Jackfruit Plucking Machine

Abstract: A Jackfruit plucking device wherein user has to adjust the telescopic bar according to the height of jackfruit, place the stack of the fruit in a gap, then switch on the motor, the top and bottom needle mechanism pierces the stack of the jackfruit and holds it in place, the slider movement stops automatically thereafter switch on the second motor and the slider connected to the knife moves in forward direction, then the knife slowly cuts the stalk of the jackfruit and separates the fruit from the tree and this jackfruit is attached to the removable bottom needle mechanism from the main unit; the plucked jackfruit can be slowly brought down with the help of rope and pulley mechanism attached to the bottom needle mechanism

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
Disclosed herein is a mechanical device to harvest the jack fruit. The field of invention is agricultural device for plucking jack fruit. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
It is difficult to pluck a jackfruit form the tree. To pluck jackfruit a person need to climb the tree is the existing trend. Many devices tested to pluck jackfruit, but they are not efficient to pluck jackfruit due to high weight of the fruit. Here introduce a jackfruit plucking device, which overcome the issues of plucking a jackfruit. This device requires only one person to pluck the fruit and need not to climb the tree.
D1SCUSSION OF THE PRIOR ART
The existing invention in this field is a telescopic bar containing a net and knife at its end, this net cover entire jackfruit and hold it in place then cut the fruit by the knife and by decreasing telescopic bar's height and take the jack fruit.
DRAWBACKS OF THE EXISTING INVENTIONS:
The existing device consume more time to pluck jackfruit because of its complex operation, The existing device need of high strength telescopic bar or high strength stick for carry entire weight of the jackfruit which make more effort to the user. The existing models need at least 2 people for pluck jackfruit.
An aspect of the present invention is to address at least the above-mentioned problems and/or disadvantages and to provide at least the advantages described below. The following presents a simplified summary of the specification in order to provide a basic understanding of some aspects of the specification.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Its sole purpose is to present some concepts of the specification in a simplified form as a prelude to the more detailed description presented later. Following are the objectives of the invention:
It is the principal object of the present invention to provide as briefly described, the present invention is to develop a device to pluck the jackfruit easily with minimum time consumption. Effective method of plucking jackfruit is not available in the market. This

particular invention can be universally used to pluck jackfruit and other similar heavy fruits like bananas effectively and economically. The following description and the annexed drawings set forth certain illustrative aspects of the specification. The objectives of the invention will become apparent after consideration of the following description of the invention and its preferred embodiments detailed hereinafter.
DETA1LED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The following description with reference to the accompanying drawings is provided to assist in a comprehensive understanding of exemplary embodiments of the invention as deflned by the claims and their equivalents. It includes various specific details to assist in that understanding but these are to be regarded as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departmg from the scope and spirit of the invention. In addition, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted for clarity and conciseness.
The terms and words used in the following description and claims are not limited to the bibliographical meanings, but, are merely used by the inventor to enable a clear and consistent understanding of the invention. Accordingly, it should be apparent to those skilled in the art that the following description of exemplary embodiments of the present invention are provided for illustration purpose only and not for the purpose of limiting the invention as deflned by the appended claims and their equivalents.
Figs. 1 discussed below, and the various embodiments used to describe the principles of the present disclosure in this patent document are by way of illustration only and should not be construed in any way that would limit the scope of the disclosure. Those skilled in the art will understand that the principles of the present disclosure may be implemented in any suitably arranged communications system. An aspect of the present invention is to address at least the above-menttoned problems and/or disadvantages and to provide at least the advantages described below. The objects and many attendant advantages of the invention will be more readily appreciated as the same becomes better understood by reference to the following detailed description which is to be

corisidered in connection with the accompanying drawings wherein like reference symbols designate like parts throughout the figures thereof.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWENG ALONG WITH DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFFRED EMBODIMENTS
Brief description bf drawings as well as further features and advantages of this method
and apparatus according to the invention, will be clearer with the description of some of its
pattem realizations that follow, made to illustrate but limit, with reference to the annexed
drawings. ^
The main theory behind this device is that a needle which is pierces the stack of the jackfruit can carry a weight at least 15 kg without tear the stack. This device contains needles which is arranged in zis zag arrangement which ensure the piercing of at least 2 needles through the stack this result the proper working of the device
PREFERRED EM BOD I MENT
There are 3 slides(l,6) in the device, top, middle, bottom shdes. The sliding motion of the slider is channelled through two stainless steel shaft on the main body. The bolt passes through a threaded hole in the slider. The forward and backward motion of the slider movement is provided by the rotation of the bolt in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction. A screw (2) which is a threaded shaft. It is used to increase the leverage of the slider. There are 3 bolt used in order to provide sliding motion of 3 slides in the device, rotation of the this bolt is done by 2 motors used inside the gear box. Top and bottom bolt is rotated by a single motor and middle bolt rotates by single one. The sliders in the device slide through this guide shafts (3). There are totally 6 guide shaft (3) in order to guide 3 slides(l,6). Each slides(l,6) have 2 guide shaft which is arranged parallel to the threaded screw.
There are 4 stoppers/stop switches (4,10) provided in order to stop the movement(stop the motor) of the slider when it arrives it's extreme position in forward and backward direction.2 stoppers(4,10) are provided at extreme forward positions of fixed needle slide(non removable needles) and the slide contains the knife(5). And the remaining 2 stopper(4,10) provided at extreme backward positions of fixed needle slide and the slide contains the knife(5).
A Knife(5) is Used to cut the stack of the jack fruit bétween top and bottom slider .Knife(5) is fixed to the middle slide which is operated by 2nd motor. For sharpening it is removable from the slider. The Fixed needles (7) are attached to the top slide. This needle mechanism(7) pierces the stack of the jackfruit and holds it in place.

A Pulley(8) is fixed with the top slide(l,6) as shown in the figure 1. It allows the passage of rope from removable needle plate through it. This pulley(8) is capable of carry the entire weight of the jackfruit and also transmits this weight into the main body.
This device comprise of Motors with gear box (9) which contains 2 motor for drive sliders. The gears provide in it are responsible for increase the torque of the motor and provide the rotation of bolt in its output.
The L-shaped projecting from the main body (11) between this frame and main frame the jackfruit is placed for the functioning of the devise and it also ensures the smooth removal of top needle form the top stack after cutting the jack-fruit. Removable needles (12) are attached temporarily to the bottom slide. When the cutting action of knife done, the needles will remove from the slide by the weight of the jack fruit, these needles are concentrated in a square plate. This is connected with a rope. The Supporting stick (13) of the device used to connect it with the telescopic bar. It contain threaded holes which is used to connect with telescopic bar with nuts and bolts
The main part of the device, main body is attached to an adjustable telescopic bar. The bottom portion of the telescopic bar is connected to switches through electric wire in order to operate the motor in the main body. The main body of device contains 3 slides which can be moved forward and backward by the 2 motors. The top and bottom slides of the arm contain needles (The bottom slide mechanism is removable). The middle slide contains a knife to cut the stack of the Jack fruit. The top and bottom slides works by a single motor and middle slide which is attached to the knife works by another motor. The removable needle slide mechanism is connected with a rope which passes through a pulley attached to the top slide.
WORKING:
For plucking the jackfruit the user has to adjust the telescopic bar according to the height of jackfruit, on the tree. He thén has to place the stack of the fruit in a gap provided in the device. Then switch on the motor, As the motor 1 moves in action. The top and bottom needle mechanism pierces the stack of the jackfruit and holds it in place. The slider movement stops automatically due to the action of the stopper provided in the main body. Now switch on the 2nd motor and the slider connected to the knife moves in forward direction. Then the knife slowly cuts the stalk of the jackfruit and separates the fruit from the tree. This jackfruit is attached to the removable bottom needle mechanism from the main unit. The plucked jackfruit can be slowly brought down with the help of rope and pulley mechanism attached to the bottom needle mechanism. The entire weight of the jackfruit lies on the main unit which is still attached

to the portion of the stalk attached to the jackfruit tree (therefore the entire weight lies on the tree but not in the device). Taking the fruit the main unit can be release from the tree by using backward switch.
Since its construction is simple (less weight) and the entire weight of fruit not carried by the device, only one person required for pluck the fruit. The steps for plucking fruit are simple and easy than last invention so it requires less time. Not need high strength telescopic bar since the weight of the jackfruit not carried by telescopic bar
The above descriprion of a basic design is able to show the invention from the conceptive point of view, in a way that bthers, by using the art, can easily modify and/or adapt in different applications this specific design without fiirther research and without going apart from the invention concept, and therefore it is intended that these adaptations and transformations will be considered as equivalent to this specific realization. The means and materials to make the many described fuhctions can be various in nature without exiting the area of the invention. It is intended that the expressions or the terminology use have a simple descriptive aim and therefore not limiting.
While a preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described hereinabove, it is intended that all matter contained in the above descriprion and shown in the accompanying drawings be interpreted as illustrative and not in a limiting sense and that all modifications, constructions and arrangements which fall within the scope and spirit of the invention may be made.

I Claim,
1. A jackfruit plucking device comprising of:
a plurality of Slides(l,6);
a Screw(2) which is a threaded shaft is used to increase the leverage of the slider;
a plurality of Guide shafts(3) through which the sliders slide;
a Plurality of Stop switch(4,10) provided in order to stop the movement(stop the motor) of the slider when it arrives it's extreme position in forward and backward direction, two stoppers are provided at extreme forward positions of fixed needle stide(non removable needles) and the slide contains the knife and the remaining two stoppers provided at extreme backward positions of fixed needle slide and the slide contains the knife;
a Knife Used to cut the stack of the jack fruit between top and bottom slider which
is fixed to the middle slide which is operated by Second motor;
a Fixed needles(7) which are attached to the top slide, those needles(7) pierces the stack of the jackfruit and holds it in place;
a Pulley(8) Pulley is fixed with the top slide and It allows the passage of rope from removable needle plate through it, thus the pulley is capable of carry the entire weight of the jackfruit and also transmits this weight into the main body;
a Motor with gear box(9) contains two motors for drive sliders and the gears provided to increase the torque of the motor and provide the rotation of bolt in its output;
a L-shaped frame(l 1) between this frame and main frame the jackfruit is placed for the functioning of the devise And it also ensures the smooth removal of top needle form the top stack after cutting the jack-fruit;
a Removable needles(12) which are attached temporarily to the bottom slide and When the cutting action of knife done, the needles will remove from the slide by the weight of the jack fruit, these needles are concentrated in a square plate, and This is connected with a rope;
a Supporting stick(13) is used to connect it with the telescopic bar and it contain threaded holes which is used to connect with telescopic bar with nuts and bolts.
2. A jackfruit plucking device as claimed in claim 1 characterized by three slides (1,6)
in the device, top, middle, bottom slides in which sliding motion of the slider is
pennitted through two stainless steel shaft on the main body bolt is passes through a
threaded hole in the slider and the forward and backward motion of the slider

movement is provided by the rotation of the bolt in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction.
3. A jackfruit plucking device as claimed in claim 1 characterized by a screw (2)which is a threaded shaft which is used to increase the leverage of the slider and there are three bolt used in order to provide sliding motion of three slides in the device, rotation of the this bolt is done by three motors used inside the gear box and the top and bottom bolt is rotated by a single motor and middle bolt rotates by single one and therefore the sliders in the device slide through this guide shafts (3) and there are totally six guide shaft (3) in order to guide three slides(l,6) and each slides(l,6) have two guide shaft which is arranged parallel to the threaded screw.

A Jackfruit plucking device as claimed in claim 1 characterized by four stoppers/stop switches (4,10) provided in order to stop the movement(stop the motor) of the slider when it arrives it's extreme position in forward and backward direction and two stoppers(4,10) are provided at extreme forward positions of fixed needle slide(non removable needles) and the slide contains the knife(5) and the remaining two stopper(4,10) provided at extreme backward positions of fixed needle slide and the slide contains the knife(5).

A Jackfruit plucking device as claimed in claim 1 characterized by Knife(5) which is used to cut the stack of the jack fruit between top and bottom slider and the Knife(5) is fixed to the middle slide which is operated by 2nd motor and the Fixed needles (7) are attached to the top slide, this needle mechanism(7) pierces the stack of the jackfruit and holds it in place.

A Jackfruit plucking device as claimed in claim 1 characterized by Pulley(8) is fixed with the top slide(l,6) which allows the passage of rope from removable needle plate through it and This pulley(8) is capable of carry the entire weight of the jackfruit and also transmits this weight into the main body.
7. A Jackfruit plucking device as claimed in claim 1 comprise of Motors with gear box (9) which contains two motors for drive sliders and the gears provide in it are responsible for increase the torque of the motor and provide the rotation of bolt in its output.
8. A Jackfruit plucking device as claimed in claim 1 characterized by a L-shaped projecting from the main body (11) between this frame and main frame the jackfruit is placed for the functioning of the devise and it also ensures the smooth removal of

top needle form the top stack after cutting the jack-fruit and the Removable needles (12) are attached temporarily to the bottom slid, when the cutting action of knife done, the needles will remove from the slide by the weight of the jack fruit, these needles are concentrated in a square plate, this is connected with a rope and The Supporting stick (13) of the device used to connect it with the telescopic bar and It contain threaded holes which is used to connect with telescopic bar with nuts and bolts. 9. A Jackfruit plucking device as claimed in claim 1 the user has to adjust the telescopic bar according to the height of jackfruit, on the tree and then has to place the stack of the fruit in a gap provided in the device, then switch on the motor, the top and bottom needle mechanism pierces the stack of the jackfruit and holds it in place, the slider movement stops automatically due to the action of the stopper provided in the main body, thereafter switch on the second motor and the slider connected to the knife moves in forward direction, then the knife slowly cuts die stalk of the jackfruit and separates the fruit from the tree and this jackfruit is attached to the removable bottom needle mechanism from the main unit; the plucked jackfruit can be slowly brought down with the help of rope and pulley mechanism attached to the bottom needle mechanism and the entire weight of the jackfruit lies on the main unit which is still attached to the portion of the stalk attached to the jackfruit tree therefore the entire weight lies on the tree but not in the device and taking the fruit the main unit can be release from the tree by using backward switch.
