, Description:Field of Invention:
This invention relates to jewellery with magnet head assembly. More particularly this invention relates to magnet head assembly for pendant / ring /earring / or any other jewellery item.
Jewellery with Magnetic Head assembly allow the user to quickly change of multiple attachments with different type of settings and using different precious and non precious stones. These heads can be changed by the user at no cost.
This is achieved by fixing two powerful magnets, one at the base of the head and other at top of the shank, by flush setting and using special gluing agent. Two different magnets are set in such way that they have their opposite polarity facing each other.
It has following benefit:-
a) One Jewellery with multiple attachments /different settings/ different stones / precious and non precious / using all precious metals / using different enamel colours or any natural / artificial / composite material
b) For changing the head no need of extra cost or required no visit to jewellery shop
c) Different heads /tops can be sold as individual products or addon's to the same jewellery

How assembly of this ring works ?
This assembly consist of mainly four parts and it is assembled in following sequence (Please refer Fig.-6)
First we ensured all parts are ready and finished well.
This assembly begins with stage one.
In this stage the biggest component shank (Part-4), it can be made from any precious and non precious metals and as well as any base metals with micron coating of pink and yellow gold.
Here we used silver metal for making shank used in this assembly.
Now put magnet-2 (part-3) shown in fig.-6, this is a powerful neodymium disc magnet or any other magnet natural / artificial with appropriate size matching to the cavity in the shank.
It is also ensured that surface of disc magnet is flushed slightly below the top edge of the cavity wall.
This magnet then put in the shank cavity (shown in Fig.-6) with the help of powerful adhesive resin or glue of any type, an adequate times given for drying .
At stage two In this stage the studded head or top part (Part-1), it can be made from any precious and non precious metals and as well as any base metals with coating of any color. Here we used silver metal for making head used in this assembly . Now put magnet-1 (part-2) shown in fig.-6, this is also a powerful neodymium disc magnet with appropriate size matching to the cavity in the Head (refer fig.-6.),it is also ensured that surface of disc magnet is flushed slightly above the bottom edge of the cavity wall from head(Part-1).
This magnet then put in the Head cavity (shown in Fig.-6) with the help of powerful adhesive resin, an adequate times given for drying.
Important Notes:-
After gluing the magnet the edges of the wall are pressed on top of magnet surface to secure it
In stage one and stage two we must take care of setting the magnet in such a position so that their opposite poles face each other to create a strong bonding effect between head and shank.
In another embodiment as shown in drawing sheet 2 the shank of the ring is a "V" Shank and the head set is Flower Head set with Precious/ semi precious stones
