Specification

Description:Title of The Invention
IoT based device for detection of milk products spoilage
Field of the Invention
This invention relates to IoT based device for detection of milk products spoilage
Background of the Invention
US2945356A: A storage tank for use in the collection and storage of a perishable fluid such as milk under controlled refrigerated conditions. To provide a temperature control mechanism for the refrigerating system of a liquid storage tank which permits the refrigerating mechanism to start immediately upon the introduction of fresh warm milk, regardless of the temperature of the milk in the container. To provide a refrigerating system that is powered by an electric motor and a temperature control system.
Research Gap: Absence of an IOT-based intelligent information system in cold storage for better handling of buffer milk stock. Only focus on the temperature of the milk regardless of the storage conditions in cold storage. Whereas, in this device, humidity is also taken care off. Lack of focus on other milk products thereof, exploitation of excessive electricity for handling of system. Whereas, here battery is used along with electricity to minimize the cost of running the device. Absence of proper use of internet and LoRa. Eventually, in this system we combine it to reach the owner up to a distance of 15km. Only works at a certain temperature whereas, in this device, we can modify the temperature according to our needs.
RU2694975C1: A cold storage unit is provided in which the housing forming the cold storage space has a thermal insulation structure. A movable object is provided on which a plurality of cold storage units can be installed. A system for transporting an item to be cold stored which stores and conveys an item to be cold stored in a cold storage unit. A method is provided according to which long-term transportation of a product to be cold stored can be realized using a cold storage unit that has a high cooling capacity, does not produce carbon dioxide and allows the source of cold to be processed.
Research Gap: Absence of IOT in the system for handling of milk and its products. Only works on movable objects whereas, this device can be installed on movable as well as static objects. Lack of analyzing the weight and position of the products. Whereas, in this system, the weight and the position of the product can be located using the application. Lack of management in the absence of electricity. Whereas, in our system, a notification is sent on the mobile application about the anomaly. So that, the owner can take suitable steps immediately.
None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed. Present invention is to developtechnology storage of milk and its products in optimum conditions will be done to reduce the losses. With Intelligent Information Device installed in the cold storage, information will be collected which helps in identifying the time left for the better utilization of milk and milk products. In addition, notifications will be sent on the mobile devices of the owner with the help of application, so that timely and effective utilization of the milk can be done.
