PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.

FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to joinery system and more particularly it relates to joining of at least two joinery members in the manufacturing industry and method of joining the joinery members thereof.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
MS tube and MS sheet have been employed in automobiles to support a low cost design for the purpose of providing a canopy/roof. These canopy structures are usually employed where the vehicles are to be used for commercial purpose, both for transporting men and material; to protect them from the vagaries of nature. Commonly used method to make such a structure is by having lap weld joinery between MS sheet and MS tube
Space frames are been used in manufacturing industry for making various vehicles body with joinery concepts as mentioned below:
Lap Welding of MS sheet and MS tube :
This method is used by many small capacity passenger vehicles where low cost
design is employed for rough or commercial usage of vehicles.
The draw backs associated with above said method are as follows:
a) Poor finish: A Lap joint through welding gives a poor aesthetic finish due to more chances of undercut on the MS sheet.
b) Increased cost of metal finishing: A lot of finishing needs to be done on the joint, especially if it is on the exterior, such as sandering, to smoothen off the rough welding tacks.
c) Cracks: Possibility of cracks being developed near the area of welding due to excessive heat and melting of metal.

a) Unsafe : possibility of body injury for manufacturer and customer or end user Apart from this, external joining is important in various manufacturing industry where product aesthetics is the main concern Prior Art:
D1: EP1362149 discloses about a system of connecting a construction frame members, in accordance with this, A connecting construction for components of a system frame comprising a framework having struts (12) and cross brackets (14) connecting said struts (12), also comprising a respective sheet steel corner plate (20) which is arranged in the area where the cross bracket (14) is connected to the strut (12) and which has a corner recess (22) in the corner part of the area where the cross bracket (14) is connected to the strut (12), whereby a coupling unit can be connected to the strut (12) via said recess. The invention is characterized in that a further recess (24) is provided approximately at the same level as the corner recess (22) and offset in an inward direction. The invention is further characterized in that another coupling unit is provided with a second coupling element. A frame tube can be connected to the first coupling element and the second coupling element is embodied in such a way that it can be secured in the other recess (24) of the steel sheet corner plate (20) in a positive and/or non-positive fit. The connecting structure includes sheet steel corner plates (20) at the connecting area between the cross brackets (14) and frame struts (12). The corner plates have corner recesses (22) through which a coupling unit is connected and level with these corner recesses inwardly off-set is a further recess (24). A further coupling unit with coupling elements is provided so that a frame tube can be connected to the first coupling element and the second coupling element is formed so that it can be fixed with keyed and /or force locking engagement in the further recess of the corner plate. Independent claim describes coupling unit having first and second coupling elements.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
Referring now to the drawings wherein the showings are for the purpose of illustrating a preferred embodiment of the joinery system of the invention only, and not for the purpose of limiting the same,
Referring to figures 4 to 8 wherein the joinery system in accordance with this invention consists of first joinery member (1) having a slit or recess cut on the surface of the said first joinery member in order to provide a way to insert the

second joinery member (2) for joining the first and second joinery member together.
The second joinery member having first end and second end. First end of the second joinery member which is to be inserted in the slit or recess provide thereof on the surface of the first joinery member up to the position where joining means (3) between at least two joinery members is required for joining of a joinery system. The joinery system consisting of an inner surface and outer surface.
Second joinery member (2) inserted into the first joinery member of the joinery system will have the outer surface and inner surface.
The outer surface of the joinery system is the surface which is visible surface or the surface where the actual joining of the joinery system will not take place. The inner surface of the joinery system will have the actual joining impression so that joining means used in the joinery system is hidden from outside as shown in the figure 4 and holding the second joinery member at its respective desired position with the required strength of the joinery system.
This arrangement of the joinery system will ensure that joining means (3) used in the joinery system is not visible on the outer surface of the joinery system to enhance the aesthetic look of the body over which the said joinery system has been used, thereby improving the aesthetics feature without compromising on the strength of the joinery system as well as the body structure on which the said joinery system is applied. Since the joining operation takes place on the inside surface of the joinery system and not on the exteriors surface of it, therefore the additional finishing work is not required on the said outer surface of the joinery system. Apart from that, since the joining taking place on the surface of the first and second joinery member of the joinery system and not on

the edge, it will prevent the cracks which might get developed due to the excessive heat in case of welding or force in case of mechanical joining applied during the joining operation of the of the joinery system.
Joining means (3) used in the joinery system can be welding, soldering, brazing, adhesive or any conventional joining means used in the manufacturing industry.
The slit dimension and shape or profile of the first joinery member may be variable in accordance with the variation in the shape or profile and dimension of the second joinery member to provide clearance, transition or interference fit for the said joinery members of the joinery system.
First joinery member is selected from hollow circular cylindrical, square, triangle, elliptical, pentagonal, hexagonal, pipe or tube or L -shaped, T- shaped component.
Slit or recess on the first joinery member has the length equal to the width of the second joinery member.
Slit or recess on the first joinery member has the width equal to or greater than the thickness of the second joinery member.
The shape of the slit or recess provided on the first joinery member is straight, curve, corrugated and angular.
Intersectional length or point of the first and second joinery member is the contact portion of the said two joinery members at the inserted position where joining takes place.

The method for joining at least two joinery members of the joinery system comprises:
Providing the first joinery member and second joinery member for joining them together,
Providing the slit or recess of the required shape and size on the surface of the first joinery member as per the requirement to give a way for second joinery member,
Providing the 'conjugate shape of the said slit or recess to the second joinery member,
Placing said first and second joinery member in such a way that slit or recess portion of the-first joinery member and the first end of the second joinery member are in close proximity to each other, Inserting the first end of the second joinery member in to the slit or recess portion of the first joinery member,
Driving in the first end of the second joinery member in to the slit or recess provided on the surface of the first joinery member of the joinery system,
Applying joining means in the inner surface of joinery system at the intersection of the first and second joinery member of the joinery system.
The foregoing description is a specific embodiment of the present invention. It
should be appreciated that this embodiment is described for purpose of illustration only, and that numerous alterations and modifications may be practiced by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. It is intended that all such modifications and alterations be included insofar as they come within the scope of the invention as claimed or the equivalents thereof.
