Internet Of Things (Iot) Enabled Automatic Detection And Remote Monitoring The Overload Of The Vehicles

Abstract: IOT (Internet of Things) was current technology which has vast application in almost every fields due to its IOT (Internet of Things) technology most of the works of the human beings became comfortable and easy due to this technology all the things/nonliving that exist in the world became smart/intelligent with this intelligence the things can be senses the environment and can process it and produce a output. The sensing can be done with the help of various sensors. The processing will be done based on micro controller /microprocessor. The output may be a actuators with the help this technology here the invention/idea was proposed and discussed. The idea is to detect the overload of the vehicles locally and globally/remotely. The figure1 shows the overall illustrations of the proposed idea. The figure 2 shows the illustrations to get the global alert message this idea will locally warn the driver that the vehicle was overloaded with this warning the driver should stop overloading, if not immediately the global alert will sent to the policemen/authorized person. The global alert consists of a message with the figure of the weight overloaded. The vehicle number and the GPS location of the vehicle with this idea every driver will travel with predefined load which leads to safe travelling of the user.

Specification

Claims:1.Automatic getting weight/load that consists inside the vehicle.
2. To get the local alert to the driver regarding the overload of the vehicle as an alarm/voice alert.
3. To send a global alert message that which contain the registration number of a vehicle, the figure of the weight overloaded and the location of the vehicle to the police/authorized person.
4. Integrating the cloud to the micro controller for remote monitoring and global alert of the load of the vehicle. , Description:The proposed system will automatically detect the overload inside the vehicles and send the local alert to the drivers and the global alert to the police or authorized person. The local alert may be buzzer/alarm/voice based message, whereas the global message consists of the how much weight was overloaded the number of the car and the GPS location of car. This can be done in 3 modules.
•Module 1: Embedding the weight sensor, under the base of the vehicles.
•Module 2: Connecting the GPS sensor, buzzer/alarm and GSM module to the micro controller.
•Module 3: Integrating that micro controller to the cloud, for sending the global message/local alert.
Module 1:
Based on vehicle and the predefined value of the weight or the node among the various load/weight sensors the appropriate one will be selected. The selected sensor will be placed under the base of any vehicle the placement should be in a way that has capable of sensing the weight of whole load that consists inside the vehicle and the placed sensor will be connected to the any one of the GPIO pins of the node MCU micro controller board.
Module 2:
The GPS sensor which is used to track the location of the vehicle and to send the location as a message it was connected to the any one of the analog pin of GPIO pins of node MCU micro controller. To establish the network con
nectivity to the micro controller the GPS sensor was connected to any GPIO pin of node MCU micro controller , to get the local alert or voice based message to the driver the buzzer/speaker will be connected as a output to any one pin of GPIO of node MCU micro controller board.
Module 3:
To remote monitor and to get global alerts the node MCU micro controller was integrated with the cloud platform with the help of internet connectivity. The cloud platform may be a thing Speak cloud.
