Abstract: There has been proliferation of the IoT systems and sensors across the globe. These systems are working in their own silos with very little information interchange between other related IoT systems. Sensors inputs remain in their own domain uncorrelated with external influencing data and hence the Quality of Analysis is not what it should be!! This results in loss of precious information, hence the actionable intelligence. There are no means for the vast number of such sensors, data generators or data providers to come on to one platform. The present invention relates to creation of a Data Stock Exchange (DSE) to provide a means for Sensor/Data exchange, Aggregation Collaborations, Correlation & Trading leading to better machine learning and better artificial intelligence decisions making. Considering the broad spectrum of such Sensor/Data the Super Highway will have a major impact on the quality of life, energy management, product improvements, agriculture and just about anything that has the data to share and is dependent upon the external environment as well.

An Internet of Things (IoT) Driven system having Artificial Intelligence managed Super Data Highway, the system comprising: a cloud based convergence platform; ingesting pipes for various IoT sensors and Data from different entities, segments, technologies, types and geographical locations; feeder pipes to various data consumers; software processing systems with databases; and gateways for the ingesting Pipes.
2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system is adapted to provide an easy and efficient means for all IoT/non IoT based Sensors data or data from other sources to converge at a common platform for better interlink, correlation and aggregation.
3. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system is adapted to provide an easy and efficient means for the users to search for the sensors and data both in the form of text and the map.
4. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system is adapted to provide an easy and efficient means to the sensor/data owners to sell, buy, share, rent, barter and trade their sensors/data. Thereby establishing DATA STOCK EXCHANGE firstly at National Level and then going Global.
5. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system is adapted to provide an easy and efficient means for the data consumers to search, buy and rent the sensors/data they need.
6. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system is adapted to suggest the users an aggregated form of the disparate but similar data which may be suitable to them.
7. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system is adapted to provide a means to the users to have a processed data using our Artificial Intelligence engines.
8. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system is adapted to provide an efficient and accurate way of ranking of both the data and its provider for consistency, accuracy and reliability.
Filed of Invention
The present invention relates to creation of a Super Highway to establish first ever DATA STOCK EXCHANGE to provide a platform to interconnect #IoT based sensors/Data generators/data owners at the Global / National Level that would enable Data Exchange, Aggregation Collaboration, Correlation & Trading. This would not only lead to better machine learning and refined Artificial Intelligent decision making but also provide the data owners to monetize their data. Considering the broad impact of IoT systems and the data this Data Exchange will play a major role in the quality of life, energy management, product improvements, agriculture and various sphere of life and also bring in a revolution on how data is shared and regulated.
Background of the Invention
Data is playing a major role in bringing in qualitative changes in understanding the pattern of events, learning from it and then taking decisions on it through natural or artificial intelligence means. Sensors so deployed to generate the data are increasing in abundance across the segments, brands, technologies and geographical locations. Most of the IoT systems/sensors generate data in their own specific domain e.g. Home Automation, BMS, Health, Retail, security, surveillance, Environment, Agriculture etc. Again within these systems there are multiple sub systems, segments and brands which again work in their own silos.
Apart from that many consumers’ products are now being manufactured as IoT enabled smart devices which again work in their own silos.
So the pain point remains of that of cocooned and disjointed data, analysis of which remains doubtful as it doesn’t factor in the outside factors.
The challenge that is emerging is the convergence of data of these Sensors by providing them an interconnect to intelligently share and manipulate the sensors and its Data to work beyond simple control and automation.
The data being generated, if meshed, interlinked, aggregated and correlated has a huge potential to generate intelligence just about anything which can truly be termed as DISRUPTIVE.
Objects of The Invention
Objective One: Provide Platform for Data Sharing by disparate Sensors and any Source(s) from different entities, segments, technologies, types and geographical locations. The platform will operate at global level.
Objective Two: To Establish a Data Stock Exchange for Data Monetization for buying, selling, renting, bartering, sharing and trading of Data at National Level and then expand it to the Global Level.
Objective Three: To Provide data aggregation, interlinking and Correlation.
Objective Four: To provide a means for sensor collaboration thereby saving the duplicity and cost.
Objective Five: To Create Geographical Map of the Data Generating Sensors and/or Data itself.
Objective Six: To provide search engines for efficient searching of the sensors/data.
Objective Seven: To Provide Data Analysis and AI as connected services.
Objective Eight: To Act as a data feeder for the intended beneficiaries like businesses, Smart City Grid, Governance Gateways, product manufacturers, researchers and academia or any other as may be needed.
Objective Nine: To Provide means of qualifying the data for its consistency, accuracy and relevance.
Objective Ten: To do Data Aggregation without any ownership of the data from the Pipes. Except under the circumstances it is mandated and approved by the concerned data owner for any specific purposes like analysis or any such data of public in nature without impinging upon the data owner rights.
Summary
An embodiment of the present invention discloses a way of establishing an IoT, data & AI super highway with an aim to establish DATA STOCK EXCHANGE for data/sensor trading, at NATIONAL level to start with and then expand at Global Level.
Another embodiment of the present invention is to provide data aggregation, interlinking and Correlation of disparate Data
Another embodiment of the present invention is to provide Data Analysis and AI as services on as need basis.
Another embodiment of the present invention is to create a Geographical Map of the Data Generating Sensors and provide Search engine for IoT Sensors & Data.
Another embodiment of the present invention is that it enables the availability of the raw/processed data and the intelligence to various data consumers including the smart city governance gateways, thereby enabling a truly smart city connected information interchange ecosystem which can be exploited intelligently to manage the smart city.

Detailed Description of the Invention
Figure 1 illustrates the architecture showing various components of the system. The invention will connect to sensors through various IoT pipes using hardware/software/API gateways. These pipes may be of different segments, makes, brands and technologies.
Figure 2 shows an example of few of such pipes and the data consumers. These pipes can be of home automation, building management systems, health care, Air quality sensors, Utility automation systems like street lighting, waste management etc. The list is ever expanding
The Users/Providers will be handled as follows:-
(a) The access will be through the registration only
(b) The registrant can be the data consumer or the Data Owner
(c) Data consumer would only be able to view/purchase/request for the data
(d) Data owner can sell/Buy/Share/Barter/Rent the sensor or the Data temporary or permanently.
The sensor data will be ported on the Exchange as follows:-
(a) A Set Top Box for hardware level integration with the pipes if needed.
(b) If supported and in due course through the APIs
(d) Outward integration for data and intelligence sharing will be through Data As A Services (DAAS)
The data/Sensor will be handled as follows:-
(a) The data/sensor can be made public or private by the owner.
(b) For public Sensors the data will be visible to the all the subscribers of the exchange.
(c) The private data or sensor will not be visible to the user except in abstract form or in parts as decided by the owner
(c) The Exchange will try to match the relevant data/sensor for any user and suggest.
(d) The exchange will try to provide the ranking for both the users and the data based on various criteria.
Set Top Box capabilities: -
(a) Act as a Gateway between the exchange and multi vendor IoT/automation systems.
(b) Directly collect the data from the sensors/ collectors and act as a Gateway between those sensors and the exchange.
(c) Capable of machine learning and provide the actionable commands to the connected systems

The invention will be linked to various outward gateways like smart city grid, product manufacturers, service providers etc. Connecting directly with service providers will enable reduced time gap between the product failure and the Repairs as the system will automatically send the alerts on predicted/actual failures. Refer Figure 3.
It may also be connected in a back loop with the pipes to provide them the actionable AI feeds.
The data, let’s say X, from any source will be interlinked with other data of similar nature or the data supposed to have some kind of impact on the Data X. A meaning full pattern and data behavior will immerge over the time lines which will be more meaningful and would have better actionable intelligence.
Figure 4 shows how one of the pipes in Home Automation/BMS would be integrated over different brands and geographical locations.
CLAIMS:
1. An Internet of Things (IoT) Driven system having Artificial Intelligence managed Super Data Highway, the system comprising:
a cloud based convergence platform;
ingesting pipes for various IoT sensors and Data from different entities, segments, technologies, types and geographical locations;
feeder pipes to various data consumers;
software processing systems with databases; and
gateways for the ingesting Pipes.
