Interest Level Measurement System And Simulation System

Abstract: The present invention provides an interest level measurement system capable of obtaining information on user’s interest in a building even from a user who does not possess a pre-registered mobile device, and a simulation system capable of simulating a change of the information. In an interest level measurement system (1) included in a simulation system (50), an action information acquisition unit (15) acquires pieces of information on the action of a user on an arrival floor on the basis of images photographed by cameras (12). An interest information acquisition unit (20) uses a relationship between the pieces of action information and attributes and arrangement for areas on the arrival floor to acquire interest information indicating the level of user’s interest for each attribute. An interest information storage unit (21) stores the interest information together with time and location information for each user. A visualization processing unit (27) uses the information stored in the interest information storage unit (21) to generate an interest level map in which the distribution of levels of user’s interest in a building (2) is visualized.

Specification

[Claim 1]
An interest degree measurement system comprising:
an attribute storage unit configured to store attributes for each area for each of a
5 plurality of floors of a building;
a user specification unit configured to specify a user in the building on a basis of
an image or images captured by at least one of a plurality of cameras provided in the
building;
a floor judgement unit configured to, when the user specified by the user
10 specification unit moves from a departure floor to an arrival floor among the plurality of
floors by utilizing one of one or more ascending/descending facilities provided in the
building, judge the arrival floor of the user on a basis of an image or images captured by
at least one of the plurality of cameras;
a behavior information acquisition unit configured to acquire behavior information
15 representing behavior of the user on the arrival floor judged by the floor judgement unit
on a basis of an image or images captured by at least one of the plurality of cameras for
the user specified by the user specification unit;
an interest information acquisition unit configured to acquire interest information
representing a degree of interest of the user for each attribute on a basis of a relationship
20 between layout and attributes of areas on the arrival floor judged by the floor judgement
unit and the behavior information acquired by the behavior information acquisition unit
for the user specified by the user specification unit;
an interest information storage unit configured to store the interest information
acquired by the interest information acquisition unit for each user, including information
25 on a time point and a location; and

a visualization processing unit configured to generate an interest degree map by
visualizing distribution of degrees of interest of users of the building on at least one of
the plurality of floors using the information stored in the interest information storage unit.
[Claim 2]
5 The interest degree measurement system according to claim 1,
wherein a tenant fee in the building is automatically calculated on a basis of the
interest degree map.
[Claim 3]
The interest degree measurement system according to claim 1 or 2,
10 wherein the visualization processing unit generates the interest degree map for
each of the users of the building.
[Claim 4]
The interest degree measurement system according to claim 1 or 2,
wherein the visualization processing unit generates the interest degree map for
15 each piece of classification information of the users of the building.
[Claim 5]
The interest degree measurement system according to claim 1 or 2,
wherein the visualization processing unit generates the interest degree map by
integrating interest information for each of the users of the building.

The interest degree measurement system according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
wherein the visualization processing unit generates the interest degree map
including behavior information for each of the users of the building.
[Claim 7]
25 The interest degree measurement system according to any one of claims 1 to 6,
further comprising:

a destination presentation unit configured to, when the user specification unit
specifies the user who starts utilization of one of the one or more ascending/descending
facilities, more preferentially present an area having an attribute with a higher degree of
interest for the user to the user as a destination on a basis of the interest information
5 stored in the interest information storage unit for the user and information on the
attributes stored in the attribute storage unit,
wherein the visualization processing unit generates the interest degree map
including information of the destination actually presented by the destination presentation
unit.

The interest degree measurement system according to any one of claims 1 to 7,
further comprising:
in a case where the one or more ascending/descending facilities include a plurality
of ascending/descending facilities,
15 an ascending/descending facility judgement unit configured to, when the user
specified by the user specification unit starts utilization of one of the plurality of
ascending/descending facilities, judge an ascending/descending facility to be utilized by
the user on a basis of an image or images captured by at least one of the plurality of
cameras; and
20 a matching processing unit configured to, in a case where the
ascending/descending facility judgement unit judges two or more ascending/descending
facilities as facilities to be utilized by the user specified by the user specification unit as
the same user, cause the user specification unit to specify the user who utilizes the two or
more ascending/descending facilities as users different from each other after extracting a
25 difference in a feature amount or feature amounts.

The interest degree measurement system according to any one of claims 1 to 8,
further comprising:
in a case where a user of the building is a person who engages in working on a
working floor that is one of the plurality of floors,
5 an attendance management unit configured to perform attendance management of
the person who engages in working on a basis of the behavior information,
wherein the attendance management unit judges a date on which the person who
engages in working utilizes one of the at least one or more ascending/descending
facilities as a work day of the person who engages in working, judges a first time point at
10 which the person who engages in working arrives at the working floor on the work day as
a start time point of the person who engages in working, and judges a last time point at
which the person who engages in working departs from the working floor on the work
day as a finish time point of the person who engages in working.

15 An interest degree measurement system comprising:
a first attribute storage unit configured to store attributes for each area for each of
a plurality of floors of a first building;
a first user specification unit configured to specify a user in the first building on a
basis of an image or images captured by at least one of a plurality of first cameras
20 provided in the first building;
a floor judgement unit configured to, when the user specified by the first user
specification unit moves from a departure floor to an arrival floor among the plurality of
floors of the first building by utilizing one of one or more ascending/descending facilities
provided in the first building, judge the arrival floor of the user on a basis of the image or
25 images captured by at least one of the plurality of first cameras;
a behavior information acquisition unit configured to acquire behavior information
representing behavior of the user on the arrival floor judged by the floor judgement unit

on a basis of an image or images captured by at least one of the plurality of first cameras
for the user specified by the first user specification unit;
an interest information acquisition unit configured to acquire interest information
representing a degree of interest of the user for each attribute on a basis of a relationship
5 between arrangement and attributes of areas on the arrival floor judged by the floor
judgement unit and the behavior information acquired by the behavior information
acquisition unit for the user specified by the first user specification unit;
an interest information storage unit configured to store the interest information
acquired by the interest information acquisition unit for each user, including information
10 on a time point and a location;
a second attribute storage unit configured to store attributes for each area for each
of a plurality of floors of a second building; and
a visualization processing unit configured to generate an interest degree map by
visualizing distribution of degrees of interest of users of the second building on at least
15 one of the plurality of floors of the second building using information on the attributes
stored in the second attribute storage unit and the information stored in the interest
information storage unit.
