Abstract: This inverter control device comprises a PWM pulse generation unit for generating, for each predetermined control cycle, a PWM pulse signal for controlling an inverter. The PWM pulse generation unit generates a PWM pulse signal asynchronous with the control cycle, and generates the PWM pulse signal so as to satisfy conditions that at least three pulses exist in one cycle of a fundamental wave of an output voltage of the inverter, and that the on/off state of the PWM pulse signal is switched at a zero crossing point at which the fundamental wave changes and crosses a value of 0.
