dynamic instruction driven image scan, device discovering technologies, AI, and Machine Learning. The present invention offers rewards to the user on one or more stages such as performance at engagements, message received, message count, connection established to the source system and its various events and connection lifecycles such as connection duration, connection count, connection exit, multiple connection etc.
Objective of the invention
The main objective of the main invention is to provide an interactive platform and associated technique for performance-based rewards to enhance personalization and digital experiences of users.
Another objective of the invention is to provide method for identify user, user location and digital presence at events.
Another objective of the invention is to provide publish-subscribe using the interactive and non-interactive Resource Pools
Another objective of the invention is to capture and identify the source device.
Another objective of the invention is to validate and connect to target device.
Another objective of the invention is to provide engagement list.
Another objective of the invention is to provide max connected time and exit connection.
Another objective of the invention is to provide data analytics.
Another objective of the invention is to identify the source device by the target device.
Another objective of the invention is to provide third party integrated ecommerce.
Another objective of the invention is to provide time slot advertisement promotion space.
Another objective of the invention is to provide performance-based rewards.

The present invention provides interactive platform and associated technique for performance-based rewards to enhance personalization and digital experiences of user. Interactive platform and associated technique to create the interactive resource pools for dynamically provisioning events and performance-based rewards to users enhancing personalization and digital experiences using the dynamic instruction driven image scan, device discovering technologies, AI, and Machine Learning.

It should be noted that the particular description and embodiments set forth in the specification below are merely exemplary of the wide variety and arrangement of instructions which can be employed with the present invention. All the features disclosed in this specification may be replaced by similar other or alternative features performing similar or same or equivalent purposes. Thus, unless expressly stated otherwise, they all are within the scope of present invention. 1. Target System: The user/s, computerised device/s, their environment, their Target System meta-attribute/s help to identify digital presence and provisioning events (engagements and messages). The user digital presence identified and connected to the Source System in Physical space or Digital Space or Virtual space or combinations in multiple ways.
a. Scan Engine, Scan the source system: The platform image scanner that scan the data, which is in the form of image or a video or time lapse images or any of the below combinations.
i. Devices built-in scanner software or hardware or both such as mobile phone, camera enabled devices, AR/VR/MR enabled devices.
ii. Static Image Scan.
iii. QR Scan.
iv. Video playback
v. Interactive instructions.
b. Validate the source system interactively.
i. There can be levels of validation, which can be dependent or independent of each other eg: image or a video or time lapse images or its combination.
ii. Dynamic Instruction Driven: Dynamic Instruction Driven Scan over one or more combination of the Source System Interfacing Components. The scanner provides a dynamic instruction during the scan time to ensure the authentic of the scan event and display. The dynamic instruction during the scan can be varied on one or more factors that is time or duration, direction of the scan, platform user profile validation, platform interactive driven scan.
iii. Through interactive driven scan user can enter the text or number, select the graphical image order or time, click a button, make a transaction, watch a video without skip, click a link, and swipe.
For Lenticular images, it should have also different perspective on its view angle which could consider at platform dynamic instruction scan to validate the authentic user digital presence.
For physical 3d object scanning, the technology Image recognition technology interprets photographs to identify objects, 3d image perspective, etc, further AI image recognition, computer vision technology adds quality and performance to it, the platform ai engine will take care of this validations. The physical object would be majorly considered with one or more different perspective views eg: The 3d object top view should be distinct from the top-front view (15)
Example 1: With a Lenticular image or 3D object allow the viewer to see different images depending on the angle at which they view it, The Platform provides dynamic instruction, random instructions, user unpredicted instructions with respect to the angle of scan, duration, or further interactive instructions or any of its combinations.
Example 2: the first scan - Scan the Image at aligned to Left Direction and keep for 2 Sec, and next scan the Image aligned Right Direction to get another view perspective of the image and can be repeated or keep at any combinations, additional interactions such as enter the text or number, select the graphical image order or time, watch a video without skip, click a link, and swipe, more scans. With dynamic instruction over the scan to identify the object or image or print or any of its combinations ensures the authentic of scan at location, time, display and allows user to connect to the source system. When two different users A and B attempt the connect same system irrespective to time and locations. To ensure the authentic of each scan for connections by a different user or different target system, the instructions would be random, dynamic, and user-unpredictable
iv. Using computer vision, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, the platform would be able to find the object, image, print, or any of its combinations more accurately, timely, and quickly.
v. Interactive display, AR, VR, MR.
vi. The source system generates instructions which the target system validates.
vii. User Profile Validation/User meta data attributes /Target System and Source System meta data attributes validation.
viii. User can also make another scan or connect to the similar Source System or different source system.
c. GPS Coordinates or device location API is used to validate the location.
d. Target System gets notified for connection or get connected through the Remote Detection System of the Source System.
e. Remote Device Detection Service (Discover System) enabled devices such as, iBeacon technologies, NFC, IR/RF Services, Bluetooth to detect the user remote devices nearby, e.g., smartphones or RF devices etc.
f. Once the Target System connection established to the source system through the Connection Manger, the target system, device would start receiving the list of engagement, messages associated to the Source System and also based on the Connection events configurations, where the user could enrol or participate directly for rewards.
g. The user would stay connected to the Source System until the configured Max duration connected time reached or the user manually exit from the device or based on other configuration at Connected System. The Source System keeps various configurations such as configuration of max connection duration, max connection count, connection etc.
h. The Target system can also get disconnect manually or automatically. User can also make another scan or connect to the similar Source System or different source system to disconnect the connection, with a confirmation or without a confirmation, through a command button, any interactive actions, by making another transaction. The transaction can be attached to Pay the Service Bill, Purchase Service or Products or other engagement from the Resource Pool.
i. Presentation System: The system that the Connection Manager uses to provide engagement list, engagements, other personalized services, messages, ads, and to perform the above said interaction as well its validation.
j. The Target System meta-attribute can be the Target device attributes such as Device type, Manufacturer, Device ID, Device Type, Features, Operating System, Version etc; User meta-attributes such as profile details, User Id, Engagement history, reward history, user preference etc; Location, Location history, Connection History etc;
k. The Digital Space, Source System connection information is stored or displayed in a computer or software, or its combination.
l. Physical Space, Source System connection information is stored or displayed in a non-computer space such as Print, Video Wall, Physical assets, Physical 3D Objects etc.
m. Virtual Space, Source System connection information is stored or displayed in a computer or software, or virtual world visualized through AR/VR and MR, metaverse, augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, Hologram Image/Video, Projected Image, or Video.
2. Connection Manager: The computer application that helps to connect the target system to the source system. It further manages the complete lifecycle of the connection between the target system and the source system. The Connection Event Manager provides seamless service in terms of various Connection Events through Connection Triggers.
a. Connection Event Manager: The various lifecycle stages of the connection would be events. Lifecycle events and Rule-based events. Rule-based events are further connected to Connection meta-attributes. Connection Established, Connection Count, Connection Duration, Connection Period, Connection Service Duration, Service Wait Time, Combination of connections.
i. Connection Event Triggers: The action which is required to be performed at various events. All the triggers are set to be configurable, scheduled for enabling the personalized engagement and services.
ii. Connection Event Scheduler: The time or recurring schedule or its combination which the Trigger/s needs to be executed.
b. Engagement Center: The system provides an Engagement Center to get all the engagements, messages, and ads published by the Connected Source System. The system further filters the list based on the Connected Target System meta-attributes or Connection Meta Attributes or their combination to enable the personalised user experience.
c. Publish/Subscribe Engine: The system connects with the Resource Pool directly based on the Connection Event Trigger/s. It registers with Target System and subscribes to receive the Personalized engagement list, Messages, and Ads. The Target System details would also be published to one or more Resource Pool.
d. Service Wait Time Engagement: The user connected to Source system and waits for the service, eg: User’s Dine In event at Restaurant, the Connection System Manager will bring various engagements list and shows to the user to engage, offering performance-based rewards. The user would receive more and more engagements till he connected to Source System. The connection can be terminated manually or automatically such eg: user connection gets terminated after paying the service bill through the platform or integrated through third party services.
3. Source System: The Physical Space, virtual Space, or their combination, to which the Target System attempts to connect to retrieve the Source System Engagement Set, Subscribed Engagement, Messages, Assets, Ads. Source system can be appeared in Physical space, Virtual space or its combination, where the virtual source system is that can be appeared through internet and intranet. The source system would carry a unique ID, which would manually or dynamically or programmatically map or subscribed to various Resource pools. Source System Interfacing helps the user connects to source system in Physical space or Virtual space or both in multiple ways.
a. Source System Interfacing Components
i. Physical space such as Printed Images, QR code, 3D Objects, Static images, Video Playback, Interactive display, Lenticular images (13), Hologram Stickers, any physical object does have multiple perspective views (15) etc.
ii. Digital Assets at Virtual space such as computer generated, digital Images, Video, Audio, VR, AR, MR.
iii. Remote Detection Service (Detection Device) enabled devices such as, iBeacon technologies, NFC, IR/RF Services, Bluetooth to detect the devices nearby.
iv. Devices with display or the input system or its combination.
b. Engagement Creator: This module belongs to the Engagement Manager. It helps in the creation and publication of the engagement under one or more Resource pools for the Connection Manager or Other Source System to retrieve or subscribe to.
c. Source System Scheduler: Create Jobs and schedules for the engagement to be published to Resource Pools.

4. Resource Pool Manager: To store various Physical and Digital and Virtual entities information, the system creates a variety of pools, including Named pools, Rule-based pools, multi-level pools, Connected Pools, Dynamic AI Pools. The resource pool through which various systems access to the engagements list, messages, and advertisements for use by the Connection System and Target System, via the Publish/Subscribe system. The Pool can be created manually or dynamically. Each pool has system generated unique Id, pool owners, access modes, resource pool meta-attributes.
a. Pool Manager Access Control ensures that the Connection Manager securely subscribes the pool and its data in terms of Pool Access Configurations at each pool, adds personalized experience to the user.
b. The types of Pools are Engagement pools, Event Pools, User Pools, Digital Assets, Digital Service Pools, Physical Asset Pools, Physical Service Pools, Message Pools, Ad Pools, Long Lived pools, Short lived pools, Live Pools, Offline Pools, reward pools, Space Timed pools, timed pools or any of its combinations.
c. The invention provides publish-subscribe based system to make the system more dynamic and location independent, due to this publish-subscribe Source System doesn’t require to tag to any physical location anywhere hence the same Source System can exists at one or more multiple Spaces(Digital/Virtual/Physical).
d. The Resource Pool can be created new, subscribed to from an existing Resource pool, or buy or lease from another owner or system pool.

j. Message Pools is the list of pools which hold varies messages, textual, images, audio, video, physical prints etc.
k. Space Timed Resource Pools are resource pools that are tagged to physical or virtual locations based on time duration, The timed pools relate to time duration. e.g.: Cochin Lulu 3PM-4PM Shoppers, 3PM-6PM Shoppers.
l. Pool Access Configurations varies - The resource pool has various access modes i.e. private, restricted, collaborative, constrained and sponsored. Where collaborative mode can be an interactive based or retrieve based. Where constrained includes time duration, count and rule based. The Resource pool various data collection modes have constrained mode that is based on time duration, connection wait time, count, profile criteria and interest criteria. The Resource pool various presentation mode includes list in device, show as notification, required acknowledgement, Interactive, Virtual, Immersive. The Resource Pool can be defined by device, device type, device OS, screen resolution, user profile, Target System meta-attributes, Source System meta-attributes or any of the its combinations eg: iOS specific Pools, VR Enabled Pools, and so on. A brief Example to describe the system process, a source system subscribed to few pools i.e.
i. Restricted Event Pool – Dusshera Social media Max duration limited to Sep 30, 2021 - Oct 10 ,2021,
ii. Sponsored Digital Asset Pool – Myntra Trending Ad,
iii. a Restricted Event Pool – Stream Mumbai IPL Live,
iv. a Public Event Pool - Delhi Covid Updates @ 4PM,
v. a Wait time Constrained based physical Asset Pool – Shop Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra in the next 15 minutes and it will be delivered in 10 minutes.
Users-A and User-B who connect to the source system using a target system on October 1, 2021, will have access to the entire resource pool if the pool constraints are met.
For above resource Pool(i), User-A social profile does not match the requirements of the Dusshera social media Max, so it will not appear, whereas User-B profile matched the requirements, so he will be able to participate for the rewards.
For above resource Pool(ii), Because it is not a restricted Pool, both User-A and User-B would be able to see the Myntra Trending Ad.
For above resource Pool(iii) User-A will be able to stream Mumbai IPL Live through VR because his profile matches the pool configuration. User-B profile does not match the pool configuration, so he will not be able to access the game.
For above resource Pool(iv) Then both User-A and User-B would be able to view the Delhi Covid Updates at 4 p.m. and both are linked to the system, and the Event is in the Public Pool.
For above resource Pool(v) Because the user A has been connected to the Source system for more than 15 minutes, User-A receives the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra from next immediate shop, whereas User-B disconnected system within 10 minutes from the connection.
5. Engagement Manager: The system helps in the create, manage and publication of the engagement under one or more Resource pools for the Connection Manager or Other Source System to retrieve or subscribe to. The Engagement can be any Digital, Physical, Hybrid. The message manager manage helps to create message, image, text, video and publish to the resource pools. Asset Manager create, manage, and publish Digital Assets, Digital Service, Physical Asset, Physical Service to the Resource Pools. The Performance Tracker validates the user's performance over the engagements, Connection Goals to provide personalized Rewards through the Reward System. The system also comprises Personalization Engine, e-Commerce, AI engine, AR and VR, gaming, feedback engine. The Personalization Engine uses User Profile Data, User Meta-Attributes, Target System Meta-Attributes, and Source System Meta-Attributes to provision Personalised Services to the User.

6. Reward Manager: Cash, Crypto currencies, Platform points, Partner Points, Digital and non-digital gifts, Eventual rewards, Certificate, Constellation prizes, Stickers/Messages, Perks, Combinations. The configured Rewards can be published to Resource Pools and subscribed to and from them.

7. E-Commerce Engine: build in ecommerce or integrated ecommerce or external e-commerce

Example 1: A Target system(a Restaurant) subscribed few Resource pools through Resource Pool manager, One of the Pool is Product Pool from a Mobile Shop. The pool access modes and relationship of the Source system and target system determines the product delivery time. A User connected to the Source system and purchase the product through the platform and the product gets delivered to the user in 10 Mins since the both Source system and delivery system exists in the same building. The time and other services for the delivery is managed dynamically allowing more localised shopping experience faster.
Example 2: A Source system(a Restaurant, Tamra Restaurant) subscribed few Resource pools through Resource Pool manager, One of the Pool is Fresh Fruit Juice Shop(Haji Ali Juice Centre) product List since above restaurant is not serving Fresh Fruit Juice to the customer. The restaurant made a collaboration with the Juice Shop nearby and subscribed their resource pools. A User A (Target System) connected to the Source system and ordered the food from the Restaurant, When User A connects to the Target system, a list of juices from the collaborative Fresh Fruit Juice appears (publish subscribe), which User A orders and has delivered at the same time the food from the Restaurant is being served or the user connected to the system. This method brings a superior experience to the user A and helps the Restaurant to the serve the best in class for both food and juice. The collaboration further helps to configure the restaurant the when the juice need to serve and how and any offers, discount, perks, rewards, benefits, to the user.
Example 3: A Source system(a Restaurant) subscribed few Resource pools through Resource Pool manager, One of the Pool is from new a new Mobile App Company. The Source system are subscribed the pools from target system in collaboration. A User A (Target System) connected to the Source system and ordered the food from the Restaurant, When User A connects to the Target system, the pool data which pushed by the App Company appears with 1 Month Free Subscription + Rs 500 Credits. The user A would able to avail this offer upon interactions.

8. Ad Engine: is to create, manage and publish advertisement, promotion message, links, content, interactive content, or its combinations to the Resource Pools. A performance-based time slot Advertising pool, user interest-based advertising pools, user meta-attributes-based advertising pools. The system provides performance-based time slot advertising hub that is based on the system generated data and platform creates Advertising Gateway, for any agency/company/individual can bid, subscribe the space, time, performance based. To ensure the data privacy none of the data are exposed outside the system. With the device connect time, time-based advertising can be achieved most accurately. The ad targeting would be completely managed by platform and the performance would be measure on the basis of various AD Performance KPI such as impression, reach, conversion, CPC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, comments etc.

9. AI System: Various data classification and data set are generated using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Algorithms such as Common Interest pool, Ideal time pool, Customer pool, Various user experience patterns like buying patterns, shopping patterns, dining patterns, entertainment patterns, interest pattern, food patterns, diet patterns and so on., Connection exit pattern, Connection switching pattern, Connection patterns, Engagement data patterns, User Reward data pattern, Ad Subscription Pattern, Ad Watching patters etc The AI system further improves the personalization, performance, and scalability of the overall system.

10. Personalization Engine: To improve personalization and digital experiences, the engine uses user profile data, user meta-data, Target system meta-data, Source system meta-data, and AI Engine generated dataset to provide personalized services, engagements, messages, ads, and access privileges.
In the present invention figure 1 shows working flow chart of overall system, that includes target system and environment (2), connection manager (3), source system and environment (4), engagement manager, resource pool manager (5), Ad engine (8), ecommerce engine (7), reward manager (6), personalization engine (10), AI engine, and DB. Where target system and environment (2) comprise computerized device, user meta attributes, computerized device meta attributes, and environment attributes such geographical attributes. Target system and environment (2) sent data to connection manager (3) which includes a computer program to manage data and run the system in sequence. Connection manager (3) send data to source system & environment (4) and engagement manager, and also receive data from resource pool manager (5). Source system and environment (4) comprises information about physical and computerised environment, and send information to resource pool manager (5) and target system and environment (2). Engagement manager receive data from connection manager and send to ecommerce engine (7) and reward manager (6) to get rewards on purchase and engagement.
In the present invention figure 2 shows working flow chart of target system and environment. User/user target device has interface system that includes scan system, validation system, remote detection system, and presentation system (9). Scan system include QR scanner and image scanner to create engagement between source device and target device to get rewards. Validation system comprises static instruction driven validation, user profile validation, dynamic instruction drive validation, user meta attributes validation, multi level validation, target system meta attributes validation, and source system meta attribute validation. Remote detection system has iBeacon technologies, NFC, IR/RF, and other remote connect services, and also comprises connection receiver manager that receive command from the source system & environment (4) and send information to connection manager (3). Connection manager send information to source system & environment (4) and presentation system (9). DB receive information from presentation system (9).
In the present invention figure 3 shows working flow chart of connection manager that comprises connection management, engagement center and publish/subscribe engine. Connection management send and take information from target system & environment (2) that includes source device and target device. Connection manager (3) send information to DB, personalization engine (10), engagement manager, source system and environment (4), and resource pool manager (5). Connection management (3) store information about lifecycle, triggers, schedule, configurations and monitor. Trigger management has information of connection count, lifecycle based, wait time for service, duration based and personalized.
In the present invention figure 4 shows working flow chart of source system and environment that comprises interface system, engagement creator, asset creator, source system scheduler, resource pool mapper, connection and monitor. Connection manager (3) receive information from the interfacing system, connection monitor, and target system & environment (2). Engagement creator send information to engagement manager to manage the engagements. Publish/subscribe system receive information from engagement manager and asset creator. Resource pool manager (5) receive data from the resource pool mapper and publish/subscribe system to manage the pools.

The Source Device of any or its combination QR code, Static images, video playback, Interactive display, Lenticular images, Hologram Stickers and remote detection device such as iBeacon technologies, NFC etc. for identifying other user remote devices e.g. smartphones or RF devices etc.
The present invention includes standard QR scanner for display device identification which is device built-in scanner, NFC technologies or iBeacon technologies are used to capture the nearby device and the notify the target device to accept the request, and GPS Coordinates or device location api is used to validate the location to authorize and listing the corresponding events.
The system comprises resource pool manager as shown in figure 5 that has pool store, mapper, pool publisher, pool scheduler, pool access control manager. Pool store and mapper get data from source system and environment. Pool store comprises named pools, rule based pools, user pools, asset pools, message pools and Ad pools. Where user pools comprises information about connected users, disconnected users, invited users and discovered users, and similarly message pools comprises information about digital messages, non-digital messages and interactive messages. Asset pools comprises details of digital asset and non-digital assets/hybrid asset. Ad pools provide digital Ads, non-digital Ads/hybrid Ads and interactive Ads which are interconnected with the Ad engine to provide Ad to user for getting rewards. Pool publisher send data to personalization engine (10), DB, AI system and connection manager. Connection manager (3) send that data to source system and environment (4), and this process repeat again and again.
The resource pool system is generated unique Id which can be new or created from existing resource pool (5), that can be subscribed from existing resource pool or bought or leased from other owners or system pool. The system comprises various type of resource pools (5) which are event pool, digital asset pool, physical assets pool, phygital asset pool and user pool. The system comprises source device that is physical asset, can be appeared in physical world or virtual world or both, where the virtual source device is virtual asset, that can be appeared through internet and intranet. The source system or source device would carry a unique Source System ID, which would manually or dynamically or programmatically map or subscribe to resource pools.
In the present invention validation made using one or more methods and technologies to identify the source device by the target device that can be device which have a camera or remote sensing, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi enabled, NFC. Once the validation is completed, the user would be able to see the engagement list on the target device, where they could enrol or participate directly for rewards. The user would stay connected to the source device until the configured max connected time reached or the user manually exit from the device.
In the present invention user establishes the connection between source device and target device in two ways. The source device would be scanned i.e. Platform Image scanner through the target device i.e. mobile phone, camera enabled devices, AR/VR/MR enabled devices to make the connection, then the system identifies the Source System ID to dynamically determine all subscribed pools associated with that specific source device. The scan can be dynamically driven by instructions. Once the target device accepts the connection, the Source System ID is sent to the discovered device. The target device transmitted the Source System ID to the system i.e. Pool Mapper to dynamically determine all subscribed pools associated with that connected source device. Connected user would add to all the subscribed user pools based on the pool configuration until the connection disconnect or connection timeout event. The user would stay connected to the source device until the configured Max connected time reached or the user manually exit from the device. The source device has a configuration of max connected time to keep the target device connected after a successful scan or accepting the request from the detection device. The target device can also get disconnect manually or automatically. User can make another scan on the similar source device and exit from the target device with a confirmation or without a confirmation, disconnect from the source device manually from the target device, through a command button and any action, and user has auto disconnection option by making another transaction.
The system has platform image scanner that scan the data, which is in the form of image or a video or time lapse images or its combination. The scanner provides a dynamic instruction during the scan time to ensure the authentic of the scan event and display. The dynamic instruction during the scan can be varied on one or more factors that is time or duration, direction of the scan, platform profile validation, platform feedback driven scan. Through feedback driven scan user can enter the text or number, select the graphical image order or time, watch a video without skip, click a link, and swipe.
The system comprises mapped resource pool (5) data that would be show at the user’s target device which is content creation events, gaming events, music/art/entertainment, contests, competition, collaborative event participation program, promotional message/Ad content, AR/VR interactive/not interactive event, user to engage on rewards, user to shop/interact, user feedback, Initiate a product delivery. The resource pools (5) are a communication channel, through which pool data i.e. message/event information can be transferred in real-time or as pre-configured by pool owners or designated pool owners to all users who are connected to the system with a target device. The connection updates can be published back the existing pool or to the new pool for another user to subscribe, another user to bid or buy or lease, another user to contribute, For analytical purpose. Access to the resource pool would always take place through the platform, via platform service, API, or its combination ensuring the data privacy.

The system offers rewards through reward system (figure 6) to the user on one or more stages target device connected time, on every engagement based on the engagement performance definition, connection exit, based on connection duration. Advertisement engine (8) comprises Ad creator, Ad scheduler, Ad publisher, content management, Ad monitoring, and access control manager. Ad engine interconnected to personalization engine (10), DB, AI system and resource pool manager to control the Ads. To ensure the data privacy none of the data are exposed outside the system. With the device connect time, time-based advertising can be achieved most accurately. The ad targeting would be completely managed by platform and the performance would be measure on the basis of impression, reach, conversion, CPC, comments etc.
In the present invention figure 9 shows presentation system that comprises information in the form of audio, text, AR, video, image, VR, hybrid, MR, interactive apps, and interactive devices. The presentation system is also interconnected with the personalization engine (10), DB, AI system, and external system integrations for better user experience.
In the present invention figure 10 shows working flow chart of personalization engine that comprises user profile data, user meta attributes, and target system meta attributes. Personalization engine send data to DB and AI system, where DB and AI system are interconnected to provide better user experience, and provide rewards on their performance.
In the present invention figure 11 shows overall connection of the system, where user has target device i.e. mobile or tablet or computer that connect to source system by interface system, after that the system will validate the source system and make a connection request by connection manager where it can be accept or reject by the source system of target system because target system also receive the connection request. After validation, connection manager (3) communicate with the resource pool manager (5) and engagement manager to provide Ads and engagement features to target device for getting rewards. These rewards are based on performance of user.
In the present invention figure 12 shows template of wait time engagement that use case with example of restaurant wait time engagement, where the source device display placed at every dining table or selected table and any other user convenient location. Once after user ordered the food, user needs to wait for certain time, that duration of time the user scans the source device get all associated engagements with definition, pre-qualification, rewards. One of the engagements “is to create your dine in photo and post it in your social media and tag us. The reward of the engagement would be 10 best posts daily would win 100% discount on next bill”. The target device would get disconnected once the user pays the invoice or make exit scan or max connected time reached. The user scan time and profile details would be taken account for Time slot advertising hub (8). The source device display installed in restaurant in multiple places. Once the user gets nearby, the platform installed in the user device would get a notification to accept the source request and view list of engagements. Similarly, user will get rewards on wait time engagement at shop or outdoor, virtual engagement on virtual platform such as metaverse etc. assured audience targeting, time driven events etc.
In the figure 13 shows the lenticular images that comprises as screen where parallax barriers are placed. On these parallax barriers and screen drawn an image. One image is drawn on the plan surface that is screen and one image is drawn on left side of each parallax barriers and one image is drawn on right side of each parallax barriers. If we see the screen from the centre, we observe the image of anything, and if we see the screen from left then we get another image and similarly we see from the right then we also get different image.

In another embodiment, said source device has a configuration of max connected time to keep the target device connected after a successful scan or accepting the request from the detection device, and target device can also get disconnect manually or automatically.
In another embodiment, said platform image scanner that scan the data, which is in the form of image or a video or time lapse images or its combination. The scanner provides a dynamic instruction during the scan time to ensure the authentic of the scan event and display. The data capture and validation done through camera app or device with camera with software using software or AI image. The dynamic instruction includes interactive validation, multi-level validation, user feedback validations. The target system consists of one or more physical objects that have different perspectives depending on the view angle. The platform dynamically instructs the user to view the objects through the target device at different angles at different times and durations in order to validate the authentic user's digital presence.
