Abstract: The designed electronic circuit of IR Laser Source Equipment is a IR LASER Radiant source for optical alignment & tuning test bench of Laser Trans-receiver section of any type of Laser Range Finder Article.
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The design electronic circuit is an IR Laser radiant source for specific use in optical
alignment test bench & for testing of the specific electronic parameter of Laser Tranreceiver
of Laser Range Finder.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The reliability of Laser Range finder in its operating platform for range finding of
designated target depend on its serviceability check of said article with simulated
condition on its individual test bench. The available Laser Range finder is of different
range capacity of 5, 10 and 15 to 20 Km or more. The optical test benches have
simulation of the range distance by optical collimator & reflected back laser by Laser
radiant source. The Laser radiant source is part of the optical alignment test bench
because it requires its alignment with its collimator. In this case Laser Radiant
source play important role for serviceability of optical test benches. The IR Laser
Source Equipment for Optical Alignment Test Bench is a low cost arrangement for
Laser Source in optical test benches.
SUMMARY OF PRESENT INVENTION
Previously, there is no arrangement of IR Laser Radiant Source for Optical
Alignment test bench. The operator has to test the Trans-receiver section of Laser
Ranger with existing in-built LASER radiant source of optical test benches only. Any
failure of said source cause break down of Test Bench & its in-house repair is not
possible due to non-availability of design as well as spare electronic component.

The said IR LASER Radiant Source for optical alignment bench of Laser Range
finder is useful in accordance of following aspect-
In accordance with one aspect of present invention, the designed equipment
is such that it is easy to manufacture since it is combination of simple electronic
components and circuit.
In accordance with yet another aspect of present invention, it is low cost
designed & developed equipment.
In accordance with yet another aspect of present invention, the simplicity of
circuit & easy for repair and maintenance.
In accordance with yet another aspect of present invention is relatively small
and less weight so used space on test setup is minimal & portable.
In accordance with yet another aspect of present invention, the said
equipment is compatible to use in any type of optical alignment bench of Transreceiver
of Laser Rang Finder.
In accordance with yet another aspect of present invention, the designed
equipment is for an IR Laser Radiant wavelength source, which is widely used IR
Laser wavelength in Laser Rang Finder.
Briefly the present invention is a one type IR Laser Radiant Source for all type
optical alignment test bench for Trans-receiver of Laser Range Finder.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Referring the figure 1 & 2, the present invention is of IR Laser Source Equipment for
testing the range parameter of Trans-receiver of Laser Range Finder on optical
alignment bench.
In fig-1, the block 1 is processing section of equipment which comprises the entire
electronic component used for design of circuit for IR Laser Radiant source. The
block 2 is input section of equipment where point no. a & e are power supply input,
point c is common ground point of equipment and point b & d are pulse generator
input. The block 3 is output section of equipment where simple IR Laser is obtained
for test piece.
In fig-2, the block 1 is IR Laser Source Equipment, block 4 is optical collimator of
Trans-receiver test bench and block 5 is test piece which has to test its range finding
parameter. Inside the Optical collimator there is optical array arrangement of
different lens & mirror where traveling of IR laser can simulate different range of 5
,10 ,15 to 20Km (any one range) and at last it fall on the test piece for testing of its
range parameter. In above said arrangement the alignment of radiant IR Laser with
optic axis of collimator is one of the necessary activity of this equipment for its
utilization on said optical bench.

1. Electronic circuit of IR Laser Source Equipment is an IR LASER Radiant source for optical alignment & tuning test bench of Laser Trans-receiver section of any type of Laser Range Finder Article. The IR Laser Radiant Source equipment box comprises:
- Input section for providing the power supply input and Analog signals.
-Processing section for the processing of input by the designed circuit.
-Output section provides IR laser beam of required wavelength.
2. The Electronic circuit of IR Laser Source Equipment of claim 1 has optimum components to reduce power consumption and noise.
3. The Electronic circuit of IR Laser Source Equipment of claim 1 has simple circuit & easy to repair and maintenance.
4. The Electronic circuit of IR Laser Source Equipment of claim 1 has effortless and fast optical alignment with optic axis of collimator of Trans-receiver test bench of Laser Range Finder.
5. The Electronic circuit of IR Laser Source Equipment of claim 1 that is a laser source compatible to use in any type of optical alignment bench of Trans-receiver of Laser Rang Finder.
