FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention relates a brake mechanism of vehicles More particularly, the present invention relates to a braking device installation in a Trailer toeing by a tractor.
BACK GROUND OF THE INVENTION:
A tractor is toeing a trailer for transporting Boom insert and other heavy loaded materials from one place to another. The Tractor having hydraulic brake in front wheel and mechanical brake in the driving Wheel. Whereas the trailer do not have any brake system. Therefore, in certain cases, specially during transportation through the uneven peak and valley road and in particular when trailer is moving in downward direction during its motion if sudden emergency braking is required, the trailer pushes the tractor due to it high momentum (i.e. Load x velocity) Which may cause accident on the way.
To overcome such adverse situation an emphasized is made to develop and install a braking device in the four wheels of the trailer synchronizing with the braking arrangement of the tractor to avoid such problem.

2
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION:
It is therefore, an object of the present invention to propose a braking device of a trailer toeing by a tractor which eliminates the adversity of the prior Art.
Another object of the present invention is to propose a braking device of a trailer toeing by a tractor which is simple in operation.
A further object of the present invention is to propose a braking device of a trailer toeing by a tractor "which synchronizes breaking arrangement both Tractor and trailer.
A still further object of the present invention is to propose a braking device of a trailer toeing by a tractor which moves safety during transportation.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention emphasized on an installation of braking device arrangement in the trailer Truck with a synchronization of Tractor btfake.

DETAILS DESCRIPTION OP A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OP
THE INVENTION:
As shows in Fig 2 - A new compressor with accessories are installed in the tractors on line the braking system As shown in Fig 3. A brake fluid container unit and a pneumatic brake attached with the master cylinder.
As shown in Fig 4 - Show a flexible air pipe connector between the tractor and Trailer to cater air from tractor to trailer to operate broking arrangement.

5
As shown in Fig 5 - an assembly of Tractor and trailer with modified tracking arrangement.
As shown in Fig - 6 - a newly fitted air tank, unloader valve and pipe layout during modified braking system as per invention.
As shown in Fig - 7 - a modified brake arrangements are installed in the Tractor. The new braking system comprising a hand lever (1)1 which moves forward direction (2) and backward direction (3) to control air flow to brake system of trailer through flexible hose (25) in Fig - 8 connected to trailer and this is operatable by the driver of the tractor. A delivery line (4) is connected between the lever (1) and a brake valve (5). The brake valve pedal controls the brake valve (6) for opening and closing for supply of air to a pneumatically operated master cylinder (7) by air which is supplied from a reservoir (6). When the brake is employed, the master cylinder (7) pulls a tie - rod (8) which is in turn connected to a second tie rod (9) by a TEE-Joint (10). First end of second tie-rod (9) is connected with a third tie-rod (11) of front wheel brake connector by a TEE joint (12). The second end

6
of second tie (9) rod is connected to a fourth tie-rod (13) by a T$E joint (14). The fourth tie-rod (13) is connected to first end of slave (15) of the rear wheels and the second end of slave (15) is connected to 4 push-pull rod (16) which in turn is connected to a hinge (17) of a brake-lever (18). The second end of the brake-lever (18) is connected to a hinge (19) of a connecting member (20) at one end. The second end of the connecting member (20) is connected to a cam (21) which in turn operate the rear-brake shoe (22,22) by pull-push mechanism.
From the brake valve (5) a separate line (23) is attached to OFF and ON Air valve (24) to connect with trailer brake arrangement synchronizing with the Tractor brake arrangement
For application of hake, the Driver of the tractor pushes the hand level (1) to forward direction (3) which in turn operate the brake valve (5) via a pipe (4) for opening the air line of master cylinder (7) which in turn pulls the tie-rod (8) and the tie-rod (8) pulls the second tie-rod (9) and the second tie-rod (9) pulls a third tie-rod (12) and

7
fourth tie-rod (14) which in turn pulls the brake lever (8) of both front wheel and rear wheel via a slave age and a connecting member (16) which operates the CAM (22) and allows the brake shoes (22) is expended condition and pushes the brakes cylinder of the wheel.
From OFF and ON air valve (24) two separate flexible air pipe lines (26, 25) are connected with a air tank (26) of Trailer for filing and releasing air. One end of master cylinder (28) is connected to air tank (26) via a pipe line (27) and the second end of the master cylinder is connected to a piston of a hydraulic operated brake cylinder (29) which in turn is connected to a front wheel brake connecting member (30) and to rear wheel brake a connecting member (31) via hydraulic pipe lines (38) and pipe line (32).
When the brake is employed, air from the air valve (24) is going a$r tank (26) through which air is pushing the piston of master cylinder (28) and the master cylinder operates the piston of hydraulic cylinder (29) which in turn pushes the brakes of trailer through hydraulic pressure.

8
